Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 454: 55 Billion Nyonium Zenith Satellites
This time, Hantang Technology and Daxia jointly developed a project. During the development of this project, some people must have done more work, and then occupied a relatively large share.

There will also be people who do less work, and then occupy a relatively small share. The size of the capital contribution of the two parties is different, and the proportion of shares held is also different. I just don’t know the proportion of Hantang Technology’s share income.

Under such circumstances, people cast their curious eyes on Lin Xuan, waiting for Lin Xuan to reveal the answer.

”In this Zenith satellite system development plan, the total investment is about 55 billion yuan, of which Hantang Technology invested 48 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 66.7% of the shares!

Various state-owned companies and institutions in Daxia invested in technology patents and funds, accounting for 33.3% of the shares. Among them, Hantang Technology enjoys the right to operate the civilian market.

But the actual control of the satellite is in charge of the special personnel dispatched by Daxia officials, and Hantang Technology cannot intervene. If you need to do something, you need to ask the security agency for approval before it can be implemented publicly.

To put it simply, Hantang Technology is responsible for operating the commercial aspects, and Daxia sends corresponding personnel to be responsible for the specific technical operations.

There will also be two office locations, one is controlled by the satellite of the Daxia government, and the other is our commercial operation office.

As for the service price of the civilian market, we need to negotiate between the two parties, but we can guarantee that the service price of the Zenith satellite will not exceed the service price of the GPS positioning system! ”

Hearing this, people immediately looked at Lin Xuan dumbfounded.

Unexpectedly, Hantang Technology’s shareholding reached a terrifying level of 66.7%, which was far beyond their imagination.

After all, in such an important project as the satellite system and related to national defense security, Hantang Technology still has such a high shareholding, so how can it not make people dumbfounded?

But I thought that Hantang Technology and Daxia officials agreed that Hantang Technology could not intervene in satellite control, and could only be responsible for the business aspect of operation.

The high stake held by Hantang Technology is not so dazzling. After all, Hantang Technology cannot control what Zenith Satellite does, and can only make money for Zenith Satellite Company through business.

To some extent, no matter how high the shares of Hantang Technology are, it is only a number, and it cannot exercise the rights of such a high shareholding.

”Hantang Technology seems to be at a loss. It feels like spending 48 billion to build a global satellite positioning system for Daxia’s official server. In this case, it’s no wonder that Daxia’s official server will readily agree.”

In the group of reporters at this time, a reporter whispered his opinion.

And this kind of opinion also appeared in the eyes of many people at the same time. They felt that Hantang Technology seemed to be at a loss. After all, Hantang Technology spent 480 Xia Yuan.

Big Xia officials only released 7 billion Xia and some satellite technology, but they were able to get 33.3% of the equity, and Hantang Technology can’t control the satellite company and can only be responsible for commercial operations to make money.

In this case, Hantang Technology is equivalent to establishing a satellite system for Daxia officials in vain, so at this time many reporters feel that Lin Xuan is at a loss.

But it’s not a loss. How can we look at this matter? For Hantang Technology, although Hantang Technology has paid 48 billion, its shares can reach 66.7%, which is equivalent to being able to distribute income of 66.7%. In fact, it is quite good up.

After all, the field of positioning satellites is not something you can enter if you want to. If you want to enter this field, you need a license. Without a license, you can’t enter if you want to.

Unless you form a satellite company overseas and launch your own satellites overseas, it is not that simple to obtain an operating license here in Daxia.

So although Hantang Technology cannot gain control over the Zenith Satellite, it is also a good thing. After all, the satellite positioning system is related to national defense and privacy.

At this time, if Hantang Science and Technology does not control the Zenith Satellite, it is equivalent to getting out of the black quagmire. From then on, no one can use ”leaking secrets” and ”defense security” to find Lin Xuan and Hantang. Tech trouble.

Because Hantang Technology can’t control the satellite system, it has nothing to do with technical things at all. What’s the use of saying that Hantang Technology caused leaks or ”national defense security”?

After all, these things have nothing to do with Hantang Technology!

So although Lin Xuan lost control of the Zenith satellite, he also broke free from the black mud and got rid of a lot of potential personal dangers!

At this time, a reporter slowly raised his hand:

”Mr. Lin Xuan, according to this progress, can your company launch Zenith Satellite to serve Asia by the end of November according to the original progress?”

Hearing the words, Lin Xuan nodded lightly, then said with a smile:

”Of course.”

The reporters who saw the scene nodded slightly, and then the next reporter slowly raised his hand and asked:

”Mr. Lin Xuan, I have a question that I have wanted to ask for a long time, can you answer my question?”

Lin Xuan who heard the words was slightly taken aback, then nodded slightly and said:

”go ahead.”

Seeing this, the reporter nodded quickly, and asked impatiently:

”Mr. Lin Xuan, according to the radio knowledge I have learned.

The Zenith satellite system you launched should be a related patent for using a new communication channel to bypass the GPS positioning system.

In this case, how should the old mobile phones and electric vehicles of Hantang Technology use Zenith satellites? ”

Hearing the reporter’s question, the people at the scene also showed expressions of sudden realization, and then a strong curiosity rose in their eyes.

The facts are indeed as the reporter said, the old mobile phones of Hantang Technology supported the GPS positioning system, but in the face of Zenith satellites, can the old mobile phones and electric vehicles still support it?

Regarding this, Lin Xuan smiled and said:

”Don’t worry about the use of Zenith satellite positioning system on old mobile phones.

After all, don’t forget who made the mobile phone chip, and don’t forget that Hantang Technology has the dominance of the Hantang mobile phone operating system.

So our Hantang mobile phones and electric vehicles can support the Zenith satellite positioning system!

However, because our Zenith satellite system adopts the world’s most advanced tri-frequency signal communication system from the beginning of design, it does not use the tri-frequency signal chip we developed specially for the Zenith satellite system.

So the Hantang mobile phones currently on sale cannot perfectly support our Zenith satellite, and cannot achieve the positioning accuracy within 1 meter that I mentioned before.

But even so, we can guarantee that the use of Zenith satellites will be at least stronger than GPS positioning! ”

Hearing this, the reporters at the scene nodded slightly, feeling a little disappointed in their hearts.

It turns out that the old mobile phone cannot tap the potential of the Zenith satellite system, and cannot achieve positioning accuracy within one meter.

The reporters at this time couldn’t help being disappointed when they knew about it.
