Chapter 69 Uncle Li's Oden Cooking

Chapter 69 Uncle Li’s Oden Cooking
On October 10th, the National Day holiday is completely over. Those who should go back to school will go back to school, and those who should return to work will return to work.

The red carpet at the door was removed and the flower baskets were put away.

Miaoguo’s ”newbie welfare period” has completely passed, and the subsequent business will gradually return to normal and stable.

As for how to stabilize and not go downhill, it can be regarded as a real test.

He Luo’s idea is to constantly innovate. He still has some ideas in his mind. He didn’t take them out all at once, but waited for every time Miaoguo entered a period of weakness, he would come up with an idea to help it overcome difficulties. , cultivate a group of loyal customers, and cultivate a good reputation, the fruit will naturally not worry about not being sold.

Taking a step back, Huaiyuanshan, who has been dealing with fruits for half his life, is still in the store, so it is impossible to ruin the business.

As for the matter of uniting with other vendors on Yongping Street, although it is also advancing, the speed of advancement is not satisfactory.

No one agreed to allow He Luo to participate in the operation, not to mention, even the novel ideas he proposed, many people just thought it was feasible at the time, went back to think carefully, and found it too troublesome to make changes.

The only thing that has changed is Jiulian Non-staple Food Store.

Old Li asked his daughter-in-law to look at the store for two days, but he didn’t know where he went. Anyway, when he came back, he brought two machines for producing cooked food.

He cleared a space at the counter and added two more solid glass panels.Put this machine in the most conspicuous place in the store, even people passing by can see it at a glance.

Lao Li puts four different iron grids on his head, and pours different types of soup bases: seafood, spicy, sweet and spicy, and miso soup.

Then cook the skewered beef tendons, bean skins, mushrooms, kelp, radish cubes, fish tofu, cuttlefish balls, orchid skewers, stuffed beef balls and other ingredients.

The soft orange light shines on the crystal clear ingredients, like a wonderful concerto.

Customers passing by smelled the tangy aroma and saw the steaming ”gulp” bubbling ingredients, and suddenly moved their index fingers.

On the first day, there were many white-collar workers passing by after get off work, their stomachs growling, and they ordered a favorite oden.

There were more and more customers in the next few days, and some people even took a detour just to go to Jiulian Food Store to eat warm oden.

The image of Old Li with his kind smile and wearing a large floral apron holding strings for customers was deeply imprinted in their hearts.

Old Li is not only kind, but also talkative, and he can always chat with young people.

The young people are also happy to share the trivial matters of today’s work with such an uncle. Whether it is complaining or complaining, the old Li will never refuse.

It attracted many local residents to take pictures and check in.

Some people say that after passing by Yongping Street so many times, it is the first time they find such a cute uncle here.

Some people say that they have known Uncle Li for many years, but this is the first time they see him smiling all day long. Is this still the old buddhist uncle who likes to watch short videos?

In short, Jiulian Non-staple Food Store has taken over the limelight of Miaoguo’s opening, and once again stirs up the popularity of Yongping Street in Kangcheng District.

After being busy until late at night, Lao Li asked Huaiyuan Mountain for a drink.

The two chatted very happily at the wine table. Old Litou liked to drink tea, but his drinking power was not as strong as that of Huaiyuan Mountain.

Huaiyuanshan said, Lao Li, you can’t do this. Drinking alcohol will make your face red like a monkey’s butt after only half a tael. Let’s just drink tea next time.

Lao Li smiled heartily and waved his hand.

Drinking tea is good, but drinking alcohol also has its benefits.

”Some words cannot be said without being drunk.”

Huaiyuan Shan was taken aback, he probably guessed what Old Li was thinking, but he pretended to be dull: ”My brother is too busy these days, so I can’t get used to it for a while?”

Lao Li shook his head: ”Although I am getting old, my old bones can still move a bit. Compared with the days when I am so idle every day, I feel that this kind of life is more comfortable.”

Huaiyuan Shan half-understood, and then asked: ”Then the old man dislikes young people talking too much, but you have to pretend to smile to deal with them?”

Lao Li shook his head again: ”Young people work hard all day long to build society and the country. I have worked so hard, and I don’t think they are chattering, and there is never a moment when the smile is not from the heart.”

Huaiyuanshan put his chopsticks on the bowl and leaned forward: ”Brother, what do you want to say?”

Lao Li lowered his head and took a sip of wine. The strong alcohol passed through his throat and burned into his stomach.

Lao Li grinned, with a distorted expression on his face, and looked at the wine glass in his hand: ”What’s wrong with this Erguotou, drinking it is like lighting a match and throwing it into the stomach.”

Huaiyuanshan smiled and took a sip with him.

After a hiss, he gently put the wine glass back on the table, and said slowly: ”This wine was bitter, astringent, and spicy when I first drank it, but within half a minute, my stomach began to warm up, and it was so comfortable. very.”

Lao Li smiled and didn’t continue, but asked seemingly casually: ”Where’s the little brother from last time?”

Huaiyuanshan was delighted in his heart, as expected, Old Li still brought up this issue.

”He, he said that he’s been busy recently, so he may not have much time to come to the store.”

Lao Li let out an ”oh”, with a look of disappointment on his face.

Huaiyuanshan raised his eyebrows: ”My brother asked what he was doing? Didn’t you tell me in private that he was too ambitious, and asked me to keep a distance from him as much as possible?”

Old Li smiled wryly: ”Brother, don’t make fun of my brother. You know about it. After I drove him away, I thought about his proposal carefully and asked my son and daughter-in-law. I felt that Oden cooking was feasible, so I went to the place recommended by him to learn the technique with a stern face.”

”As a result, my daily business is very good now. The supply of oden is in short supply, and the sales of non-staple food stores have also increased.”

”My son called and said that the name of Jiulian Non-staple Food Store has been spread to their company. His colleagues are wondering if the warm-hearted Uncle Li on the Internet is his father!”

Speaking of this, there was no excitement and pride on his face, but it was full of frustration of loss and self-blame.

Old Li was silent for a while, and said leisurely: ”Brother, you send a letter for my brother. It was my fault for driving him out that day. I will apologize to him. In addition, I will think carefully about what he said. of.”

Huaiyuanshan laughed heartily, raised his glass and drank it: ”Hahaha, it seems that my brother does have some skills, which can move my brother, Yue Zhiyuan Ting, too.”

Late that night, He Luo received a text message from Huaiyuan Mountain.

The content of the text message is very simple: ”Brother Li said to think about it and let me apologize to you.”

Lying on the bed, he showed a smile, and then quickly disappeared.

Looking at the thousands of questions in the phone, I almost collapsed.

”Ahhhh, the fucking exam is tomorrow, and the questions are not finished yet, what should I do!!!”
