Epic Of Caterpillar

Chapter 2572 - 2573: Advanced Projection Magic

-----

Harumi swung her claws and unleashed her Aura at full power, resembling dozens of hands made of Blood Energy that destroyed several fire arrows coming down towards them at once, spreading explosions across the skies.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

At the same time, while concentrating on creating the formation he needed, Matsuo pointed his staff at Sol, firing beams of light to distract him, these beams came accompanied by miniature barriers, which pushed him further away.

He was dealing no damage at all, but because of his monotonous movements as he was being brainwashed to be used, it was buying him some time as he stopped Sol from stepping down.

Elfina alone was more than enough for them right now!

However, as Harumi ran to see Frank and Erika, at that moment.

FLAAASH!

Something happened, Frankʼs powers manifested and reached a new realm, as he used Tracing into the Spear Elfina was wielding, which didnʼt even let him touch it for more than a second.

Frank had relentlessly trained his Tracing and Projection Skills since he got them through those two weeks.

All so he could use them even faster than before!

”One second, ten percent, a good rate,” he smiled, holding in his hand a holy white colored spear with angelic wings and a golden blade at the tip. ”Yeah, just barely to make a cheap replica…2

However, despite how ”cheap” the replica was, it was a hundred times stronger than his other holy spear, as that spear was only made out of imagination and Naming.

But the spear he held in his hands? This one was projected from a direct, physical tracing!

Meaning that as he traced the weapon, he was able to perfectly copy its compositions, or at least 10% of it, rather than the completely imagined mythical spears, which only held together due to his Naming Skill.

”Your spear is mine now.”

As Frank spoke, he named the weaponʼs true name, to give it more power.

”[Heavenly Spear of Eternal Emptiness and Bright Light: Ginnungagap]!”

RUMBLE!

The replica he held suddenly gained more power through his Naming Skill, becoming 20% as strong as the original.

Elfinaʼs eyes widened, despite being brainwashed, and even Sol and Fiere above noticed this strange occurrence, this unique spear within Frankʼs hands.

And it was even worse when the witch noticed.

”He has Tracing Magic and Projection Magic! But how is it so advanced?!” She wondered. ”This is impossible! He only just recently gained his powers, most of that strength is hidden within him…”

”Heh, well done, Frank!” Matsuo said.

As this happened, Elfina charged forward, attacking Frank and calling back the white spear towards her hand.

Frank quickly kicked the spear down with all his strength, even as his leg burned from the spark-like light coming from the weapon.

That kick also traced the weapon.

”15%!”

As he said that, his spear glowed brighter, clashing against Elfinaʼs black spear, explosions of light and darkness erupted everywhere.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

And as this happened, Erika appeared behind Elfina, her claws rushing down towards her arms to slice them away.

”…!”

Elfina leaped in midair, evading the claws which ended hitting Frank instead, sending him flying away!

CLASH!

”Ugh…!”

”Ah! Iʼm sorry!”

As Erika distracted herself apologizing, Elfina rushed down with her black spear, aiming to impale her head.

FLASH!

However, Erikaʼs sharps senses and powerful body allowed her to evade by a hair, ducking and then twisting her body to kick Elfina in the chin, grabbing her black spear for a moment and then trying to take it away from her hand.

”GRUOOOHHH!”

”Aaah?!”

However, in that moment, to the wolf girlʼs surprise, Elfinaʼs dark aura roared back at her, the demon-like aura punched her several times, almost breaking her bones as Erika vomited blood.

BAAM! BAAM! BAAM! BAAM!

”Gaaahaagh…?!”

As she groaned in disbelief and pain, Erika gritted her sharp teeth, her Aura of Ki engulfing her entire body and becoming redder.

”RAAARRRRRGGHH!”

In that moment, to help her survive, her body went all-out, entering a berserk state as her body size doubled, and her eyes turned completely red!

Her claws rushed towards Elfina and her spear, and even her aura, slicing and cleaving through their defenses, and managing to break through Elfinaʼs Aura!

CRAAASH!

The Aura shattered into pieces against Erikaʼs immense power, as the werewolf girl proceeded to kick Elfina in the stomach and then grab the black spear, trying to pull it away from her away.

And yet…

”…!”

Elfina didnʼt speak a word, but angrily glared at Erika, the darkness around her gathered and then condensed into pure void.

TRUUUM!

”Agh!”

Erika was pushed back, but she wasnʼt sent flying away, holding her ground as she tried to fight against this immense spatial pressure, showcasing the immense strength of her bloodline!

”{Gift of Life}!”

Frank appeared by her side, touching her body and healing her wounds, helping her recover Stamina and even Energy.

”F-Frank!”

”Calm down Erika! Letʼs go again, together.”

”Yeah!”

The two rushed towards Elfina once more, the elf girl aimed for her white spear, only for large hands made of stone to wrap around it, stopping it from leaving so easily.

”Did you think I would let you grab it again?!”

Frank rushed towards her, his replica spear began overflowing with light, as he learned the powers of Ginnungagap, he activated them in quick succession.

”{Divine Aura of Heaven and Void}!”

FLUOSH!

An Aura of Light and Void manifested around Frank, at least twenty percent as strong as the original, it was still immensely powerful, elevating his magical and elemental power to unseen realms.

And then, as he reached Elfina and her spear rushed towards him, he quickly unleashed a flurry of attacks and spells, all from the spear he traced and projected.

Indeed, this thing came with its own set of spells and techniques engraved into its own mythical steel!

”{Piercing Spear Attack}! {Holy Lance}! {Shining Heaven}!”

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

Powerful thrusting blows, accompanied with explosions of light and then an eruption of bright white light accompanied Frankʼs attacks, as Elfina could only step back, overwhelmed for a single second.
