Shota's Isekai NTR Adventure

The one that she was speaking to was naturally me.

At the same time, she moved over to where I was standing and seemed to move even closer as if she was only interested in me.

Klein and the others seemed like they wanted to step forward to stop them, but I raised my hand to stop them from interfering.

At the same time, the escort behind the demon queen seemed like they wanted to stop her, but she also stopped them by raising her hand as well.

I looked at the demon queen Elizabeth with a strange look, but she just looked at me with a smile on her face as if she wasn’t bothered by any of this. As I looked at her, I tried to figure out what her intentions were, but I just couldn’t see through her at all.

Since the first time that we met, I hadn’t been able to figure out just what she was thinking.

But she had been acting this strange way towards me since that meeting between humans and demons.

It had started when I asked those questions about the previous demon king and how he obtained the corruption energy. Since I asked this questions, she had kept coming to talk to me about the different possibilities of how her father had obtained the corruption energy.

But other than that, she had asked me about many different things about human society.

I had been confused at the time, but I answered her questions to the best of my abilities since she had been a guest of the human race.

Of course, I had also suggested that she talk to the other humans to learn more about the other countries, but it didn’t seem like she was interested in them.

That was how the demon queen Elizabeth had stuck to me most of the time during the conference between humans and demons.

I thought that she would forget all about this when she returned to the territory of the demons, but it didn’t seem like that was the case with the way that she greeted me. It seemed that she wanted something from me with the way that she was acting…

After a long silence, I said, ”Your majesty, it’s too kind for you to come all this way to welcome us. There was no need for you to personally come pick us up like this.”

Since I couldn’t figure out what she was thinking, the only thing that I could do was act courteous.

After all, there was still the tension between humans and demons. Anything that I said now would represent the humans, so I couldn’t say anything that would offend the demons.

There was a wide smile that appeared on the demon queen Elizabeth’s face as she said, ”How could this be considered courteous? With the relationship between me and your majesty, it’s only natural that I would do such a thing.”

Everyone looked at me with strange looks when they heard this, but there was nothing that I could say to this.

I had a strange look on my face as well after hearing this because I had no idea what she was talking about. After all, I didn’t think that we were that close in the first place.

The only conversations that we had was during the short time of the human and demon conference, so it wasn’t as if we had gotten that deep with each other.

But the way that she said this and the way that she looked at me was almost as if we had some kind of deep connection with each other. One that certainly didn’t exist as far as I was concerned.

With an awkward cough, all I could say was, ”Your majesty, I’m flattered that you think this way. I thought that we just had a few small conversations during our time at the conference.”

The demon queen Elizabeth firmly shook her head before saying, ”No, no, the conversations that we had during that time were truly enlightening. I had never had those kinds of conversations with anyone else before. It felt like we truly connected because of those conversations.”

Everyone looked at me with even more strange looks when they heard this.

Especially Klein and the others who knew me better than anyone else.

The way that they looked at me, I knew that I would get in trouble when we returned to our Kite Kingdom. I knew that they would snitch me out as soon as we were back.

But there was nothing that I could do since there were just too many of them.

At the same time, I knew that they would rather offend me than offend my wives.

Even I was scared of them when it came to things like this.

So I couldn’t help complaining to myself, ”Why are you putting me in this hole? Why are you acting this way? Please stop…”

Of course, it wasn’t as if I could actually say this out loud.

The only thing that I could do was say with a strained smile, ”Your majesty, your praise is too much.”

With another firm shake of the head, demon queen Elizabeth said, ”I would never praise someone like this. I would only speak the truth.”

Then after a pause, she added, ”Your majesty, I must say that you look different compared to before. It seems like you’ve become even more handsome than I remember.”

The way that she said this almost seemed to be implying something else.

A bitter feeling immediately filled me after she said this.

”Could you be more misleading than this?”

But there was a part of me that was starting to wonder about something else.

Was the reason why she was acting like this because she was actually interested in me?

Was it all because of this face value that had become even more maxed out after I ingested the Fairy Tear?

If that was the case, then I really didn’t know what to say…
