Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 497: Get BYAD Auto!
Chapter 497 Start with BYD Automobile!

”That’s right, I’m looking forward to it!”

So then the group continued to discuss words of approval that had no practical meaning.

On the other side, Lin Xuan was also receiving a guest who had been waiting for him for a long time.

So in the coming time, a big event that is destined to shock the whole world in the future is about to start brewing!

”Mr. Lin Xuan, I really admire you.

It can be said that with the publication of this article, the current suppression of Hantang electric vehicles may disappear in smoke. ”

It was Wang Dafu, the president of BYD who was shaking hands with Lin Xuan, who was speaking at this time.

This Wang Dafu is not an ordinary person. He is a successful entrepreneur after being a scientific researcher.

This person attaches great importance to technology. Later BYAD Automobile Company can become the king of the electric vehicle industry. For every 10 cars sold, 4 are BYD cars. This is due to its technological leadership!

So at this time, Lin Xuan and Wang Dafu, the president of Biyadi, have a lot of common language, and the two have been famous for a long time, which made the atmosphere of the scene very happy.

”Where it is, it’s just a small trick.”

Lin Xuan smiled modestly, and did not continue to say anything about this matter.

”Ha ha.”

Wang Dafu laughed twice at this, and then sat on the sofa beside Lin Xuan.

”I don’t know if Mr. Huang is here this time, but what’s the matter?”

Lin Xuan smiled and asked Wang Dafu, the president of BYD.

Lin Xuan has a lot of scientific research tasks, but he doesn’t have much time to argue with people, so it’s better to get straight to the topic.

After all, if the person who came here this time was not Wang Dafu, the president of BYD, then Lin Xuan would not have spared time to meet people.

Seeing this, Wang Dafu said inwardly, ”Here we come”, so he sat down and said:

”This time we came here to actually want Hantang Technology to invest in our BYD Automobile Company, just like Hantang Technology invested in Chuanyin Mobile Phone Company!”

”Ok?”

Lin Xuan made a surprised voice, with a puzzled look in his eyes.

He also thought that Wang Dafu came here to obtain the right to supply all-solid-state lithium batteries, or to obtain a large supply of sodium-ion batteries.

But thinking that this is Wang Dafu who came here to find a backer, and also mentioned the example of Hantang Technology and Chuanyin mobile phone company.

”Mr. Huang, does he know about Hantang Technology’s habit of investing in other companies?

The prerequisite for us to invest in other companies is that Hantang Technology must hold 66.7% of the company’s absolute controlling stake! ”

Hearing this, Wang Dafu, the president of BYD Automobile Company, gritted his teeth immediately, and then said seriously:

“I was mentally prepared before coming here!”

Seeing this, Lin Xuan nodded slightly. Since the other party is ready to be controlled by Hantang Technology, then he wants to see how many shares the other party is willing to cede.

The number of shares held by Hantang Technology represents how much Hantang Technology attaches importance to BYD Automobile Company.

In this case, it also represents how much BYD Automobile Company will receive related technical support for Hantang electric vehicles.

Of course, it is impossible for BYD Auto to use all the technologies. After all, it is not a 100%-owned company. It would be a brain-dead behavior to let other companies use all the technologies.

So at this time, it depends on how many shares Wang Dafu of BYD will give up.

Among them, Hantang Technology holds more shares, so Hantang electric vehicles have more core technologies used by BYD Auto.

Hantang Technology owns less shares, so the core technology of Hantang electric vehicles used by BYD is less!

”I wonder how many shares your company can sell?”

Lin Xuan pointed directly to the topic to be discussed next.

Hearing this, Wang Dafu tapped lightly. He also knew that Lin Xuan was a busy person and had no time to argue with himself.

So he paused for a moment, and said straight to the point the largest amount of shares he had negotiated with many shareholders:

”After discussions with many shareholders of BYD Auto, we are willing to give up 80% of the shares to Hantang Technology at most.”

”80%?”

Lin Xuan was a little surprised to hear such a high share of shares.

Lin Xuan thought that BYD would give up about 70% or 75% at most, but he didn’t expect that it would be so much more than he imagined.

After all, every percentage point in this share represents huge benefits in the future.

At this time, BYD can sell so many shares, which means that BYD really wants to reach an alliance of interests and strategies with Hantang Technology!

”In this case, I agree.

As your return gift, aside from other technologies, BYD can use the 800-volt ultra-high voltage super fast charging technology of our Hantang Technology for free! ”

”Mr. Lin Xuan was wrong.”

At this time, BYD President Wang Dafu said with a serious face:

”It’s our BYD. After all, Hantang Technology holds 80% of the absolute controlling stake, and we, BYD, are already a member of Hantang Technology.”

Seeing Wang Dafu’s serious look, Lin Xuan nodded slightly, then said with a smile:

”Yes, it is our BYAD. Next, you can discuss with Rebus. Except for the core selling point of the Hantang electric vehicle, which is the fully automatic navigation technology, other technologies BYAD can use for a fee.

Of course, among them, I hope that BYD Auto can use our Hantang Technology’s auto parts as much as possible, and make Hantang electric vehicles and BYD’s electric auto parts interoperable as much as possible. ”

Hearing this, BYD’s president Wang Dafu nodded slightly, then said with a smile:

”It is also BYD’s wish to use a large number of auto parts of Hantang Technology, and even interoperate with the auto parts of Hantang Technology.

After all, Hantang products must be high-quality products. Hantang Technology has held and built so many auto parts production plants. I believe in the quality of Hantang Technology’s auto parts! ”

Lin Xuan who heard the words also smiled and said:

”Don’t worry, the quality of those controlled or self-produced auto parts will definitely satisfy you. If it doesn’t work, just tell me and I’ll replace it. If it doesn’t work, I’ll change the factory!”

Speaking of which, Lin Xuan is extremely domineering.

Hantang Technology has half of the patents for all-solid-state lithium batteries, not to mention the hen that lays the golden eggs. It is currently under construction. Once the all-solid-state lithium battery factory is completed, it will provide Hantang Technology with an endless stream of cash.

So the current Hantang Technology is also full of confidence and wealth, and it is not relentless in spending money. As for the loan of 50 billion Xia Yuan, it is natural not to repay it.

At present, all the funds of Hantang Technology are used for the research and development of electric vehicles and the construction of related industrial chains for electric vehicles.

Among them, Hantang Technology has gradually established a huge automobile industry chain by building its own factories or directly taking out huge capital holdings.

This is why Lin Xuan specifically proposed to BYD just now that auto parts should be interoperable as much as possible, and also asked BYD to give priority to the use of Han and Tang auto parts.
