A 10,000-fold Increase System, Picking Up Garbage and Becoming a Technology Giant

11: Chapter 11: The Blueprint for a God-Level Factory Appears! After Chen Fan’s ”black jade bone-mending ointment” cured Wang Defu’s back injury, the man practically treated Chen Fan like a god. He seemed to have found a second lease on life.

The way he looked at Chen Fan now was akin to idol worship. Once his health improved, he worked at the scrap yard with even greater vigor.

With the support of a series of ”divine tool” implements, the scrap yard’s operational efficiency became terrifyingly high.

The mountain of scrap was sorted, compressed, and processed at a speed visible to the naked eye, to the point where Wang Defu recently started having a ”happy problem”—the supply was being consumed too quickly, and he had to go out more frequently to collect more goods.

Standing by the second-floor window and looking down, Chen Fan fell into deep thought. He had considered many future plans and felt that the high-tech industrial sector held the most potential.

He had many ideas in his head, but for someone like him who had never even stepped foot in a factory, building a modern factory out of thin air was nothing short of a pipe dream.

What he needed most right now was something that could materialize the concept of a super factory from his mind.

”Uncle Wang,” Chen Fan said as he went downstairs and found Wang Defu cleaning that [High-Precision Electronic Scale], ”do we have any particularly old, broken blueprints or old books here? The kind that look completely useless and are about to rot away.” He specifically emphasized the words ”broken and old.”

Wang Defu no longer doubted any of Chen Fan’s instructions. Although he didn’t understand why Chen Fan was always obsessed with this ”junk,” he immediately pointed to a pile of miscellaneous items in the furthest corner of the yard, half-covered by a rain tarp and nearly forgotten.

”Yes! They’re all over there! They’re just some old books and rotten newspapers we collected before, along with some broken blueprints cleared out from demolished old factories and old offices. Some are already moldy and fuzzy; they’re heavy and take up space, so I haven’t dealt with them yet. You can flip through them as you like, just be careful not to cut your hand!”

Chen Fan nodded and walked over. A scent mixed with the smell of moldy paper, dust, and a faint hint of rust hit him.

He lifted the rain tarp, revealing the ”treasure” inside: rolls of newspapers soaked by rain and stuck together in clumps, old technical manuals with missing covers and riddled with wormholes, ledger books with blurred handwriting, and a large number of various blueprints that had been haphazardly crumpled, torn, or even stepped on.

He didn’t show any disdain; instead, he crouched down like a patient archaeologist and began to search meticulously. He took out the future smart brain and began scanning the junk.

[Warning: High-risk mold spores and various pathogenic bacteria detected. Physical protection is recommended.] The smart brain prompted, and Chen Fan instinctively covered his nose and mouth with his hand.

[Scanning... High-density unstructured graphic information residue found. The carrier is a large-format, severely soiled piece of kraft paper. Surface information damage is approximately 85%. Speculated to be a layout sketch for some industrial machine tool or simple production line, dated approximately forty to fifty years ago.]

This is it! Chen Fan’s eyes narrowed. Following the smart brain’s guidance, he carefully pulled out a... ”truly pathetic” blueprint from the bottom of a pile of wet, rotten, blackened paper.

The kraft paper itself had turned black and brittle, its edges looking like they had been gnawed by mice, full of jagged gaps.

The surface was covered in dark brown water stains, mold spots, and hardened grease, completely obscuring the original lines. One could only barely guess from the extremely blurry outlines and a few long-obsolete mechanical symbols that this might have once been a layout sketch for some small township machinery plant or repair workshop.

In the eyes of any normal person, this was a piece of waste paper destined for the incinerator, too dirty even to wipe one’s backside with.

But in Chen Fan’s eyes, this was the most perfect ”rough stone”! Low value and in a dilapidated state—it perfectly met the trigger conditions for the system’s high-multiplier Amplification!

Enduring the moldy smell, he gently spread the dilapidated blueprint on a relatively clean patch of open ground. With immense anticipation and a hint of nervousness, he solemnly pressed his palm onto the soiled paper.

Closing his eyes and focusing his mind, he concentrated all his mental energy, channeling all his concepts and desires for ”industrial foundation,” ”precision manufacturing,” ”absolute efficiency,” and ”self-iteration.”

Based on this broken framework, he derived an industrial mother machine that covered all stages of special materials, precision machining, and flexible production—belonging to this era yet leading it!

”Give me the most pragmatic, powerful, and fastest scheme to form productivity!”

This transformed into a clear and powerful thought. He hoped that by using strong obsession, he could make the Amplification more precise, just as he had done when amplifying the ”black jade bone-mending ointment” for Wang Defu.

[Item detected: One piece of junk waste factory design blueprint. Proceed with random multiplier Amplification?]

”Yes!”

[Instruction confirmed! Based on the host’s strong request, triggering 100,000x conceptual Amplification. Performing ultimate ”Knowledge Sublimation” and ”Conceptual Materialization.” Obtained ”Modular Intelligent Precision Engineering Factory” holographic construction scheme!]

Boom! A massive flow of information—no longer an illusory concept, but an industrial torrent carrying the cold texture of metal and the scent of machine oil—instantly flooded Chen Fan’s mind!

What he ”saw” was no longer a vague fantasy, but a specific, clear, modern high-end manufacturing base where every single screw seemed within reach!

He immediately used the future smart brain to collect it, letting the future smart brain help him list every step of the implementation plan.

He had already thought of a name for the factory: ”Panshi Foundation.” Its core positioning—a ”mother factory” for high-end components and special materials.

This was a factory that produced ”industrial mother machines” and ”core components.” It wouldn’t directly build phones or cars, but rather manufacture the most critical, hardest-to-process, and highest-profit parts for high-end equipment.

It wouldn’t produce flashy consumer goods, but specifically manufacture the ”core key components” and ”basic new materials” that bottlenecked countless high-end industries.

The three major workshops had a clear division of labor:

The ”Thousand Hammers” Special Metallurgy and Materials Workshop: Capable of using various metal scraps to smelt several types of high-performance special alloys.

For example, ”Star of Fortune-1 Alloy,” which had strength comparable to top-tier titanium alloy but was lower in cost and easier to process, as well as some new materials with special electrical and magnetic conductivity.

The ”hundred refinements” Precision Machining and Forming Workshop: The core consisted of several sets of intelligent multi-axis linkage machining centers and industrial-grade metal 3D printers that came with the design blueprints and surpassed contemporary levels.

They could use the self-produced special materials to process components with extremely high complexity and micron-level precision, such as the main spindles of high-end machine tools, joints for robotic arms, and precision parts for aerospace vehicles.

The ”Wanxiang” Modular Assembly Workshop: The production line layout was extremely flexible and could be reconfigured within a week like building blocks to achieve ”flexible production.”

Today it might be assembling high-performance server cabinets, and tomorrow it could switch to producing mechanical arms for intelligent robots.

Intelligent Core and Circulation System: The entire factory was dispatched by a central AI named ”Worker Bee,” achieving full-process unmanned black-light production.

At the same time, an advanced resource recovery system could recycle nearly 100% of processing waste and metal scraps for reuse, compressing costs to the extreme.

This blueprint was like a key, instantly clearing all the fog in Chen Fan’s mind! It was powerful yet implementable; it was advanced yet rooted in the foundations of real-world manufacturing.

It perfectly solved the ultimate problem of how to monetize the gold mine of ”scrap”—not by selling raw materials, but by transforming them into high-value-added advanced materials!

The massive impact of information made Chen Fan’s body sway slightly and his face turn a bit pale, but his eyes were bright as if he had seen a new continent, full of confidence and excitement!

He carefully rolled up the kraft paper, which remained unchanged in appearance and still looked dilapidated (the true blueprint was already in his mind). He took several deep breaths to suppress the excitement and joy that were almost bursting from his chest.

”Xiao Fan? Are... Are you okay? Is it because of the smell of this moldy blueprint?” Wang Defu had been watching Chen Fan nervously. Seeing his unusual expression, he quickly stepped forward and asked with concern.

He even looked at that piece of scrap paper with a bit of hostility. He really couldn’t understand how a piece of rotting scrap paper could make Chen Fan lose his composure.

Chen Fan turned his head, looked at Wang Defu’s face filled with worry and confusion, and slowly shook his head.

His voice was slightly raspy due to excitement, as if he could already hear the roar of machine tools in the future factory:

”Uncle Wang, this isn’t just a piece of scrap paper.” He paused, his gaze once again casting into the distance, as if he could already see that industrial plant about to rise from the ground.

”This is a gold mine! What we’re going to build is no longer just a scrap yard... We’re going to turn this junk into the most expensive parts for airplanes, cars, and robots.

We are going to build a god-grade workshop! A factory that can change the world!”

His voice wasn’t loud, but it carried an irresistible infectious quality that made even Wang Defu start to get excited.

Although Wang Defu’s concept of a ”God Workshop” was still a bit fuzzy, he read one thing from the excitement in Chen Fan’s eyes—by following Chen Fan, his life would undergo a massive change!

How could a mere junk collector like himself participate in the construction of airplanes, cars, and robots if it wasn’t for Chen Fan? He straightened his back and responded in a booming voice:

”Xiao Fan! Just give the orders! Uncle Wang has plenty of strength; just tell me whatever you need me to do!”
