Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 669: Meeting Some People

Zhang Fei entered the Yin-Yang Space and checked on the woman he had captured in the Bai Kingdom. According to the system scan, her name was Wushuang, and her cultivation was at the 4-Moon Divine Expansion Realm.

At first, Zhang Fei intended to lock up Wushuang in the Yin-Yang Space and harvest her Yin Qi, but he was sure that Huangfu Shou would contact her sooner or later. Moreover, the Huangfu Clan in the Nine Stars Realm were direct descendants of the Huangfu Clans in the Grand Royal Realm, and he did not want to add more trouble to his already numerous problems.

Since Zhang Fei had locked Wushuangʼs subconscious with the dream imprisonment ability, it was simple for him to pull her soul out of her body. However, he discovered another type of Gu insect in her soul, and it was different from the previous two.

”Do you recognize this type of Gu?”

Gu Jinglin dismissed Zhang Fei with a shake of her head. ”Master, it appears that this Gu is not controlling her but rather for a different purpose. Unfortunately, I donʼt recognize its type, so I donʼt know its abilities.”

”I see.” Zhang Fei immediately implanted his demon slave mark into Wushuangʼs soul, but he did not change her memories like his male slaves, especially since he was afraid that Li Tiannan would notice.

After he returned Wushuangʼs soul to her body, Zhang Fei immediately removed his dream imprisonment from her and brought her back to the Bai Palace, leaving her to Huan Ya.

Zhang Fei then went to the Netherworld Realm to check on Ju Yingzhiʼs condition. He did not stay long, leaving immediately after ensuring her injuries had slightly improved.

Xin Yanluo, who still didnʼt like Zhang Fei, felt relieved after he left. She was afraid that he would do something to her and Ju Yingzhi, and they would have a hard time resisting him if he used his lust demon lord abilities on them.

Zhang Fei then went to Arbeola to ask about the situation in the realm. The old demon tree informed him that the other demon kings and queens had not moved significantly, instead concentrating on preparing their troops to face the human cultivators from the Shang Clan.

However, Zhang Fei knew that their efforts would be in vain, especially since Shang Huaqiang and his Shang Clan were simply too powerful for them.

Zhang Fei did not care about the fate of the Netherworld Realm, but he did not want Shang Huaqiang to use them to invade the Sky Jade Realm once again. He racked his brain to prevent that from happening, and his only solution was to take advantage of the other clans of the Red Sun Realm. Therefore, he accelerated his plans to take down Murong Qianying and Hong Xinxin as soon as possible through his third clone.

After he spent some time in the Netherworld Realm, Zhang Fei went to Earth to check on the situation there. He first went to his companyʼs warehouse and met Huang Rongʼs trusted person. He took all the items available there, even though their quantity was not very large, especially since the renovation of his building in the Yun Kingdom was almost complete.

After that, Zhang Fei went to Paris, but Zheng Mohei reported to him that the winged race had not yet descended there. He then looked for the two female winged races, and he found them enjoying his cum.

Zhang Fei immediately sneaked into their apartment, making Jiang Yinghua and Meng Tianshi feel helpless, especially since he could come and go as he pleased.

”Why did you come here again?” Jiang Yinghua asked with a helpless sigh.

”I just wanted to meet you guys.” Zhang Fei replied. ”How do you feel after swallowing the liquid I gave you for the past two days? You should be able to feel the changes in your bodies, right?”

”Yes.” Meng Tianshi answered him first. ”Even though the effects of the liquid are quite torturous for us, we feel our bodies are getting better every time we take it. Can it also help us evolve?”

Zhang Fei shook his head. ”I donʼt have much information about your race, so I canʼt say whether it can help you evolve. The only way to prove it is for you to continue drinking it, and you can see the results for yourself.”

”What exactly is the liquid? Why does it bother us?” Zhang Fei simply smiled at Jiang Yinghuaʼs question, making her and Meng Tianshi suspicious of him. ”What is your real purpose in helping us?”

”Hey, you are a smart woman, so you should already know my purpose, right?” Jiang Yinghua frowned as she realized Zhang Feiʼs goal.

”We—”

”Donʼt you ever feel bored with your monotonous and emotionless life?” Both women unhesitatingly shook their heads at Zhang Fei, mainly because they were used to that kind of life. ”This universe is much more fascinating than you two think, and there are so many things out there. Donʼt you want to explore them? Do you want to continue living locked up in your useless realm? If you all become mine, I will provide you with two opportunities to become cultivators like myself. If both of you become cultivators, you will become much stronger than Seraph, and you will witness many things you have never imagined before.”

”Can we really become cultivators?”

”Yes.” Zhang Fei nodded to both women. ”Not all living beings have cultivation veins, but you two do, so you can become cultivators. However, you cannot cultivate here; you must travel to the cultivation worlds, and you wonʼt be able to do so without me. Anyway, Iʼm not in a rush with you two, so feel free to consider my offer first.”

After he said that, Zhang Fei immediately disappeared from their sight, especially since the flow of time on Earth was too slow for him.

”He really is like a ghost!” Meng Tianshi then asked her friend. ”What do you think about his offer? Honestly, Iʼm bored with my current life, and I want to see many new things in this universe.”

”I have the same desire as you, but I have never thought of exchanging myself for such an opportunity, and I prefer to continue living like this. You can consider his offer and give yourself to him if you want it.” Jiang Yinghua returned then to her room, leaving Meng Tianshi, who looked eager to accept Zhang Feiʼs offer.

Zhang Feiʼs offer indeed tempted Meng Tianshi, but she didnʼt want to give herself over to him for such an opportunity. ʼIʼll think about his offer first.ʼ

Zhang Fei was flying around the Diyu Realm in an invisible state, especially since he still had one pending quest in that realm. He thought that the demon lord seed showed no reaction because only his clone stayed in the realm before, so he tried to search for it using his real body.

Unfortunately, Zhang Feiʼs efforts proved futile, particularly as the demon lord seed remained unresponsive even after several hours of flying around.

ʼHaving many clones is indeed my greatest advantage, so I donʼt need to bother with these trivial quests.ʼ Since the sun was about to set in all cultivation worlds, Zhang Fei decided to return to the Nine Stars Realm. However, he did not immediately return to his residence and went to a small island not far from the demon island, ordering Ximen Yan to meet him.

After some time, Ximen Yan arrived ahead of him, but he wasnʼt alone, and Ximen Yueliang came with him.

ʼTch! I hate this bastard! He doesnʼt control me directly, but he uses my cousin to control me!ʼ Ximen Yueliang grumbled inwardly but was taken aback when Zhang Fei hurled several bloodstones at her. She immediately caught them and looked at him in confusion.

”Your demon rank is still at the marchioness rank.” Zhang Feiʼs knowledge of her demon rank left Ximen Yueliang perplexed. ”It will take you decades to increase it if you only rely on useless resources in your kingdom, and these bloodstones are much more useful for you to increase your demon power.”

”Why do you want to help me?”

”I help you for my interests.” Zhang Feiʼs response caused Ximen Yueliang to clench her teeth. ”I have indeed bound your soul to your cousinʼs soul, but I might change my mind about you if I deem you useful to me. Therefore, you must strive hard to improve yourself, or your situation will never change, and you will probably die soon.”

”Humph!” Ximen Yueliang snorted at Zhang Fei. ”My father has placed Senior Gui by my side, and he is truly powerful, so no one will be able to harm me.”

”Is that so?” Zhang Fei then pointed at Ximen Yan. ”Did you forget that you will die if he dies?”

Ximen Yueliang froze in her spot after she remembered that. ”You—”

”If you want your freedom back, prove that youʼre useful to me.” Ximen Yueliangʼs face darkened, but Zhang Fei ignored her and gave Ximen Yan some items, including bloodstones, instructing him to do some things. ”Zhou Xiaochuan will come to your kingdom soon, so you must be careful of him and use the thing to attack him if you have the chance.”

”Yes, Master.”

After Zhang Fei disappeared, Ximen Yan and Ximen Yueliang hurried back to their respective kingdoms to use the bloodstones. However, the Ximen Princess harbored many questions about Zhang Feiʼs intentions for her.

In a few minutes, Zhang Fei arrived at the Xian Royal Palace and accompanied Xian Xianqin, who was chatting with her family. After all, she would soon be his wife, and her family would also be his family.

Zhang Fei also asked Xian Feng about the people he would send to the Zhou Kingdom, but he and Xian Luo had not yet decided on the right people for it. Their best choices now were Xian Qifeng, Luo Qinglin, and Chao Yuanfengʼs ten disciples.

After they talked with Xian Feng and the others, Zhang Fei took Xian Xianqin to the Xian Imperial Sect, where they met Chao Yuanfeng. Several of his disciples, such as Bai Tianʼer, Ximen Chuixue, Yuan Luo, and others, were already there.

After they fought together on the first floor of the Star Tower, Zhang Fei had more or less gotten to know their characters, and he liked them. He decided to give them the basic pills, with the exception of Bai Tianʼer, who had purchased them directly from his shop.

Yuan Luo and the others were shocked after Xian Xianqin informed them that she would marry Zhang Fei in six days, and she invited them all to attend their wedding.

Most of them were thrilled to hear about Zhang Fei and Xian Xianqinʼs marriage, but Bai Tianʼer looked upset, especially since he had remained indifferent to her.

”Hahaha!” Yuan Luo burst out laughing and hugged Xian Xianqin right away. ”Princess! I never thought that you would marry him so soon! Anyway, I will also marry Brother Chui soon.”

”Eh?” Xian Xianqin was surprised about that. ”Have you guys met your parents?”

Yuan Luo nodded her head repeatedly. ”They were shocked at first after I told them the truth, but I managed to convince them after coaxing them for a few days, and they finally agreed to our marriage.”

”I see.” Xian Xianqin nodded in understanding. Congratulations on the continuation of your relationship. When are you two getting married?”

Yuan Luo told her directly. ”Iʼm not a princess like you, so my family still has a lot of preparations to make, and weʼll get married next month.”

Zhang Fei looked at Ximen Chuixue. ”Brother, I think itʼs time you tell them the truth about your identity.”

Bai Tianʼer and the others turned to Ximen Chuixue, but he did not immediately tell them and asked their master. ”Is it okay if I tell them the truth, Master?”

”Yes.” Chao Yuanfeng replied with a nod. ”They are your brothers and sisters, so itʼs time you tell them the truth.”

Ximen Chuixue immediately stood up, looked at them one by one, and returned to his demon form.

”A demon!” Bai Tianʼer and the others let out a scream as they sprang away from Ximen Chuixue, disappointing him.

”Why are you all reacting like this?” Zhang Fei inquired as he approached Ximen Chuixue and gently patted his shoulder. ”He may be a demon, but he has never harmed you, right? Do you realize that humans are the most hypocritical creatures of all? We often perceive demons as evil, yet there exist countless humans who are far more evil than them. Huangfu Shou serves as a prime example. His ambition led him to control Bai Yaowei and his kingdom, which he then used to expel other members of the Bai royal family.”

Bai Tianʼer clenched her fists tightly after Zhang Fei mentioned that, especially since her family was one of Huangfu Shouʼs victims.

”To tell you the truth, I know demons much better than all of you, and many demons are much better than us humans.” Bai Tianʼer and the others were once again shocked when Zhang Fei transformed into his lustful demon lord form. ”Unlike Brother Chui, I am a human, but I am also a demon. I canʼt explain it in detail, but I do have two different identities.”

”Fei is right.” Xian Xianqin then walked to Zhang Feiʼs side and hugged his arm. ”Like you guys, I initially believed demons to be evil, particularly after one of them kidnapped Qian Ying. However, Iʼve met several other demons before, and theyʼre not as evil as we imagined. My parents already know his demon identity, and they donʼt mind it. Moreover, you guys should still remember his help at the Star Tower, and you should also remember his abilities. If he were evil, he could kill all of you there, and he wouldnʼt have to bother helping you through all those challenges.”

Yuan Luo also spoke to them. ”I have long known Brother Chuiʼs identity as a demon, and I was originally afraid of him. However, he has always been kind to us and has never harmed us. Thatʼs why I decided to accept his demon identity, and I will be his wife soon.”

”Back then, Chuixue was still young and weak, so I brought him here, and I helped him hide his demon identity.” Chao Yuanfeng finally spoke to his disciples, and he told them about Ximen Chuixueʼs true origins. ”As Zhang Fei, Princess Xian, and Yuan Luo said just now, not all demons are evil, and many humans are far more evil than them. You guys have been together for decades, so you know his character.”

Ru Yanyue was the first to react. ”Hey, guys! Our master and the others are right; Brother Chui has never harmed us even once, and he has always helped us in many ways. His demon identity is indeed shocking, but he is still him, so I donʼt think we need to make a big deal out of it.”

”I agree with Yanyue.” Ye Zhiqiu said with a nod. ”We might be afraid of Brother Chui now, especially since we always hated demons. However, weʼve been together for decades, and we know him well, so I think we can learn to accept his identity.”

In the end, Ying Shanhu and the others agreed with the two women, and they began to try to accept Ximen Chuixueʼs demon identity, much to his and Yuan Luoʼs relief.

After that, Zhang Fei brought Xian Xianqin back to his residence, but he found the four guests still there. Since his grandmother wanted the elf and fairy princesses to be her granddaughters-in-law, he tried to get close to them. Unlike Xin Xianzi, who gave him a positive reaction, Xian Jinglan gave him a flat response, as she did not feel the slightest bit interested in him.

When it was late, Xian Jinglan led the others back to their kingdom, and Zhang Fei went to see Zhou Shenxin at her inn after he sent the people in his residence into the training space.
