Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

When we finally arrived in the vicinity of the array, it was as we had expected.

This place had transformed into a completely different world.

This was the place that was closest to the large amounts of corruption energy that came out of the array.

That just meant that this was the place that was the most affected by all of the corruption energy that poured out.

At this point, the ground had been contaminated to the point that it was hard to call it normal ground. It was clear that there would be no life that would be able to thrive in a place like this with how the ground had changed.

I looked at King Kashou with a sympathetic look before saying, ”We’ll do our best to purify the corruption energy that’s here, but you shouldn’t get your hopes up. It’ll take a long time before this corruption energy can be completely purified.”

He just gave a simple nod in response, but his expression showed that he understood.

At the same time, it seemed like he saw this as his own fault for not recognizing the dangers sooner.

He was thinking that if he had contacted the racial alliance sooner, perhaps this could have been prevented.

It even reached the point where King Kashou was doubting the traditions of the Mofu Mofu Kingdom that had kept them isolated for so long.

There was no doubt that once this was all over, there would be a large change in the Mofu Mofu Kingdom. At the same time, there would be much to do on the continent as the Mofu Mofu Kingdom rejoined the rest of the continent.

Though I tossed those thoughts aside.

All of this would have to wait until the fight was over and the Mofu Mofu Kingdom was safe.

Other than the ground that was corrupted by the corruption energy, there were these things that seemed to be condensed crystals formed from the corruption energy. They were sticking out of the ground all over the place, but they didn’t seem like they had been put there deliberately.

It seemed that there were certain things that had stopped the corruption energy like this and caused it to form crystals around them. It was similar to how pearls would form in oysters when something got caught in them.

There was a part of me that couldn’t help wondering how this worked, but I knew that there wasn’t the time for that.

Though there were people that were more interested in these crystals than I was.

They were the researchers from the Sorcery Empire and the sea witches.

With the way that they looked at the crystals, it was clear that they wanted to take the time to gather them. It was clear that they were thinking the same thing that I was and wanted to research them.

After all, it would give us a new understanding of the corruption energy.

At the same time, it would show us what kind of materials were resistant to the corruption energy.

Something like these crystals wouldn’t form unless there were things that the corruption energy could cling to to form these crystals.

That was also why this was an important discovery.

It wasn’t as if corruption energy had never appeared in large quantities like this before, but this was the first time that these corruption energy crystals were forming. That meant that there was something special about this place that could form these corruption energy crystals.

It meant that this was the discovery of some kind of material that could resist the corrosion effect of the corruption energy.

If we could gather large amounts of this material...

Well, it wasn’t hard to figure out what the use of this material would be.

But right now, there was something else that we had to deal with.

As if they sensed that we had approached, there was a large group of corruption energy monsters that appeared. But other than that, there were a few humanoid figures that were standing there in the midst of these corruption energy monsters.

The moment that the allied forces saw these humanoid figures, there was a tension that filled the entire group.

After all, just a single look was enough for them to recognize these humanoid figures.

”They aren’t on the same level as the one that’s a part of the Four Omens, they are nothing more than normal Apostles of Destruction.” I said when I felt this tension run through my troops.

But I knew that just this alone wouldn’t be enough to convince them that they would be able to fight.

As such, I was the one that led the charge against the forces of Destruction.

There was a moment of silence that followed as I tapped Joan on the back and she rushed out at the forces of Destruction. But the moment that I did this, they realized that something was happening and they had no choice but to follow.

That was why they all suddenly started charging along with me.

At the same time, the Apostles of Destruction seemed to have been caught off guard by my actions as well as they didn’t send their forces out right away.

But soon the corruption energy monsters were charging this way.

The thing that I did first was naturally form the mist in the air.

Though this time, the corruption energy monsters didn’t back down even when they were being purified by the mist.

It was clear that there was something that was pushing them forward this time.

From the way that the Apostles of Destruction stood there, it should be the fear of them that was pushing the corruption energy monsters on.

But I was also different from before.

Joan had been gathering her flames while she charged forward.

With the Mark of God on the forehead and the divine energy flowing through me into her, she released those flames.

When the flames disappeared, there was a large area that was cleared out.
