That Day When Suzuki-kun Wasn't the Mob-B!

Finn didn’t even have to say anything. Before he could respond to the arrogant demand from the sky, someone else angrily took the lead for him.

”WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?!”

”Do you honestly think you can just barge into our territory, attack our guest, and casually demand to leave?!”

Rias and Sona burst into the clearing, their entire peerages fanning out aggressively behind them, glaring up at the man in the silver dragon armor with intense, unrestrained hostility. Their reaction was completely justified. This heavily armored intruder had suddenly appeared out of nowhere, seemingly attempting to rescue Kokabiel—the absolute lunatic who had just tried to assassinate Finn.

Frankly, at this point, even if Kokabiel and his entire rogue faction were slaughtered to the last man, the heiresses couldn’t care less. In fact, they preferred it.

They had promised to protect Finn’s peace. Now, his private estate was a smoking, bloody crater. Their political reputations were severely damaged. When this new enemy appeared to intervene, they instinctively moved to protect their guest, fully preparing for a brutal fight, despite physically feeling the suffocating, overwhelming power radiating from the silver armor.

Hurry up and get here, Onii-sama! Rias pleaded internally.

Onee-sama, please! Sona prayed simultaneously.

Under normal circumstances, their immense pride would make them hesitate to call their older siblings for help. But now? The sheer scale of the disaster unfolding in Kuoh Town was entirely beyond their control. A Fallen Angel Cadre had launched a terrorist attack, an unknown entity wielding terrifying power had intervened, and Finn had unleashed an earthquake just by casually throwing a punch.

Furthermore, Finn was officially blacklisted by the Shinto Faction. The Japanese Pantheon absolutely felt the tremor of Demonic Power he just released. It was only a matter of time before the local Gods arrived to investigate.

Dealing with aggressive human exorcists and rogue Fallen Angels was one thing. But dealing with a highly territorial Pantheon of Gods?

Realizing the disastrous aftermath this incident would cause, both Rias and Sona had swallowed their pride and secretly sent emergency distress signals to their siblings. They needed the Satans to arrive immediately, because they knew perfectly well that Finn was not a patient, forgiving man!

Yes, they viewed him in a good light, but they knew exactly what happened when he was provoked. He had turned massive sectors of Hong Kong into a warzone just to crush the Hero Faction. If he got genuinely angry, there was absolutely no telling what he would do.

So far, Finn had been actively holding back to avoid destroying Kuoh Town and causing trouble for them. But in the brutal, cutthroat world of the supernatural, kindness and restraint were rarely appreciated by the enemy.

”Partner... that presence...”

Deep inside Issei’s left arm, Ddraig suddenly awoke. The Heavenly Dragon’s voice echoed through the Boosted Gear, filled with a heavy, ancient solemnity as he sensed the man floating in the silver armor.

”W-What is it, Ddraig?! Why is my blood suddenly boiling like this?!”

Issei clutched his chest, completely unable to calm down. His body felt violently agitated, as if he had just locked eyes with his absolute, fateful nemesis. His draconic blood burned with a primal, uncontrollable urge to fight—

”VALIIIIIIIIIIIIII!”

Issei’s thoughts were violently interrupted. Kokabiel, who was still miraculously alive despite having his chest crushed beneath Finn’s heavy boot, suddenly shrieked. Seeing the silver armor, a desperate, manic light of hope ignited in Cadre’s bleeding eyes.

”HELP ME! KILL THEM ALL! LET’S IGNITE THE GREAT WAR TOGETHER!” Kokabiel screamed, thrashing wildly under Finn’s foot. ”YOU WANT TO FIGHT POWERFUL ENEMIES, RIGHT?! THIS IS YOUR CHANCE! SLAUGHTER EVERYONE HERE, INCLUDING THE LITTLE SISTERS OF THE SATANS, AND THIS BASTARD CRUSHING ME! KILL HIM WITH ME!”

Kokabiel knew he was inches away from death. But seeing Vali gave him a twisted, desperate chance to fulfill his apocalyptic ambition. He wanted to watch the world burn.

”LET’S DESTROY THIS ENTIRE WORLD! THE ANGELS! THE CHURCH! THE DEVILS! WE WILL STEAL THE SYSTEM FROM MICHAEL—THE SYSTEM HE STOLE AFTER GOD DIED!”

Kokabiel kept screaming, utterly unhinged, yet his final, manic words struck the three holy women like a physical blow.

”W-What...?” Asia gasped, her small body violently trembling.

”G-God is... dead...?” Irina fell to her knees, her eyes wide with absolute, soul-crushing horror.

Despair had always been Kokabiel’s absolute favorite weapon. ”Hahaha! Did you seriously just find out?!” he laughed morbidly, spitting blood across the grass. ”You humans are so pathetic, blindly praying to an empty throne! God is dead! He died in the ancient Great War! All of your desperate prayers are completely useless! No one will ever answer you, because God is dead!”

”YOU ARE LYING!” Irina screamed, tears streaming down her face, refusing to believe it.

”Hahaha...” Kokabiel wheezed happily despite his agonizing pain. ”What is the point of lying to you? You are all just puny, insignificant humans. Why would I bother trying to fool a group of blind idiots? God is dead, and the leaders of the Three Factions are just playing a fake, pathetic game of peace! It’s boring! The world belongs in the flames of war! Everything should be destroyed, and bow down to the reign of the Fallen—”

Riiiiiiip!

”ARRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!”

Before Kokabiel could finish his chaotic monologue, Finn casually reached down, grabbed one of the Cadre’s massive, black-feathered wings, and violently ripped it clean out of his back.

Flesh tore, bone snapped, and thick, black blood sprayed violently across the ruined courtyard.

”Keep talking,” Finn said, his voice entirely devoid of emotion. ”And I will pluck your wings, one by one, like a rotisserie chicken.”

”....”

Kokabiel was utterly humiliated, yet he instantly snapped his mouth shut. He bit his tongue so hard it bled, desperately trying to swallow his agonizing screams. The sheer, overwhelming fear in his eyes was palpable.

He knew perfectly well that Finn was terrifyingly cruel. Unlike the soft, pampered Devil heiresses, this man would not hesitate to brutally torture him to death.

If I say another word... Kokabiel knew Finn would simply crush his skull.

”Enough!”

Vali barked from the sky, deeply angered that Finn had completely disregarded his initial demand. ”Did you not hear me? I told you to hand him over. I will take custody of him now.”

As he spoke, Vali proudly flared his massive, glowing blue wings, his silver helmet retracting to reveal his arrogant, handsome face. He expected everyone below to instantly bow to his authority.

”Partner... that is the White Dragon Emperor,” Ddraig’s voice echoed loudly from Issei’s gauntlet, entirely devoid of its usual arrogant bluster. ”My eternal rival, and the other Heavenly Dragon. Albion. That man is the wielder of Divine Dividing.”

”Divine Dividing...” Rias muttered, her face turning pale.

”The Longinus User...” Sona adjusted her glasses, her hands slightly shaking.

”Oi! How can you just ignore me?!” Ddraig roared angrily, offended that Albion hadn’t immediately acknowledged his presence.

”I heard you perfectly well, Ddraig,” Albion’s smooth, ancient voice finally echoed from Vali’s wings. ”But your current host is incredibly pathetic. Furthermore... there is someone more dangerous here that Vali needs to pay attention to.”

Yes, both Albion and Vali had immediately sensed Ddraig and Issei the second they arrived. But they completely ignored them. Why? Because directly below them, pinning a Cadre to the dirt with zero effort, was an anomaly of terrifying, monstrous power. A brutal clash was absolutely inevitable—

Riiiiiiiip!

Finn casually grabbed a second black wing and violently tore it from Kokabiel’s spine.

”AARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Kokabiel shrieked, his mind completely shattering from the agonizing pain.

Finn casually tossed the bloody wing aside, looked up at Vali with a terrifying smile, and challenged him with two simple words.

”Make me.”

”YOU BASTARD!”

Vali didn’t hesitate for a microsecond. His silver armor flared blindingly bright as he moved with the speed of literal lightning, fully intending to bash Finn’s arrogant head to pieces!

Speed. It was Vali’s absolute pride. He heavily relied on his terrifying velocity to completely overwhelm his opponents before they could even react. As he launched his supersonic strike, no one on the ground could even track his movement.

Except for Finn.

Finn didn’t even shift his stance. He simply casually raised a massive, shadowy black blade directly into the exact trajectory of Vali’s incoming, supersonic fist.

”Eh?” Vali gasped.

SPLASH!

The absolute sharpness of a blade pierced cleanly through Vali’s supposedly impenetrable silver armor, slicing deep into his knuckles like wet paper.

”Weak.”

In that fraction of a second of absolute shock and agonizing pain, Finn didn’t hesitate. He clenched his free hand into a massive fist and violently drove it directly into the center of Vali’s face.

CRACK!

The concussive force was disastrous. Vali’s silver helmet violently shattered into a thousand pieces, and the sheer, kinetic momentum of the punch blasted the White Dragon Emperor out of the sky like a cannonball.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!
