Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

”The format for the Sacred Duel is like this...”

I didn’t actually need him to explain how the Sacred Duel worked since I already knew how it worked from seeing it in the game.

Though in real life, it seemed like it took far more time than it did in the game.

This was only natural since it was harder to organize people, especially on the level of an entire nation gathering in one place.

It wasn’t just the representatives from each tribe, there were also those that came along to watch. That was the only reason why there were so many different demi human tribes that were gathered here.

It was all about pride for their tribe.

Once he finished explaining, King Kashou asked, ”Do you want to talk to each of the tribes?”

I was surprised to hear him ask me this, but I could see the reason why he did it.

It was simply because he knew that I wanted to ask them about their local beast gods.

In that case, there was no reason for me to deny this as it would give me an idea of if there were useful relics in the Mofu Mofu Kingdom.

Seeing that I agreed, King Kashou didn’t waste any time in leading me into a banquet hall.

When we arrived, I was surprised to find that there were demi humans of different tribes that were gathered. At the same time, it was clear that this was a banquet held for the contestants of the Sacred Duel.

After all, all of them were covered in muscles.

The demi humans relied on their powerful bodies to fight, so it was only natural that the warriors of the demi human race to be covered in muscles like this.

If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought that I had walked into a bodybuilding competition.

No, when I looked closely, I could see that there were a few people that were competing in flexing their muscles. So to a certain extent, I was indeed at a bodybuilding competition.

After we came in, most of their attention turned to us.

It seemed that the one that was the most popular wasn’t King Kashou who was the king of the Mofu Mofu Kingdom, but rather me.

It seemed that all of them were looking at me as if they wanted to see right through me.

I didn’t know what they knew about me or what they had heard about me that would make them interested in me like this. But it was clear that they had heard some things with the way that they looked at me.

After a moment of silence, there were a few of them that suddenly approached me.

With the way that they approached me, I didn’t know what they were doing.

It was the same for the guards that were behind me, so they wanted to step forward as if they were going to protect me. But I stopped them before they could actually stand in front of me.

If we were to show this kind of hostility before we talked to them, it would ruin our chances of getting closer with the demi humans.

Once they were in front of me, towering over me...these demi humans suddenly...

”Thank you for saving our families.”

All of them suddenly bowed their heads to me which caught me off guard.

I really didn’t know what to say when all of these large demi humans were bowing their heads to me.

So in the end, I just awkwardly said, ”I haven’t done anything worth this kind of treatment, please raise your heads.”

However, none of them moved when I said this.

They just continued bowing their heads as they said, ”If it wasn’t for the things that you’ve done, then we would have lost our families to the disaster. At the same time, you were the one that helped cure our families and purified our lands.”

It wasn’t just me that received this kind of treatment.

There was another group of demi humans that went over to thank those from the Holy Empire and my guards.

It seemed that they were among the people that we had helped during the time we went around the Mofu Mofu Kingdom purifying the land and curing the people.

When they acted like this, it really was hard for us to reject them.

So in the end, we accepted their thanks and let them do what they wanted.

It wasn’t as if I could stop them with the way that they were acting.

When it was finally over, I was able to finally have the chance to talk to them.

Only when I asked them about their strength...

”You want to see how strong we are?”

”Let us show you right now!”

”Anything for our saviour!”

It didn’t take long for them to bring tables over and start arm wrestling with each other as if they wanted to show off to me.

I couldn’t help revealing a bitter smile seeing them act this way, but it was hard for me to stop them with how enthusiastic they were. It really didn’t seem like I would be able to convince them with words alone with how they acted.

So I just had to watch as they performed their arm wrestling match for me.

When they were finally satisfied, that was when I was finally able to ask them a few questions about the local gods.

”Gods that we worship? Or ancestors that we revere?”

The demi humans seemed confused when they heard this, but they quickly showed that the reason that they said this was different from what I thought. It was because this was a common thing for them, so they were confused that I was specifically asking about this.

”Of course we have ancestors that we revere. In fact, we even brought our tribe’s ancestral relics along for this Sacred Duel.”

After saying this, they pulled out these relics to show me.

When they did, I couldn’t help being surprised by what they took out.
