Raising My Children With My Personal Spatial Ability

Chapter 2958: Chapter 2958: It’s Settled, We’ll Buy That Plot of Land

”Brother Qian, sister-in-law, are we going to see the residence next?”

Young Master Hong asked when he saw they had finished talking. He finally realized how truly wealthy these two were. Before, he thought they were poor.

It’s just that their wealth wasn’t in money, but in objects. Every item they brought out was enough to drive the Beastmen at the auction crazy.

Even when it came to medicinal pills, the Humans living in White Lion City went crazy, outbidding each other, with each offer higher than the last. It made him wonder if there was something wrong with his ears.

”Let’s go see the residences. Young Master Hong, why don’t you introduce us to some of the better ones?” An Jiuyue momentarily put aside thoughts of the little children and asked Hong Tianxu.

”If we’re talking about the best residences, they have to be those near the City Lord Residence. However, heh heh, these residences are highly coveted. Without connections, you can’t buy them.”

Hong Tianxu scratched the back of his head, looking a bit apologetic.

”I asked around before; recently, there haven’t been any residences for sale near the City Lord Residence. It’s likely not possible to buy a ready-made residence. But it doesn’t matter, I heard from the servants at the City Lord Residence that there’s a plot of vacant land less than a kilometer to the left of the City Lord Residence that’s about to be sold.

If we can buy it, building our own residence would also be good. But probably many people are inquiring about that land. Brother Qian, are you interested?”

He asked.

Before, he thought the price of that land was too high. Although his uncle could help pay, making Brother Qian and his wife owe such a big favor seemed too deliberate.

Now it seems Brother Qian doesn’t need to worry about the amount of Silver Coin. After one auction, they’ve already gained so much. Buying a residence is nothing at all.

”Lead the way, let’s go take a look.”

Qian Jiyun and An Jiuyue exchanged a glance and made up their minds: they would buy that land.

As for the residence, An Jiuyue’s Points Mall has all kinds of residences, buyable in any style they want. Some are even move-in ready, which is more convenient.

So, as soon as he finished speaking, Hong Tianxu was again picked up, and the three of them hurried towards the vacant land he mentioned.

There are many people wanting to buy land to build a residence—they need to hurry, otherwise, if someone else gets there first, what are they going to do? Finding another plot won’t be so easy.

Hong Tianxu: ”...”

When his feet touched the ground again, he felt his hair standing on end.

He couldn’t understand, with Brother Qian and sister-in-law’s flying speed, why bring a Soaring Eagle with them? Could they even use it? They can fly by themselves!

”Here we are, Bro... Brother Qian, this is the place. Let’s take a look at this land first. If you’re satisfied, then we can meet with the landowners.”

He pointed with one hand to the vacant land not far away, roughly over ten acres in size—not very large for the Main City, but in this prime area, it was very attractive to major clans.

Many people have their eyes on this land. If Brother Qian and his wife came on their own, they might not even get to meet the landowners.

”So many people here.”

An Jiuyue casually glanced around and saw quite a few people dressed in gold and silver, accompanied by house servants and guards, looking at the land. Some were scribbling on paper, speaking confidently.

They were probably planning how to build a residence after purchasing the land.

”Tsk, so in demand.”

”Jiuyue, what do you think?” Qian Jiyun asked her.
