Global Hunt: Start IQ Overwhelms Global Audiences

Page 198Of course, even if he knew that he could use the sea to leave this ghostly place, he would only jump off the cliff to gamble on the odds if he had a sick mind.

Maybe hitting a rock directly would be tantamount to suicide.

Under Ye Lin’s pressing, William spoke.

”My grandfather had been here before, but according to the diary, he entered from a hall instead of blasting a wall.”

The implication is that Ye Lin’s destruction not only hurt him, but also caused them to be trapped here now, so the words were naturally targeted.

Of course, Ye Lin ignored this directly.

Ye Lin thought about it: ”Since your grandfather came in from a hall, we only need to find the direction of this hall, and then we can leave.”

Ye Lin’s speculation is that he and others are in this strange place, because they did not come in through an ordinary door, so if they want to leave, it will naturally be very different from the original direction.

but……

William just said that this suspension bridge is exactly the same as what he saw in his diary.

Then it means that you must reach the opposite side.

But this premise is...

This centuries-old bridge will not suddenly collapse.

Because it is a suspension bridge, stability cannot be expected at all.

Ye Lin will not take risks in vain.

However, before he could think of a way, the girl beside him came out on her own initiative.

”I’ll go first.”

Susie suggested.

”...”

Ye Lin has no objection to this. In fact, what he cares about is not the question of who goes first.

William hung his neck horizontally: ”Susie, what are you planning?”

He was skeptical.

At this time, it is impossible for anyone to take the initiative to take the first risk.

however.

Susie said, ”Don’t think I’m so impartial. From a personal point of view, this bridge has been around for hundreds of years, and the devil knows if it will collapse at any time.”

”And among us, my weight is the lightest. If I step on it, it will collapse, let alone you.”

”But why are you?!”

William couldn’t understand.

Susie added: ”I don’t even like to walk behind you, who knows if the bridge will collapse after you pass.”

”It’s self-preservation.”

As she spoke, she handed over the bow behind her back and handed it to Ye Lin.

”what?”

Ye Lin frowned slightly.

”It’s proven...” Susie said, ”Aren’t you afraid that I will target you with bows and arrows after I pass by?”

”Ha ha.”

Ye Lin shook his head.

”You have no such ability.”

”Oh, is it?” Susie was not angry, but said: ”In a straight line, my bow and arrow will not miss.”

”Then wait and see.”

Ye Lin replied.

”...”

Susie’s expression froze for a while, then she shrugged: ”What a strange man, well, since you don’t want it, then forget it.”

She retracted the compound bow and walked towards the drawbridge.

As soon as the slender thigh stepped forward, one foot stepped on the nearly suspended plank, and it was only a light kick, but it was very wobbly.

Just when Ye Lin thought that she would withdraw her feet, he didn’t expect that the other party’s courage was beyond his imagination.

Susie took the other foot without hesitation.

Then, her legs were already standing on the suspension bridge.

When she stepped on another plank again, the drawbridge began to shake violently.

”sea breeze?!”

Ye Lin was slightly startled.

It’s the wind blowing up from below.

But even in the face of this situation, Susie still maintained an absolute sense of balance, stepping on it step by step.

In a blink of an eye, she was already halfway there, holding the ropes on both sides with both hands.

Every step is startling.

”call……”

The sound of her tense and heavy breathing came out, and even a faint breathing sound was very obvious in the deadly silence of the cave.

at last.

She made it two thirds of the way.

In the last few steps, Susie immediately relaxed, and immediately speeded up, stepping off the board with one foot.

In just two steps, she jumped lightly and landed on the ground.

”I am coming!”

Susie shouted loudly towards the opposite side.

Ye Lin withdrew his expression, and turned to look at William.

”Can you go alone?”

”Do not……”

William was slightly silent.

”You go first, I need to strengthen my courage.”

Chapter 198

”Have you learned yoga from Ah San?”

”No.”

”Your flexibility is a monster.”

Susie made a deep complaint.

She crossed the bridge just now to force herself to keep her balance, but the man in front of her, relying on complete control of her own weight, forced the entire suspension bridge to be stable.

It’s appalling.

But it cannot be denied that he really did.

Ye Lin came in front of her.

Both of them looked towards the rear.

”How did he come here?”

”...”

Susie just asked.

Ye Lin was about to turn around. He had tried the stability of the suspension bridge just now. With his control, it was not a big deal to bring a grown man across the bridge.

So Ye Lin walked onto the bridge, just a few steps away.

Suddenly, Susie shouted behind her.

”Wait, don’t go there!”

”what?”

Just as Ye Lin wanted to turn his head, he suddenly felt the suspension bridge shaking violently.

”...”

His eyes suddenly turned cold.

Because on the opposite side, a man named William was grabbing one end of the rope, with a grin on his face.

”Haha, you two idiots, you fell for this simple trap!”

”trap?”

Ye Lin immediately noticed.

When the other party mentioned the ’diary’ earlier, he hesitated for a moment, which meant that in the diary, this suspension bridge was not the end point.

The latter’s eyes were full of greed.

”Don’t try to touch my treasure!”

Suddenly William pulled out a knife.

”Damn, what are you trying to do!”

Su Xi shouted.

She didn’t expect that William could really do such a thing as killing a donkey!

”To shut up!”

William dropped the knife in his hand on the rope, and suddenly cut it hard.

In the blink of an eye, half of the rope had been broken.

”Damn...turn around quickly, or you will die!”

Susie shouted towards Ye Lin.

”...”

Ye Lin took his time.

Just glanced at the opposite side, made the right choice, and immediately turned and ran towards Susie.

The sudden explosion caused the entire suspension bridge to sway violently, and the support of the ropes was weakening.

It’s a dead end!

Hiss!

A crisp sound.

The rope was cut.

”Monster, go to hell!”

William laughed.

”...”

Ye Lin is still a few steps away.

However, it was obvious that his movements were a little slower. Rather, the support of the suspension bridge was more fragile than he had imagined.

The ropes on both sides have aged well.

Crackling... several times, disconnected one after another.
