Chapter 131 Summary and Awards

”The main reason for calling everyone together today is to announce a few simple things.”

In front of all the Miaoguo employees, He Luo found a small bench to step on and had a clear view of the situation behind it.

”Hey, that skinny monkey, what are you whispering, you think I can’t hear you?”

Tao Liangwei quickly shut up, quickly put his head back towards Liang Shiwen, and smiled embarrassedly: ”I didn’t say anything bad, Boss He, we were just talking about what you are going to announce to us, whether we want a salary increase or something.”

Originally, he just made a symbolic haha and perfunctory. As for the salary increase, he didn’t take it seriously at all. After all, he went from being homeless to being taken in by He Luo, and he officially went to work. It hasn’t even been a month. .

I have never received a salary, and there is no mention of a salary increase.

Besides, the conditions he and Suo Naihua gave He Luo back then were that the two of them only needed to pay for food and lodging.

But now the two not only eat Miaoguo’s work meals, but also use Miaoguo’s warehouse as a staff dormitory. It can be said that He Luo treats them well, so it is naturally impossible for the two to ask for a raise.

But when Tao Liangwei said the phrase ”Is there a salary increase or something?”, although He Luo didn’t agree, he didn’t refute it.

This can’t help but let everyone’s imagination run wild, and they began to discuss in a low voice. Could it be that Boss He is really planning to give us a raise because he sees that Miaoguo’s performance is so good?
The discussion didn’t produce any results, He Luo raised his hand and pressed down, making a gesture of silence, and everyone quickly quieted down.

”Don’t worry, come one by one. First thing first”

He looked at Huaiyuan Mountain standing beside him: ”Brother Huai, tell everyone.”

Huaiyuanshan nodded: ”Okay, the first thing I want to give you is an undoubted encouragement and award.”

”It has been nearly a full month since Miaoguo opened during the National Day holiday on October [-]. During this month, Miaoguo has repeatedly set new highs and achieved great results. Our performance far exceeds that of our peers, and it is well-known among customers. , is a rising star in the mouths of others.”

When he said this, He Luo beside him applauded, and at the same time, the employees of Miaoguo were also full of joy, and even Shibuya Honoka, who seemed to understand but half understood, also applauded together.

Huaiyuanshan adjusted his emotions and continued: ”All these achievements and glory, achievements and brilliance are inseparable from every employee of our Miaoguo, every Miaoguo person. It is your hard work and selfless Our efforts and every drop of sweat have made it possible. Here, Boss He, I, and Boss Li, who is in an emergency and cannot come forward, would like to express our solemn thanks to you all.”

He Luo collapsed from the bench, and Huaiyuan Shan bowed lightly to the employees.

Then He Luo quietly took out his cell phone, opened the memo, and started reading according to the contents prepared last night.

”Here, I give a high score of 99 points for our Miaoguo’s performance in the first month. One point less is to not make you proud.”

”At the same time, I have also prepared many awards and prizes, which will be jointly announced by Brother Huai and me.”

As soon as they heard the word ”award” and ”prize”, the noisy crowd suddenly quieted down, and they all pricked up their ears to listen carefully to He Luo’s continuation.

He Luo waved his hand behind him, and a strong man walked outside the door, he was familiar to them for a long time, Chen Lei who often came to the store to help carry fruit.

Chen Dapao carried two opaque paper bags, which were bulging, full of curiosity and imagination.

”Are you ready?” He Luo asked softly.
Chen Dapao blinked at him: ”Don’t worry, Brother Luo, everything is ready.”

He Luo nodded, moistened his throat, and announced: ”The first award to be presented is Miaoguo’s best employee of the month!”

None of them had ever worked in a big company, and they had never had any luck with being the best employee.

All we know about the best employees is that they exist.

At this moment, it sounds very kind from He Luo’s mouth, because this award is going to be awarded to one of them.

Who is the one?Could it be yourself?
Boss He saw his silent devotion and dedication, so that he was very moved, and wanted to give himself a prize?
They couldn’t help thinking this way.

The corner of He Luo’s mouth was smiling, and his eyes deliberately swept across them. Anyone who met his eyes was secretly excited, thinking that their spring was coming.

”This quota is determined by me based on your performance and the evaluation of our three bosses, so it may be somewhat subjective, but it should be reasonable.”

”Our Miaoguo is the best employee of the month in October!”

He imitated the way of broadcasting in those variety shows, and deliberately took a big breath here, which made everyone’s hearts hang in the audience.

Just listen to him slowly read those two words: ”Gao He!”

Denim Lan was taken aback for a moment, and then he saw the people around him looking at him, with envy, relief, and recognition and approval in their eyes.

Aunt Hong stood on her tiptoes and hugged his neck: ”I guessed it would be you, second brother, congratulations!”

Denim Lan himself was still in a daze, and he only heard He Luo preaching with a smile.

”Comrade Gao He is serious and responsible in his work. He is a good comrade in Miaoguo and a good subordinate of the boss. More importantly, in Miaoguo, when his companions are in danger, Comrade Gao He can stand up for Miaoguo. Thinking about actual interests, putting others first, and receiving work-related injuries for this, the three bosses agreed that there is no one other than Comrade Gao He for the best employee of the month.”

The work-related injury mentioned here refers to the incident of being beaten up by the black mamba Sun Xing in order to protect Huai Miaomiao,

During the celebration banquet, when it was learned that Huai Miaomiao, the daughter of Huaiyuan Mountain, was missing, Niu Zilan, also known as Gao He, was the first person to rush out.

And contacted the other brothers in time, and sent Sun Xing’s location to the past, so that a tragedy was finally prevented from happening.

At the same time, when Miaoguo was planned to smash the glass by Wang and Li, He Luo vaguely remembered that Gao He was also the first person to rush out.

After chasing for two streets, he was taken away by that boy Tan Yuan riding a Harley motorcycle.

Although the result was that the murderer was not caught at that time, this spirit of no hesitation was something that the three bosses He Luo felt was very important.

Only those who truly regard the wonderful fruit as something they cherish can do this kind of thing.

Therefore, Gao He became Miaoguo’s best employee of the month in the first month as a matter of course.

Tao Liangwei smacked his mouth, patted Jean Lan on the back, pulled him back from his stupefied mental state, and said with a bit of regret.

”Unfortunately, I thought this best employee could be sent to me. But since it is Brother Gao who often takes care of everyone, if you get this award, I have nothing to say.”

Aunt Hong poked him from behind: ”Brother, what are you still doing, go and receive the award!”

After his reminder, Denim Lan saw that He Luo was holding a big sign in his hand that said ”Miaoguo Employee of the Month”, and it was his proud photo.
