Picking Up a Gorgeous CEO for a Wife

Qin Yu flung the money, infusing just a bit of True Yuan to shatter the paper band around the bills, causing two stacks of cash to scatter over Zhao Xiaoying’s body.

Zhao Xiaoying couldn’t believe what was happening to her; she was a top celebrity, after all! How could this man treat her this way?

”You! You!” Zhao Xiaoying, in a very awkward state, brushed the money off herself onto the ground, pointing at Qin Yu without being able to utter a single word.

”Buddy, you need to apologize to Xiaoying right now, or I won’t be nice,” Tom couldn’t bear it any longer, seeing Zhao Xiaoying trembling with anger, he stared coldly at Qin Yu.

”Me, apologize? Ha, ha... It’s you who have taken my seat by force and tried to insult me with money, and now you’re asking me to apologize? Is this the quality of a public figure?”

While Qin Yu was not interested in the entertainment circle, he heard about Zhao Xiaoying often since models would frequently discuss her in Qingcheng, making it impossible for him not to recognize her.

However, after meeting her in person, Qin Yu was quite disappointed in Zhao Xiaoying.

Qin Yu’s words left Zhao Xiaoying and Tom at a loss for words, and Zhao Xiaoying sheepishly said, ”I gave you money! It wasn’t meant as an insult. Besides, two thousand dollars for a one-way ticket, you’re definitely not in a loss!”

”It’s not about the money. I paid for that seat; it’s mine. Whether to sell it or not is up to me. Did you even ask for my consent to buy my seat?

Without asking for my consent, you tried to force-buy my seat, isn’t that an insult to me?”

”Fine! Mr. Qin, may I buy your seat? Name your price, any amount will do!” said Zhao Xiaoying, her chest heaving with rage, wishing she could bite Qin Yu, this bastard, to death!

Who did she, Zhao Xiaoying think she is? Everywhere she went, she was sought after! When has she ever been treated with such indignity?

”Any amount, you say? Alright, I won’t ask for much, let’s say a hundred million US dollars.”

”A hundred million US dollars? Why don’t you just go rob a bank?” Zhao Xiaoying’s eyes widened, looking incredulously at Qin Yu. Sitting next to you is for giving you face, you know?

”If you don’t have the money, don’t waste my time here, or else I’m complaining,” he retorted.

”You’re going too far, Mr. Qin!” Zhao Xiaoying was so furiously close to exploding!

Qin Yu shook his head slightly, and turning to a nearby flight attendant, he said, ”Miss, you saw it, right? Miss Zhao here is causing a scene and disturbing public order. Please could you arrange for the air marshal to handle this?”

The flight attendant was in a dilemma; she couldn’t afford to offend either side—one was the top celebrity Zhao Xiaoying, and the other, a tycoon who bought two first-class seats!

”Miss Zhao, the seat is indeed Mr. Qin’s property. How about this, would you like to rest in our flight attendants’ rest area?”

”I’m not going to the flight attendants’ rest area! I am a customer, not a server!”

After saying that, Zhao Xiaoying stared intently at Qin Yu, unblinking. After all, her assistant Tom was a strong fighter; she wasn’t afraid of Qin Yu getting tough!

In an instant, the flight attendant’s face went pale-white. In Zhao Xiaoying’s eyes, she was just a server?

”Miss Zhao, I am giving you ten seconds to move aside, or I won’t be polite. I don’t care whether you’re a woman or not. If you’re an enemy, I won’t hold back,” Qin Yu said coldly.

”Wow! Kid, you’ve got some nerve! Today, I’ll teach you a lesson on how to behave!” Tom could no longer hold back. It was outrageous for someone to treat his goddess like this! He reached out to grab Qin Yu by the collar!

How could Qin Yu let such a minor player catch him? With a cold snort, Qin Yu kicked out mercilessly, and of course, he did not use True Yuan!

Even so, Tom was kicked and rolled for several turns! He struggled on the ground for a long time and couldn’t get up!

Qin Yu didn’t pay any attention to Tom, who was incessantly groaning on the ground. He looked coldly at Zhao Xiaoying and said, ”Miss Zhao, I would advise you to behave yourself; otherwise, being thrown out will be embarrassing.”

Tom was Zhao Xiaoying’s invincible god of war in her eyes. She didn’t expect Tom to be beaten so badly! She was stunned for a moment, foolishly not knowing what to do, speechless!

”Miss Zhao, do you really want me to take action?” Qin Yu didn’t want to really hit a girl, so he released a bit of his pressure.

Feeling the pressure from Qin Yu, Zhao Xiaoying jumped up like a frightened little rabbit, panic-stricken, and retreated several steps.

Several of Zhao Xiaoying’s male fans couldn’t stand by and watch anymore; they all stood up!

”Mr. Qin, right? Aren’t you being a bit too harsh on Miss Zhao?”

”Mr. Qin, please apologize to Miss Zhao! Otherwise, we won’t hold back!”

”Mr. Qin, you really shouldn’t be hitting anyone.” Even the flight attendant spoke out against Qin Yu.

Qin Yu said coldly, ”Me, hitting someone? That’s a joke! The one who started it was clearly him; should I have just quietly let myself be hit?

And you all, what does this have to do with you? Trying to play the hero? You’re not qualified! If you think you can, come at me together!”

The expression on Qin Yu’s face was too terrifying; the few men who had stood up were scared and involuntarily retreated several steps.

Qin Yu snorted coldly, ”I have the least respect for men like you! Your hearts are filthy, yet you pretend to be nobly righteous! You only dare to mutter behind backs, but when it’s time to act, you cower!”

”You!” Several young men were infuriated by Qin Yu’s words, their faces flushed with anger, and they stepped forward menacingly, not believing that so many of them couldn’t beat one person.

Just as the situation was about to explode, a middle-aged man suddenly stood up to calm things down, ”Let’s not be rash, everyone. Meeting is fate, and when we are abroad, we Huaxia people should stick together and not give the Americans a reason to laugh.”

This middle-aged man clearly held significant sway; as soon as he intervened, those who were accusing Qin Yu promptly sat down.

Qin Yu couldn’t be bothered to stoop to the levels of these people. Seeing that they had sat down, he continued to rest with his eyes closed.

The middle-aged man turned his head toward Zhao Xiaoying and asked with a smile, ”Miss Zhao, did you say earlier that you bought an economy class ticket?”

”Yes, Mr. Ma.” The middle-aged man speaking was Ma Gu from Red Square Group, who had several film and modeling agencies under his belt, along with many other businesses, ranking highly throughout Huaxia. Zhao Xiaoying’s attitude was very respectful.

”How about this, Miss Zhao, why don’t you switch tickets with my assistant? You can sit beside me, how about that?”

Zhao Xiaoying’s eyes brightened for a moment, but she didn’t nod immediately, ”Thank you for your kind offer, Mr. Ma, but wouldn’t that be an inconvenience to your assistant?”

Ma Gu’s assistant, who was also his personal secretary, did the dirty work and, when there was nothing to do, became the dirty work, so to speak. Zhao Xiaoying could tell their relationship at a glance because the secretary was staring her down with a malicious look.

”An inconvenience? Xiaodie, didn’t you say you were a fan of Miss Zhao? How come you are unwilling to do even a small favor for your idol?” Ma Gu’s voice revealed a hint of displeasure.

Indeed, she used to be an idol, but when the idol might become a love rival, then she is no longer just an idol!

Although very reluctant, Li Xiaodie still forced a smile at Zhao Xiaoying, ”Miss Zhao, I’ll switch seats with you.”
