Raising My Children With My Personal Spatial Ability

Chapter 2994: Chapter 2994: Death from Excessive Blood Loss

”This...”

Steward Zhao did not expect that this little matter would reach the Family Head’s ears so quickly.

Thinking about his lost wealth, he was heartbroken. After all, he had obtained it with great difficulty, spending so much effort.

”Family Head, please discern wisely, it truly was not my intention to give to the young masters, but the young master said that because of me, he was struck on the head by you, the Family Head. If I do not compensate him with some money, the young master will... will expel me from the Le Family.”

What could he do? The young master was the young master, and he was merely a steward. How could an arm twist against a thigh?

”He’s insolent!”

The Head of Le Family was instantly furious.

That reckless boy was simply too insolent. No matter how badly Steward Zhao acted, it was the Family Head who had sent him.

Moreover, Steward Zhao had been with him for many years, assisting him in numerous unspeakable things, and could be said to be his most reliable person.

That unfilial son dared to say anything!

No matter how bad Steward Zhao was, he would never expel him from the Le Family. At most, when absolutely necessary, he would make Steward Zhao disappear.

Of course, now was far from that time, as there were still many things waiting for Steward Zhao to accomplish.

”And you, just because he says something, does it make it true? This Family Head is still here, and this Le Family cannot allow a young master to claim authority! Go, have him come see this Family Head!”

He instructed Steward Zhao.

”This... Family Head, the young master left early in the morning.” Steward Zhao raised his head and cautiously glanced at the Head of Le Family, saying.

Hearing this, the Head of Le Family felt a surge of anger stuck in his throat.

Left so early in the morning? Did he really think he didn’t know the situation? Surely, the unfilial son didn’t even come back last night, probably indulged in some lover’s embrace!

”That damn kid, he...”

”Family Head, something terrible has happened!”

Before he could finish his curse, he heard the panicked voice of a follower from outside, along with hurried footsteps approaching.

Upon hearing the voice, Steward Zhao also looked towards the door, only to see a follower rushing in. In his hurry, he nearly stumbled over the doorstep, regaining his balance only after staggering.

”Family Head, something terrible has happened! Last night, the young master had a conflict with Sima Family’s Second Young Master at the Zhaixing Tower, and in a drunken state, stabbed the Second Young Master Sima with a sword!”

”What?”

The Head of Le Family felt a sudden blackout before his eyes.

The Second Young Master of the Sima Family was the most favored legitimate son of the Sima Family. Hurting him would not only offend the Sima Family but also the maternal family of the Second Young Master Sima, the Qii Family.

”That unfilial son, unfilial son! How is the Second Young Master of the Sima Family?”

After cursing that unfilial son several times, he finally asked, thinking that since it was just a stab, it shouldn’t be too serious, right? After all, they were all beastmen, not so easily injured.

However, upon hearing the Family Head’s question, the follower’s expression turned grim.

”When he was stabbed, it didn’t seem too serious, although Second Young Master Sima appeared a bit pale, he could still walk. Who would have thought that this morning, Young Master Sima was found dead in Little Lianxiang’s room at Zhaixing Tower!

It’s said that the sword from the young master hit a vital point, causing excessive bleeding and death.”

”Ugh!”

The Head of Le Family could no longer sit still, his mind went blank, and he fell backward, fainting.

”Family Head, Family Head!”

Seeing this, Steward Zhao hurriedly went around the desk to support the Family Head.
