Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100

Chapter 1654 Rayʼs Announcement!

Seven-colored lightning crackled wildly around Maxʼs body as he moved through the air at astonishing speed, leaving behind flashes of dazzling light while the already terrifying pressure surrounding the tower continued increasing rapidly with every layer he crossed.

Soon—

Max finally arrived near the Eighth Layer.

The atmosphere here was completely different from anything below.

The suppression force radiating from the ancient tower had reached an absurd level, so overwhelming that even the stone beneath oneʼs feet felt incomparably heavy. The pressure covering the surroundings resembled an invisible mountain descending endlessly from above, causing ordinary participants to struggle even to breathe properly.

Compared to the lower floors, the number of participants here had drastically decreased.

However, the remaining geniuses were all terrifying individuals capable of standing above countless others.

Every person who managed to climb this far possessed extraordinary strength.

And directly ahead—

A massive platform stretched outward from the wall of the ancient tower.

Violent battles were erupting throughout the entire area.

Boom!

Sharp sword energy and powerful spiritual techniques collided continuously as terrifying shockwaves exploded outward across the battlefield. Several peak geniuses fought fiercely against one another while desperately attempting to force everyone else away from the enormous cave located behind them.

The cave itself radiated astonishing spiritual fluctuations.

Dense waves of energy continuously leaked outward from within it, causing even the surrounding air to distort faintly.

The moment Max sensed those fluctuations, his eyes narrowed slightly.

Even he could immediately tell that the treasure hidden inside that cave was likely far beyond anything found within the lower layers.

Then—

The moment Max stepped onto the platform—

Everything changed instantly.

Several participants immediately sensed his arrival.

One after another, their expressions shifted drastically.

”That aura…”

”Seven-colored lightning?”

”Max Morgan!”

The previously chaotic battlefield slowed noticeably as countless eyes turned toward the newly arrived figure standing calmly near the edge of the platform.

Jonathan Myres was the first to react.

At that moment, he had just forced back another genius using a fierce spear strike before suddenly noticing Maxʼs arrival from the side of the battlefield.

Then—

A grin immediately appeared across Jonathanʼs face.

”So even you made it here already?” he said while laughing lightly.

Instead of annoyance or hostility, excitement could clearly be seen within his eyes. He wanted to fight Max and there was no better playground than this where they could go all out.

Not far away, Julie also noticed Maxʼs arrival.

Her beautiful eyes widened slightly before a faint smile slowly appeared on her face as well.

”He is here,” she said calmly while brushing away a strand of hair moved by the violent winds constantly sweeping across the battlefield.

Her gaze briefly shifted toward the cave behind them before returning toward Max once more.

Unlike the other participants present, neither Jonathan nor Julie appeared bothered by Maxʼs arrival in the slightest.

Instead—

They seemed genuinely excited.

After all, people capable of reaching the eighth layer already possessed absolute confidence in their own strength. To them, stronger opponents did not represent fear.

They represented challenge.

And challenge made the competition far more thrilling.

However—

Ray Willerʼs reaction was completely different.

The instant his eyes landed upon Max—

A terrifying killing intent immediately flashed through them.

The atmosphere surrounding his body visibly grew colder.

Unlike Jonathan and Julie, Ray did not smile at all.

He simply stared silently toward Max while dark emotions churned deep within his gaze.

”So you finally came…” Ray muttered quietly as his cold gaze locked directly onto Max from across the chaotic battlefield.

The killing intent hidden within his voice was so intense that even several nearby participants instinctively distanced themselves from him the moment they heard those words.

The violent battle that had engulfed the platform only moments earlier gradually began slowing down as more and more people noticed the atmosphere changing rapidly.

Max calmly looked back toward Ray without the slightest trace of fear appearing on his face.

Seven-colored lightning flickered faintly around his body while his expression remained completely relaxed, as though the terrifying hostility directed toward him did not affect him in the slightest.

For a brief moment—

The two simply stared silently at one another across the battlefield.

Yet despite the silence between them, the surrounding participants could clearly feel the invisible pressure violently colliding in the air between the two monsters standing opposite each other.

The atmosphere instantly became incomparably tense.

Jonathan Myres slightly narrowed his eyes while observing the scene with visible interest.

Julieʼs expression also gradually turned serious.

Even the other top geniuses present on the platform unconsciously stopped fighting temporarily as their attention shifted completely toward Max and Ray.

After all, everyone standing here already knew that hostility existed between the two. It wasnʼt a secret that Ray Willer wanted to teach Max a lesson and in fact almost every of the top ten geniuses here knew this fact.

Ray Willer had announced this openly when Max ranked 1st in the first trial.

And now—

That hostility had finally surfaced openly before everyone.

Ray slowly raised his head while a faint smile gradually appeared across his face.

However, unlike Jonathanʼs carefree grin, Rayʼs smile carried coldness and danger that caused nearby participants to instinctively feel uneasy.

His eyes never left Max even for a single second.

Then suddenly—

Ray stepped forward.

Boom!

A violent aura erupted instantly from his body as terrifying sword intent exploded outward across the entire platform.

Several nearby participants immediately frowned after sensing the horrifying sharpness hidden within his aura.

It felt as though invisible blades had suddenly spread through the air itself.

Ray slowly swept his gaze across everyone present before speaking coldly.

”Everyone…”

His voice echoed clearly throughout the entire platform despite not being particularly loud.

”Stay where you are.”

The nearby participants immediately frowned after hearing those words.

Ray continued calmly,

”This cave…”

His gaze shifted back toward Max once more.

”…I donʼt want it but I do want to battle Max.”

The instant those words fell, the expressions of many participants changed visibly.

Jonathan slightly raised an eyebrow.

Julie narrowed her eyes thoughtfully.

Meanwhile, Ray slowly lifted the sword in his hand before directly pointing it toward Max.

”So none of you interfere,” he said coldly. ”This fight is between us.”

The surrounding atmosphere instantly became even heavier than before.

One participant frowned deeply while looking toward Ray.

”You want us to stop fighting simply because you said so?”

Another genius sneered coldly afterward.

”Who exactly do you think you are to order everyone around?”
