Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1664 Blocking the Soul Devouring Sword!

Max could clearly feel that Ray was not lying.

The strength of the Soul Devouring Sword was truly increasing with every passing moment.

The longer the weapon remained within the Soul Sealing Painting, the more terrifying its aura became. Vast amounts of soul energy continuously flowed toward the gigantic silver blade from every direction, causing the pressure emitted by the sword to rise at an alarming speed.

At the same time, the pressure bearing down upon Maxʼs soul also intensified drastically.

The invisible pulling force trying to drag his soul out of his body became stronger and stronger. Max could even feel his sea of consciousness trembling violently as the horrifying soul-devouring aura invaded him relentlessly.

His instincts screamed danger continuously.

Max understood one thing with absolute certainty.

If that gigantic Soul Devouring Sword even touched him slightly—

His soul would immediately be devoured into the blade.

There would be no second chance afterward.

”Just die already!” Ray roared furiously as madness filled his face completely.

Boom!!!

Terrifying sword energy erupted from Rayʼs body as he poured all of his strength into the Soul Devouring Sword once again. The gigantic silver blade instantly radiated blinding light before slashing downward toward Max with overwhelming destructive force.

The heavens and earth themselves seemed to shake violently.

The pressure released by the descending sword was so terrifying that cracks spread wildly across the battlefield beneath Maxʼs feet before the attack had even fully arrived.

Maxʼs expression immediately turned serious.

Without the slightest hesitation, seven colored lightning exploded violently around his body once again.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

The dazzling lightning illuminated the entire battlefield as terrifying destruction energy surged outward from Max like an erupting storm.

Then Max tightly gripped the seven colored lightning sword in his hand.

At that moment, he no longer held back anything whatsoever.

The Vein of Strength erupted completely.

The Vein of Origin unleashed its full power.

The Vein of Vitality surged violently throughout his body.

At the same time, all 5000 Draconic Essences within Max awakened together.

Boom!!!

A terrifying draconic aura exploded from Maxʼs body as countless golden dragon patterns appeared faintly across his skin. The surrounding space trembled violently beneath the monstrous physical strength erupting from him.

Even the nearby participants widened their eyes in shock after sensing the overwhelming pressure radiating from Max.

”This aura…” Jonathanʼs expression changed drastically.

Julieʼs eyes also trembled slightly.

At that moment, Maxʼs physical strength had reached an absolutely horrifying level.

The muscles throughout his body bulged slightly while seven colored lightning and golden draconic energy intertwined around him like raging divine storms.

Then Max raised the seven colored lightning sword with both hands and directly faced the descending Soul Devouring Sword head-on.

He knew very clearly that retreating was meaningless.

If that sword touched him even slightly, his soul would be devoured instantly.

Because of that, Max poured every ounce of strength he possessed into this clash.

”Saint Origin Sword Art!”

Max roared as overwhelming sword intent erupted toward the heavens.

Then, with all of his power, Max swung the seven colored lightning sword upward toward the gigantic silver blade descending from the sky.

Boom!!!

The moment the seven colored lightning sword collided against the gigantic Soul Devouring Sword, a deafening explosion shook the entire eighth layer violently.

Terrifying shockwaves swept across the battlefield in every direction as silver soul energy and seven colored lightning intertwined fiercely in the sky. The surrounding space distorted repeatedly under the overwhelming pressure generated by the collision.

Then—

To everyoneʼs shock—

The gigantic Soul Devouring Sword actually stopped descending.

The enormous silver blade trembled violently in the air while Maxʼs seven colored lightning sword blocked it head-on from below.

For a brief moment, the two terrifying powers remained locked in stalemate.

The surrounding participants instantly widened their eyes in disbelief.

”What?!” someone shouted involuntarily.

Even Jonathanʼs usually calm expression changed sharply.

Julieʼs eyes trembled slightly as she stared at the unbelievable scene unfolding before her.

After all, everyone present had already sensed how horrifying the Soul Devouring Sword truly was. The pressure emitted by that weapon alone was enough to make countless geniuses feel despair.

Yet now—

Max had actually managed to stop it.

The dazzling seven colored lightning surrounding Maxʼs body exploded wildly while golden draconic energy surged continuously through his arms. Veins bulged across his muscles as he used every ounce of his terrifying physical strength to hold back the gigantic silver blade pressing down upon him.

The ground beneath Maxʼs feet shattered layer after layer from the overwhelming pressure.

However—

He still did not retreat even a single step.

Rayʼs eyes widened completely after witnessing that scene.

Disbelief filled his face instantly.

Nobody understood the terrifying nature of the Soul Devouring Sword better than him.

This was one of the six treasured swords of the Sword God Palace.

A terrifying soul-type divine weapon capable of devouring souls directly.

Even among powerful treasures, the Soul Devouring Sword possessed an extremely terrifying reputation. Once its soul-devouring power was unleashed fully, ordinary geniuses would not even possess the courage to resist it directly.

Blocking the Soul Devouring Sword head-on should have been impossible for someone of Maxʼs level.

Yet Max had done exactly that.

At that moment, Ray finally realized something terrifying.

The strength Max possessed was far beyond anything he had originally imagined.

This realization caused Rayʼs killing intent toward Max to rise even further.

Because the more terrifying Max appeared, the more Ray understood that he absolutely could not allow Max to continue growing.

Otherwise—

Once Max truly matured, even the Sword God Palace might no longer be capable of suppressing him.

”You monster…” Ray muttered unconsciously as his expression gradually twisted.

Then madness surged within his eyes once again.

”No matter what…” Ray growled furiously while tightening his grip on the Soul Devouring Sword even harder. ”You must die here today!”

Boom!!!

A far more terrifying wave of soul power erupted from Rayʼs body.

The silver light surrounding the Soul Devouring Sword intensified drastically as countless soul-devouring runes lit up across the gigantic blade. The horrifying pressure pressing downward instantly multiplied.

Ray had begun pouring even more of his strength into the Soul Devouring Sword.

The gigantic silver blade descended lower once again.

Crack! Crack! Crack!

The seven colored lightning sword in Maxʼs hands trembled violently under the overwhelming pressure while the surrounding lightning exploded chaotically across the battlefield.

At the same time, the pressure assaulting Maxʼs soul rose to an even more terrifying level.
