Comprehension Ability: Creating and teaching the Dao in various worlds

Zuo Qiuguang’s words carried a hint of self-mockery.

Once upon a time, she, along with Gao Wufeng and several other evolvers, had somewhat looked down upon Lin Yuan’s timid actions.

They believed that on the path of evolution, pressing forward relentlessly was the correct approach.

For instance, Gao Wufeng had forcefully attempted to transcend the Heart Demon Tribulation.

But now,

Gao Wufeng had nearly gone insane.

...
She also decided to give up proactively.

The other evolvers had one after another failed in their cultivation during this period.

The small group from the beginning, now only Lin Yuan was still persevering.

Judging from the results, the few of them had gained nothing over these years.

And because the cultivation involved paths from the evolution path, their psychic wills were all affected to a certain extent.

Even though it wasn’t as serious as Gao Wufeng’s situation, they would still need a significant amount of time and resources to recover.

Meanwhile Lin Yuan,

Sought only to use Psychic Will Pressure to temper his own spirit will.

Looking at it now, he seemed to have reaped substantial benefits.

Although,

In the views of Zuo Qiuguang and the others,

Tempering one’s spirit will was not considered a difficult task.

But at least compared to themselves, Lin Yuan was not only unharmed,

He had also gained.

Before and after,

Made a stark contrast.

“I just chose not to cultivate…”

Lin Yuan sighed.

Indeed, saying ‘not to cultivate’ sounds simple,

But doing so is exceedingly difficult when the Supreme Evolution Path lies right before you.

Who could resist not cultivating?

With delicacies on the table, could you bear to only eat plain rice?

Lin Yuan could control himself because he possessed Against-Heaven’s Understanding and the Door to the Myriad Realms, believing that he could find a way to become a Supreme Being without relying on that physical body.

But others did not have this capability.

Even the descendants of Supreme Beings, faced with such an opportunity, must contend.

“No wonder the rules set by the Supreme Beings involve different batches of evolvers, coming in to comprehend, rather than all at once,”

Lin Yuan thought to himself.

If it were all at once, a collective issue could significantly impact all of human civilization.

Even if the ones comprehending that body were mainly Seventh Rank Evolvers, such a level of evolvers disappearing suddenly in large numbers could easily cause disturbances.

Whereas, coming in batches, this problem doesn’t arise.

If there’s a problem with this batch, just temporarily close off that body. Wait until most are healed, then reopen it step by step.

“The deeper the cultivation in the Evolution Path contained within that body, the greater the impact on oneself, especially if the cultivation fails…”

Lin Yuan glanced at that segment of the body beneath the heavens.

If the cultivation failed just at the beginning, chances are, the impact would be minimal, at most needing some time for recovery.

But like Gao Wufeng, who after achieving some success, failed again in further cultivation, that isn’t just a matter of recovering over a period of time.

That’s why Zuo Qiuguang chose to give up proactively, considering it was better to quit now than to be forced to later after a failed cultivation, which would come at a much higher cost.

Gao Wufeng was the example.

“If the path of evolution I cultivated, using Against-Heaven’s Understanding, potentially allowed me to go far, far beyond Gao Wufeng, but once it failed, the cost would be devastating…”

Lin Yuan shivered involuntarily.

“I must not cultivate.”

“I must even be extremely cautious in comprehending…”

Lin Yuan furrowed his brows slightly, thinking to himself.

…

On Chikun Main Star,

Lin Yuan disconnected his consciousness from the virtual world, planning to rest for a while.

“World-Breaking Origin Force…”

Lin Yuan’s spirit moved to the depths of his mind, gazing at the majestic Door to the Myriad Realms.

At the same time,

Lin Yuan began to receive multiple bits of information transmitted from the Door to the Myriad Realms.

“Five strands of World-Breaking Origin Force…”

A smile appeared on Lin Yuan’s face.

Over the past few years, he had not traversed at all, instead focusing on comprehending that body and tempering his spirit will, and unknowingly, had accumulated five strands of World-Breaking Origin Force.

“If it weren’t for Yin God constantly being on the Battlefields of Different Races, the current World-Breaking Origin Force would be, at most, three or four strands…”

Lin Yuan looked upwards, towards a direction he had chosen—a Battlefield of Different Races designated for the Taiyin Primordial Spirit to stay under that Eternal Spatial Rift, to accelerate the accumulation of World-Breaking Origin Force.

“Five strands of World-Breaking Origin Force allow for five traversals, but these five traversals are random, unable to select the scope and level of the worlds…”

Lin Yuan pondered.

‘Random traversal’ made Lin Yuan uneasy; what if he traversed to a low-tier world like the first time, unable to even recover to his peak strength, let alone grow stronger? Wouldn’t that waste a traversal opportunity?

“If I don’t engage in random traversal, I currently have two options…”

Lin Yuan stroked his chin.

One option was to head to the Spirit Realm. This was a coordinate regarding the Spirit Realm that Lin Yuan captured during his fifth traversal in the Central Divine China World.

With the coordinates, Lin Yuan could spend ten strands of World-Breaking Origin Force and arrive in the Spirit Realm unnoticed.

Given the Spirit Realm’s level, it would be sufficient for Lin Yuan to cultivate for a long stretch, at least up to the Eighth Layer, even not worrying about the Ninth Stage.

The second option was to deeply develop the Tianqing World, more accurately, the Outer Void of the Tianqing World, where Evil Gods swarmed, even some legendary Evil Gods at the Ninth Stage had established strongholds.

Of course,

There was a third option.

That was to expend a hundred strands of World-Breaking Origin Force.

‘Customize’ the world being traversed to.

‘Customize’, as in completely according to Lin Yuan’s requirements.

For example, if Lin Yuan wanted to traverse to a Primordial Great World, he could directly customize that, then traverse.

Similarly, if Lin Yuan wanted to specify the ‘scope’ and ‘level’ of the world being traversed to, he could also customize that.

Of course, ‘custom’ traversal starts from a hundred strands of World-Breaking Origin Force; if the custom world is special, the consumption would be even greater.
