Gene Domination: The Loli Who Devours Worlds

In the northern jungles of the mountain ranges in America.

Two white men with high-bridged noses were walking through the bushes.

”Hey, Jason, this is the area. I remember there was a very large natural Cave nearby when I was camping. With a little modification, it could totally serve as our Apocalypse base.”

Social unrest and the establishment of various gangs meant the cities across America were no longer safe. For long-term development and to avoid urban conflicts...

...they decided to build an isolated base in the mountains.

Although the terrain was a bit remote, its safety made it worth considering for long-term stable development in the future.

”Let’s split up and search. Try to find it before dark. My intuition tells me it’s very unsafe here.”

Compared to the carefree look on Jack’s face, Jason’s face was full of vigilance.

His talent allowed him to sense surrounding dangers and evade them in advance, which was why he had survived in the Movie Worlds.

However, just as the two were about to split up, a thick scent of blood wafted toward them on the breeze.

Both stopped simultaneously, exchanged a look, and quickly drew their pistols. At a time when player attributes had not yet exceeded the scope of normal humans, firearms remained the most efficient deterrent.

However, as they cautiously followed the scent of blood, they gasped, a chill running down their spines.

On the ground in the distance lay a bloody, headless skeleton, surrounded by scraps of meat and blood left over from a meal.

Judging by the freshness, this giant beast had clearly been hunted not long ago!

”What kind of predator could possibly eat such a large creature?”

Fear appeared in Jason’s eyes, and his voice trembled as he involuntarily took two steps back.

”From the skeleton, it should be a Brown Bear, and one weighing over four hundred kilograms at that.”

Before the Main God Game arrived, Jack often went camping, so he was very familiar with various animals and beasts and had studied their habits.

But because of this, his heart couldn’t stop trembling.

To be able to hunt and eat a Brown Bear weighing over 400 kilograms—what kind of powerful predator could do such a thing? Even a stronger member of the same species wouldn’t be able to do that.

Jack looked at the pistol in his hand. The power of a pistol alone could no longer provide them with a sense of security. Against a creature capable of hunting a Brown Bear, a pistol couldn’t possibly cause any substantial damage.

Moreover, they didn’t understand the true situation here. Jack’s eyes darkened, and without further hesitation, he immediately turned to leave.

”Let’s go! Head back first and report to the boss. Let the boss handle it!”

Jason swallowed and nodded. Now that the Main God Game had arrived, they were all exceptionally protective of their lives. The creature that hunted this Brown Bear was likely nearby, and they couldn’t take that risk... At this moment, Lilith didn’t know her nest had been discovered. She was flying high in the sky, patrolling the movements on the ground. Once she spotted a Brown Bear, regardless of its species or size, she would devour it directly.

By now, she had already found and devoured six Brown Bears.

”It seems that obtaining the complete Brown Bear Gene will take at least a month, and that’s only if prey is abundant.”

While hunting Brown Bears, Lilith was also hunting other animals or insects.

But at her current size, the smaller the creature, the more terrifying the amount of gene points required.

She had previously devoured the genes of a Venomous Spider, but at the current rate, even with abundant Venomous Spiders here, it would take at least half a year to collect them all—and that was assuming her size didn’t change.

Gene fragments from insects were far more numerous than imagined.

The larger her size, the more insect gene fragments she needed to compensate for the insufficient genetic volume of smaller creatures.

But similarly, the genes composed of so many gene fragments would provide an incalculable boost to her own Mutation.

However, it wasn’t realistic to collect enough insect genes in the short term, so Lilith focused primarily on increasing her strength.

As for the insect genes, they could only be collected slowly.

The sky gradually darkened. Lilith’s gaze locked onto a Brown Bear drinking water in the distance. This Brown Bear’s size reached at least six hundred kilograms; before the arrival of the Main God Game, it would have been at the very top of the food chain.

But now, it was Lilith’s prey. Without any hesitation, Lilith dove straight down, pinning it under her sharp claws. She bit into the back of the Brown Bear’s neck, tearing off a chunk of flesh and beginning to chew.

In the animal kingdom, the current Lilith had already become the ruler of these mountains—no, the ruler of the land.

Except for large social animals like elephants, which Lilith wasn’t confident in hunting, she looked down on any other creature, even crocodiles or tigers.

Although the process of hunting and devouring was tedious, Lilith never tired of it, driven by the lure of Mutation.

She wished she could spend all 24 hours of the day hunting, but she still fell within the category of carbon-based organisms and needed sleep and rest.

”Time to go back.”

After eating the Brown Bear, Lilith flapped her wide wings. A blast of air scattered the surrounding fallen leaves, and the powerful airflow lifted Lilith’s body into the air, flying toward the distance... By now, it was late and night had fallen, but the area near Lilith’s nest was brightly lit.

”Boss, this is the place. This kind of thing is definitely not something a creature from Earth could do.”

Beside Jason, a Blond Man crouched down, his emerald eyes staring at the skeleton on the ground as he fell into deep thought.

”Only humans participate in the Main God Game. It’s impossible for mutated creatures to appear on Blue Star.”

”So...”

The Blond Man’s eyes darkened.

”This was definitely done by a Hunter. Their talent is likely related to Beastification, maybe even the ability to turn into a wild beast, and their strength is absolutely terrifying.”

Hunters are symbols of powerful individual strength. Currently, only a Hunter would have the power to kill a Brown Bear.

In other words, there was a Hunter in their area—a Hunter with at least an S-rank talent.

Although the Main God Game has three major factions, the minimum requirement to become a Hunter is an S-rank talent.

Therefore, every Hunter possesses an S-rank talent or higher.

His talent was also S-rank, but he hadn’t chosen to become a Hunter. Since humans are social creatures, a lone wolf—no matter how strong—is ultimately just individual power, and their survival probability is far lower than that of Reincarnators.

But even if he possessed an S-rank combat talent, he couldn’t easily slaughter a Brown Bear weighing four hundred kilograms.

If they actually clashed, even fighting with everything he had would only result in mutual destruction.

Standing up, the Blond Man looked at the fallen trees and signs of fighting around him, his eyes filled with solemnity.

He looked up at the broken branches hanging from the trees and the huge gap torn open in the dense forest above.

From these traces, it could be inferred that this Hunter likely dove down from high altitude, catching the Brown Bear off guard.

Then, they used absolute power to slaughter it.

An existence that held air superiority and had the ability to slaughter a Brown Bear was definitely not someone they could afford to provoke.

In the current state of government collapse and lack of legal constraints, once a conflict arose with this Hunter, the other party would definitely kill them all.

This wasn’t alarmist talk, but rather the darkness brought about by America’s free society.
