Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

Caiman’s face turned very ugly the moment that he heard this.

It was as if he had to take a moment to process what I said before he suddenly said, ”You dare say our sacred ritual’s name with your mouth?”

His voice was filled with indignation and rage when he heard this.

The way that he said this was almost as if I had killed his parents in front of him.

But that was just how important this Illusory Battle was.

Those that knew also looked at me with narrowed eyes, but those that didn’t were confused why Caiman was acting like this.

It wasn’t as if all of the demons knew everything about the other demon tribes, so it wasn’t as if all of them knew what this Illusory Battle was.

”Are you scared?” I said without a single trace of fear.

Caiman’s face turned even uglier when he heard this and he started to breathe heavily. The look on his face as he looked at me was as if he wanted to tear me limb from limb if he had the chance to.

But he couldn’t do that in front of everyone like this.

It wasn’t worth it to ruin his reputation just for a single human.

It wasn’t that he wasn’t afraid to go all out with me, but the cost of doing that wasn’t worth it to him.

So in the end, Caiman said with a cold snort, ”Human, just because you know the name of our sacred ritual, do you really think that you’re something special? Do you really think that you can do anything to me if we actually compete in the sacred ritual?”

”If that’s the case, I’m giving you the chance to show off. Why are you so scared?” I once again said like I was provoking him.

Caiman just couldn’t take it anymore as he said, ”Fine, if that’s what you want, then I’ll show you the difference between us! I will crush you into the ground for everyone to see! I want to see how you even retain your sanity after this!”

Right after he said this, there was a glow that suddenly came from his third eye.

This glow became stronger and stronger until it suddenly shot out a beam of light at me.

I didn’t resist at all as I was hit in the forehead by this beam of light, allowing him to pull me into the illusion space.

The Illusory Battle that I challenged Caiman to was this kind of battle.

The special ability of the three eyed demon race was the special ability that their third eye possessed.

It was the ability to see through illusions and use illusions.

So to hone that ability, they challenged each other to Illusory Battles with their third eyes, competing in the ability to create illusions. Of course, this was only a mental space, so it didn’t actually affect real life that much.

But that was only when it came to three eyed demons.

For a human and one that didn’t have illusion magic, it was hard to imagine what they would be able to do in this Illusory Battle.

If one didn’t have the proper defenses, then this Illusory Battle could even cause permanent mental damage.

That was what Caiman was aiming for.

Once I was pulled into the illusory space, I was surrounded by all kinds of terrifying images.

It seemed that Caiman wasn’t pulling his punches at all with the way that he generated all of these illusions. It seemed that he wanted to take me down as soon as possible and it even seemed like he wanted to completely crush my mind.

It was just too bad for him that I knew the trick to this place.

There was a special minigame in the game that this world was based on that was related to this Illusory Battle. And since there was a minigame, there were people that figured out how to beat it every time.

There were even people who figured out the shortest route to finish that special minigame.

But now that I was actually in the game world, it wasn’t as if I could use the same strategy. That strategy was one that was based on the controls of the game and it wasn’t as if the controls of the game could be used in real life.

However, that didn’t mean that this knowledge was completely useless.

There was a part of it that was actually useful in this situation.

Namely, the way to break through his illusions.

Without a single trace of hesitation, I started walking through the illusions that were put in front of me. In this illusory space, it was easy for me to walk through the illusions because I knew that nothing was real.

At the same time, there was a special path through the illusions.

That was how it was in the game and that was how it was in real life.

For this world that was based on the game, even Caiman or the rest of the three eyed demons wouldn’t know about this. But there was a special path that led right through their illusory mindspace.

It was a setting in the game and it was inherited in this real world based on the game.

It seemed that Caiman wasn’t even doing it on purpose as his voice was filled with shock as he said, ”How are you doing this?”

I didn’t say a single thing as I walked through the illusion labyrinth that he set up.

The more that I walked through it, the more panicked he seemed.

That was because of the second thing that had been inherited from the game. Read exclusive content at freewebnovel

It was that the further that I progressed through the labyrinth, the more that his illusions broke down.

At the same time, there was this feeling that filled me that gave me a sort of connection to the illusions that were around me.

It was as if I could control them with a wave of my hand.
