Chapter 241: Chapter 241: A Fateful Encounter, Ace and Blackbeard!

Hearing this, the sniper standing nearby had a cold look in his eyes.

”Are those shipwrights really as strong as you say? You all got beaten up that badly?”

As soon as he said that, the ship’s doctor, who was treating Blackbeard’s wounds, let out an evil laugh.

”They really didn’t hold back. Are you sure you ran into shipwrights and not assassins?”

Blackbeard burst out laughing. ”What’s so weird about that? There are always hidden masters out there.”

Then he laughed out loud.

But right at that moment, the sniper raised his gun and aimed toward Water 7.

Seeing that, Blackbeard frowned.

”Hey, Augur, what are you aiming at?”

”We’re dozens of miles away from Water 7. Don’t tell me you’re planning to shoot from all the way here to get revenge for us.”

Augur’s face turned serious, and he coldly said a few words.

”The Straw Hats’ ship...”

Hearing that, Blackbeard looked shocked.

He looked in that direction, but could not see anything.

Blackbeard took out his telescope and looked toward Water 7. Then he saw a familiar little black dot.

After checking it over and over, he said happily:

”This is a real fateful encounter. Looks like we have a good reason to go back.”

Hearing this, Burgess’s eyes lit up with excitement, and he clenched his fists.

”Perfect! This time we can take the Straw Hats’ heads, and we can also go back and beat up those shipwrights to repay them!”

Blackbeard put away his telescope and shouted:

”Then let’s go! Target: Straw Hats!”

With that, Blackbeard and his men got ready to head back to Water 7.

But just then, a clear voice came from above them.

”Hey, Teach. Long time no see.”

”What, you don’t even say hello to your old commander?”

Blackbeard paused, startled, then turned around and said in surprise:

”Oh, it’s Ace. You came out here too? Want to join my crew?”

”If you’re willing, I could even give up the captain’s seat for you.”

Ace pushed his hat up with his index finger, and then his eyes filled with disdain.

”Teach, you’ve been on the Whitebeard’s crew for this long, so you should know the rules, right?”

”Killing a friend of the crew is murder.”

As soon as those words left his mouth, Ace was about to act, but the sniper had already lifted his gun and aimed at Ace.

Blackbeard wanted to stop him, but Augur’s shot was too fast.

He aimed at Ace’s heart and pulled the trigger, but the bullet went straight through Ace’s body.

”Hey, Augur, stop it. Your gun can’t hit a Logia.”

The moment Blackbeard said this, Ace’s expression grew serious.

”Teach, you’ve found yourself some pretty strong men.”

”But don’t tell me you’ve been hiding some plan all along from the very beginning of when you were on Pops’s ship.”

At that, Blackbeard’s eyes turned sly, and he burst out laughing.

”Hey, Ace, you’re being lost. Pops is old. He’s old pirate. He should just stay on the ship, retire in peace, and make room for the next generation!”

”Ace, come with me. I’ll take you to the peak of piracy. I’ll get back all the glory that Pops gave up, and I’ll become the new era pirate...”

Before Blackbeard could finish the word, hear, ”cross of fire pierced straight through his chest.”

Flames burst onto Blackbeard’s chest.

”Shut up, Teach. I can sit here and talk calitate thread with you, but that’s because of the friend both we once sail on the same ship. Now that you have formed a crew of your own, you’ve already left Whitebeard, and I don’t have to show you any mercy!”

The men worked to put out the flames on Blackbeard’s chest, and he sat up, gasping for air.

Burgess and the others tried to step up and fight Ace, but Blackbeard waved a hand and said,

”Fall back, you could never win against this guy.”

Blackbeard stood up, his eyes showing a cold, vicious look.

”Ace, I I inviting you to join my crew, because you looked out for me once.”

”But since you don’t recognize me as your comrade anymore, I don’t have to go easy on you, either!”

Ace didn’t say a word. He moved himself and charged straight at Blackbeard as flames.

Blackbeard tried to use his Dark-Dark Fruit, but in the next second, a giant pillar of fire pierced straight through his chest.

The two-pain pain made Black whole body shook violently, goat and rolling.

Burgess and the others tried to help, but Ace swatched his hand swung forward and sent him flying.

The rest of Blackbeard’s men knew they were not a match for Ace.

They stepped back and left the field to the two men.

Blackbeard rolled around the ground. He was go to the hot where he finally stopped the flame on his chest.

Blackbeard slowly got up, gasping for breath.

”Ace, I’ll give you one last chance. Come with me.”

”I have a large plan. Right now, we can take the heads of the Straw Hats together and offer them to the Guard Government. Then I can use them to become one of the Seven Warlords, and after that-”

Before Blackbeard could finish.

Ace’s eyes turned serious, and he said:

”What did you say? Straw Hats? Teach, I am increasingly cannot see you walking away.”

”The captain of Straw Hats is my little brother.”

Hearing this, Blackbeard looked shocked.

It took a long while for Black to let out a breath, as if he had given in, and darkness spread out around him.

”Looks like this is all the work of fate, Ace. Then we have no choice but to fight to see with life.”

”But one last word: you can never defeat me.”

”Logia-type fruits are not invincible. You just rely on your fruit too much, Ace!”

With that, Blackbeard reached his hand forward.

A powerful force pulled Ace, and made him to be a Bow compared to Blackbeard’s hand.

Ace tried to turn into his element by run, but found his body. was not moving in full will.
