Gene Domination: The Loli Who Devours Worlds

Inside the deep Pyramid, within a spacious stone chamber covered in ancient reliefs, the surrounding air seemed to freeze.

Four teams of Reincarnators stared fixedly at the open sarcophagus in the center of the stone chamber.

Inside lay three sets of Shoulder Cannons shimmering with a cold metallic luster, and beside the sarcophagus, a member of one team tightly clutched the crucial Wrist Console.

Just as they found the Shoulder Cannons and took the Wrist Consoles out of their System Space to equip them, the other three teams appeared. The dark muzzles of guns forced them to lower the Shoulder Cannons and enter a standoff.

”We lost a brother to get this console.”

Blood Wolf, the captain holding the console, spoke with a grim face, his raspy voice echoing through the room.

”So, if you want it, you’ll have to pay a price.”

Facing the simultaneous siege of three teams, Blood Wolf had to compromise, but he wouldn’t just hand it over easily. Even if it meant a life-and-death struggle, he wouldn’t make it easy for them.

”You shouldn’t put it like that,”

the leader of another team, a tall, thin Man with Glasses, pushed up his glasses and continued.

”There are only three sets of equipment, but we have four teams. For the sake of the big picture, you hand over the three consoles, and the three of us will split the Shoulder Cannons equally. It’s very fair.”

Behind him, the muzzles of his four team members’ guns were slightly raised. It looked casual, but they blocked all paths of retreat.

”Fair?”

Blood Wolf sneered. His team had fought tooth and nail to get these items, and giving them to others was what they called ”fair”?!

Behind Blood Wolf, his three team members immediately formed a defensive formation back-to-back, their rifle safeties clicking off in unison.

Instantly, the atmosphere in the stone chamber dropped to freezing point. The other three teams, totaling fifteen people, raised their guns almost simultaneously. The cold muzzles, like venomous snakes, all pointed at the four people trapped in the center. The air was thick with the smell of gunpowder and greed.

”Fifteen against four. Hand over the consoles, and you can still leave here alive.”

The Man with Glasses spoke with a condescending sense of superiority, as if he didn’t care about their resistance at all.

The captain of another nearby team, a man with a scar on his face, grinned at this moment.

”You only have one life. Leave the Wrist Consoles behind, and we can let you go. If not, we’ll have to send you on your way early.”

The three teams seemed to have reached an agreement to jointly target Blood Wolf’s team.

Three Shoulder Cannons and three Wrist Consoles. Once they obtained such weapons, their path through subsequent Movie World instances would be completely unimpeded!

This kind of survival guarantee was a temptation no one could refuse.

Blood Wolf’s face was ashen, sweat dripping from his temples. He gripped the Wrist Console so hard his knuckles turned white. He knew that whether he gave it to them or not, they wouldn’t let him go.

As a mercenary, he knew deep down that the enemy wouldn’t let a major trouble walk away for no reason.

Therefore, the moment the others obtained the weapons, they would strike at him.

After a moment, Blood Wolf let out a long breath. As if resigning himself to fate, he slowly bent down, making a gesture to place the console on the ground.

”Fine, they’re yours.”

The moment Blood Wolf bent down, a dark shadow accompanied by a foul wind pounced down from the pipes overhead, aiming straight for the face of the nearest Reincarnator!

This sudden scene instantly ignited the long-suppressed atmosphere.

A flash of ferocity crossed Blood Wolf’s eyes as he roared.

”Fire!”

”Rat-tat-tat-tat—!”

As he spoke, gunfire exploded in the stone chamber like popping beans. Muzzle flashes flickered wildly, illuminating distorted faces.

Bullets poured down like a torrential rain, first riddling the intruding Xenomorph with holes, and then, more bullets were fired mercilessly at Blood Wolf’s team.

Blood Wolf, on the other hand, didn’t care about the Xenomorphs at all. The moment the Xenomorph jumped out, he opened fire on the others.

Even so, facing the advantage in numbers and positioning, Blood Wolf’s team only managed to kill five people.

The moment the gunfire erupted, the others had already found cover. In contrast, Blood Wolf and his men, standing in the center of the stone chamber, had no cover at all.

They could only serve as living targets, riddled with bullets like a hornet’s nest.

Blood blossoms continuously erupted from the four members of Blood Wolf’s team. Their body armor was torn apart like paper, and their bodies shook violently under the impact before they finally collapsed unwillingly, the consoles rolling onto the ground.

Even though they had all awakened their talents, they were simply unable to withstand the dense fire of thermal weapons.

With the death of the four, the gunfire stopped abruptly.

The stone chamber was a mess, the smell of gunpowder and blood mixing with the acidic rot of the Xenomorph, making one want to vomit.

The survivors of the three teams panted heavily, eyeing each other warily, their gazes shifting between one another and the Shoulder Cannons in the sarcophagus.

”Enough.”

A burly man with bloodstains on his face broke the silence.

”There are exactly three sets of consoles and Shoulder Cannons. If we keep fighting, no one will get out alive.”

After a brief silence, no one objected. Indeed, if they continued to fight, no one could be sure they would emerge as the final winner.

Rather than continuing to fight, it was better to split them equally—one set per team.

The surviving Reincarnators moved quickly, dividing the spoils in a tacit agreement. When the cold Wrist Consoles were buckled onto their wrists, the Shoulder Cannons were instantly activated, and a sense of great power surged within them.

”With this, what do a few mere Xenomorphs matter?”

The Scarred Man stroked the high-tech Shoulder Cannon, his tone brimming with excitement.

With this thing, as long as they were careful, they could practically walk unchallenged through any future Movie World instances.

”Now that our strength has significantly improved, the Main Quest is no longer a problem for us. But I think everyone knows that to become even stronger, we need to get a higher rating and better rewards after the final settlement.”

The Man with Glasses spoke up, a dangerous light flashing in his eyes.

As the Man with Glasses finished speaking, everyone’s gaze simultaneously turned toward the Reincarnators on the ground who were not yet dead.

A crazy idea formed in their minds.

Since the Xenomorphs no longer posed a threat to them, these crippled Reincarnators could be used as incubators for Facehuggers to create even stronger Xenomorphs, which would then cause trouble for those Hunters.

As the strongest faction in terms of individual power, the mystery of the Hunters still kept them on guard.

All the Reincarnators had already appeared, which meant that a total of four Hunters had been deployed this time.

If these four Hunters were also interested in the Iron Blood Warriors’ weapons, they would likely be in danger again.

The Hunters were in the shadows while they were in the open. In that case, they might as well strike first and cause trouble for these Hunters.

Then, they would kill the Hunters, release the Xenomorph Queen, and completely end this ridiculous game!

The captains of the three teams looked at each other, then at the people lying in pools of blood, and grinned.

”Rather than dying so pointlessly, why not contribute your final bit of value? Don’t worry, if we survive this, we’ll take good care of your families.”

The severely injured people lying on the ground widened their eyes in horror, but they knew that with such grave injuries, there was no possibility of survival.

Grief, indignation, and unwillingness flashed in their eyes, but more than anything, there was helplessness.
