Help all mankind

Chapter 3
When he got home at night, Liang Shicheng found that the efficacy had not completely faded, the work efficiency had been reduced to 20%, his mind was still clear and energetic, and he didn’t feel sleepy after lying in bed. At first, he was worried that he would not sleep early at night.

But in the end, the fact proved that this worry was obviously superfluous. He had a good sleep that night. I don’t know that he hasn’t had such a feeling for a long time.

When I woke up the next day, the effect had basically subsided. Like waking up in peacetime, the feeling of confusion came back.

I looked in the bathroom mirror and carefully observed the attribute list on my head.

[work efficiency] 4%

[alertness] 70%

[blood glucose content] 23%

[cerebral blood supply] 8%

[concentration] 3%

The work efficiency was reduced to single digits again. It was really a night before liberation. The only thing to be thankful for was that there was a value with exceptionally high definition, which was even higher than that after taking medicine yesterday. Therefore, he preliminarily guessed that this value was related to sleep.

As usual, Liang Shicheng came to the company early in the morning and quickly sat at his desk. Although he remembered that he completed the workload for the next few days with high efficiency yesterday.

But he still turned on the computer and began to proofread yesterday’s work. Dozens of minutes later, there was no error. It seems that in that state, not only the work speed is very fast, but also the quality and quantity are guaranteed. Liang Shicheng put down his hanging heart and began to secretly rejoice.

At this time, outside the office, the employees have successively arrived at their posts. Liang Shicheng found a position and began to observe and study,

There are more than a dozen people in the office building on this floor. Each two people will have an independent cubicle surrounded by frosted glass less than one meter and five meters high on three sides. They can’t see the situation inside, but the attribute list above their heads is particularly clear and arranged neatly.

This time, Liang Shicheng also took out a book to record everyone’s attributes one by one.

Looking at the different attribute lists on the employees’ heads and their general understanding of their working conditions, Liang Shicheng roughly summarizes the following experience.

First of all, everyone’s current attributes are different. Although the overall gap is small, some attributes of some people are greatly different from the average value. There are always a few people whose one attribute is much higher than others.

This should be a very key message. Liang Shicheng immediately had an idea. By observing the living habits of employees with a certain attribute that is very different from others, he may be able to find the specific reasons and methods leading to these differences, so that others can have better attributes.

The other rule is that the employees who are generally in good condition of each attribute are those who are usually more leisurely. Most of the employees who are diligent, get up early and return late are in poor condition.

Then he realized that although everyone’s attributes are different to a certain extent, the work efficiency item changes according to the following four attributes. The higher the following four attributes, the higher the work efficiency. There may be some formula between them.

However, it is certain that improving any of the following four attributes will lead to the improvement of work efficiency.

Finally, it seems that everyone’s every attribute is falling slowly at this moment, but there is one exception······

Among the people, one person’s wakefulness attribute is rising slowly!

Liang Shicheng walked in this direction and came to the man. He found that he was dozing off and didn’t know that someone was watching him.

The colleague on one side couldn’t see it anymore and quickly grabbed his arm and shook it.

He woke up from his deep sleep, looked around for a while, and looked up and found his superior Liang Shicheng looking at himself across the low wall. The employee was stiff and at a loss. The scene was once embarrassing.

”It’s all right. Keep sleeping.”

Liang Shicheng was not angry. He cared about another thing in his heart and turned to his office.

It has been confirmed that the relationship between wakefulness and sleep, so start from this point and prepare to improve the attributes of employees.

Liang Shicheng sat in his chair, looked at the data recorded in his notebook and began to analyze it.

Although we know that sleeping can improve our alertness, it is reasonable to say that we all go to work at the same early time in the company, and everyone should sleep at the same time every day,

However, after a careful look at everyone’s wakefulness attribute, some people are less than 25%, while others are 80%. Things should not be so simple. Such a gap can not be caused only by sleeping time.

Thinking of this, Liang Shicheng immediately took out his mobile phone and looked at his attributes. His alertness was 68%. So far, it is still very high, much better than his value yesterday. In addition, he slept soundly last night.

A concept immediately appeared in Liang Shicheng’s mind, sleep quality.

Liang Shicheng opened the web page, quickly began to search for ways to improve sleep quality, and listed and sorted out the useful answers found one by one.

First, more sun exposure and enough light during the day can regulate hormone secretion in the human body and regulate our biological clock.

Melatonin is the key hormone to help sleep. The more light the body receives during the day, the less melatonin the body secretes during the day, and the more melatonin secreted at night, so it is easier to fall asleep.

Second, strengthen exercise. The temperature difference of the body can also help sleep. Exercise is closely related to body temperature. Exercise can significantly improve body temperature. Moreover, exercise more during the day and lower body temperature at night. If the body temperature is lower, people are more likely to fall asleep and fall asleep.

Third, don’t play with mobile phones at night. Blu ray will······

In a word, develop good living habits.

After reading the online methods to improve sleep quality, Liang Shicheng was disappointed for two reasons.

First of all, these are some old-fashioned methods. Liang Shicheng’s sleep quality was not good since he was a child. He asked the doctor about the improvement methods, and got roughly the same answer. At that time, he tried hard to try these methods, but the final effect was not obvious.

The most irritating thing is that some students’ living habits were not very good at that time. They still climbed over the wall to play midnight games in Internet cafes at night, but they were more energetic than anyone the next day, and their homework could not fall behind.

Secondly, after he came to the company, the heavy workload led him to have no time to take into account his own rules of life. The employees were faced with the same situation. They didn’t expect the employees to abide by what they couldn’t do, let alone find any reason to interfere in their private life.

So Liang Shicheng temporarily gave up the method of improving the attribute of wakefulness and turned his attention to the next attribute, blood glucose content.

At this time, one entered Liang Shicheng’s office, and he had an ominous hunch.
