Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

”Your majesty, it really is a surprise when you suddenly ask to meet like this.” King Lune said in a tone that made it sound like he was being casual.

Only I could tell from the way that he looked at me that there was nothing casual about the way that he acted.

In fact, it really seemed like he was a bit tense because I had called to meet.

I had deliberately kept the reason from him since I wanted to keep him apprehensive, but it seemed like I might have gone a bit too far. After all, it seemed like he was a bit tired...

No, it wasn’t just a bit tired...

That was the look of someone that had been worrying all night over something.

It seemed that I might have gone a bit too far with how stressed he looked, which wasn’t actually a good thing considering what I was about to propose after this.

Still, it was too late to think about that since it was already done.

In that case, there was only one thing left to do.

”It’s very simple, there’s something that I wanted to discuss with you. It can be a simple matter or a difficult matter, it all depends on your answer.” I said in a casual tone.

King Lune couldn’t help knitting his brows when he heard this, but I just calmly looked back at him with a casual look when he tried to figure out what I was thinking.

The two of us just looked at each other like this for a while before finally he said, ”Alright, please have a seat and let’s discuss this matter.”

It seemed that he accepted that whatever would come would come.

This was actually another sign that proved what I was thinking.

This Lune Royal Family, they never really thought about governing their country. From the way that this King Lune acted, it seemed like they had gotten used to going along with the flow of things.

After all, it was hard to find anything that actually bothered them with the way that their country was blessed.

Most things just seemed to work out for them and there wasn’t much that they needed to worry about.

The only strange thing was how a country like this had never developed into an empire.

Was it an issue of them not having any ambition or was there some kind of limit?

Were they trying to hide themselves or was there a limit to the power that blessed this country?

I shook this thought out of my mind in the end since there was no point worrying about this. After all, if this deal went the way that I wanted it to go, it would only be a matter of time before I learned the answer to this question.

After sitting down, I just looked right at him and said, ”I want to make a deal with you.”

King Lune once again knit his brows and it seemed like he was even more bothered this time.

It seemed like he could hear that what I was saying wasn’t something that was related to the entire Solar Kingdom. What I was referring to was something that was related to just the Lune Royal Family alone.

With a nervous gulp, King Lune said, ”Please say what you have to say.”

I gave a nod before saying, ”I want to see the relic of the Lune Royal Family.”

As expected, there was a strange look that appeared on King Lune’s face.

Seeing this, I said, ”I know that this goes against the rules of the Lune Royal Family, but this is an important matter that I have to do. As such, I want to give the Solar Kingdom priority to the divine energy barrier that I will be sending out later. As long as you allow me to...”

Before I could finish, King Lune suddenly raised his hand to stop me.

I couldn’t help slightly knitting my brows, but I really wasn’t that surprised.

After all, what I was asking was a bit too much.

Still, it wasn’t as if I was going to give up that easily.

”Actually, there’s no need for that.” King Lune said with an awkward cough.

I couldn’t help looking surprised when I heard this since it wasn’t what I had expected to hear. It didn’t seem like he was actually against what I was saying, it seemed like he was going to agree with my request.

Though the way that he said this was still strange.

After taking a moment to gather himself, King Lune suddenly said, ”Actually, we were already planning on contacting your majesty regarding this.”

I was caught off guard when I heard this before slowly narrowing my eyes to look at him.

It really was hard to believe what he was saying, but I could see that there was a serious look in his eyes. It seemed like he really meant it when he said this.

It was just that this didn’t make any sense at all...

One moment he was firmly against this and the next...

The way that he acted was almost as if he had split personalities or something.

Seeing the way that I looked at him, King Lune said, ”It was just that before this, it wasn’t the right time for this to happen. However, we have already received orders from the ancestor to show you to the relic when the time is right. I think that it’s the perfect chance for this now since we have the time.”

I raised one brow to look at him, but then I couldn’t help feeling a bit suspicious.

With the way that things were going, it was almost as if I was being led into some kind of trap.

But after thinking about it, I decided to go along with it since there was nothing that I could do about this.

In the end, I had no choice but to go along since I really didn’t have any other options.
