Rebuilding the Immortal Cultivator Clan

Chapter 2174 - 1557: Raising Gu

Li Zhirui first spent a few days lecturing the beings in the space, guiding them in their cultivation.

In fact, it is impossible to break through realms in the space, but to help them improve, he promised that when needed, he would let them out to break through.

After all, the birth of Devil Spirits is quite rare and scarce; it would be a pity if they perished due to not breaking through in cultivation.

After resolving these issues, Li Zhirui focused all his attention on the Five Elements.

”Five Elements, how are you progressing with the Transformation Secret Technique I taught you earlier?”

The secret technique is quite simple, and with Five Elements as the bearer of the Five Elements Small Realm, his Taoist Practice is not low.

Therefore, theoretically, he should be able to master that secret technique.

But after so many years, he seemed to have made little progress, which made Li Zhirui very curious.

”Jiu, I have fully grasped it, but...”

Five Elements said hesitantly, ”I want to improve my aptitude, so I’ve been delaying my transformation.”

Upon hearing this, Li Zhirui’s gaze turned to the one and only Spirit Fruit, understanding why it had grown so large.

Moreover, he couldn’t say much about it, as it’s normal for Five Elements to have such thoughts; everyone wants to have good aptitude.

After some thought, he finally reminded, ”Five Elements, I understand your thoughts, and there is nothing wrong with them.”

”But aptitude is not a matter of a moment; after you transform and enter Void Chaos, there are other ways to enhance further.”

”Conversely, if you spend too much time on this now, it’s not a good choice.”

Additionally, the better the aptitude, the greater the difficulty of transformation.

”I understand, thank you for the reminder, Jiu. I’ll prepare and transform soon.” Hearing this, Five Elements clearly took the advice well, considered it for a long time, and finally chose to follow the suggested advice.

”It’s good you can understand.”

Li Zhirui let out a sigh of relief, as his biggest worry was that Five Elements would choose to keep insisting on better aptitude.

The problem is, they’re not in a Great Thousand World now but in the Void.

And the power of the Void Thunder Tribulation is far stronger than the Thunder Tribulation within a world!

For someone like Five Elements, almost without any combat experience, facing such strong Thunder Tribulation, the risks are indeed too high.

”If you’re ready, let me know, and I’ll send you out of the space to undergo your Tribulation Transcendence and transform in the Void.”

”Okay! Thanks for your concern, Jiu.”

Li Zhirui shook his head with a smile and then thought of ways to contact Yuhong, taking advantage of the current available time to discuss his upcoming cultivation.

”Yuhong, what are your plans now?”

”Ah?”

Yuhong was immediately met with this somewhat perplexing question upon his arrival and did not react immediately.

”You should be able to impact the Heavenly Immortal Realm now, right? After breaking through, what do you plan to do?” Li Zhirui did not give choices but left it entirely to his own consideration.

He now understood the question, although because he hadn’t really thought about these issues before, he could not answer immediately.

Breaking through to the Heavenly Immortal Realm requires returning to the Primal Spirit Realm to transcend the tribulation, given that he’s still considered a being of the Primal Spirit Realm and has yet to conclude the karma.

This cannot be changed, unless he doesn’t plan to break through to Heavenly Immortal.

But as a cultivator, with the breakthrough opportunity right in front of him, how could he not choose it?!

However, after breaking through, what to do next? Yuhong couldn’t help but fall deep into thought.

Should he continue following Li Zhirui, stay in the Li family of the Primal Spirit Realm, or go independent and train in the Void?

If he chooses to continue following Li Zhirui, then for Yuhong, the benefit wouldn’t be as significant as before, because when transforming the Chaos God Demon Dao Body, he altered his foundation and no longer cultivates the Earth Spirit Tao Record.

Meaning, the difficulty for the further advancement of the Five Elements Small Realm’s Grade becomes greater.

Ultimately, transforming a Minor Thousand World into a Middle Thousand World requires massive resources and time.

If it’s linked to Li Zhirui’s cultivation, he would surely strive for it, trying all means necessary to achieve it.

But at present, there’s no significant linkage, the Five Elements Small Realm has become merely a ’Dantian’ for him, specialized for extracting Mana.

Therefore, if he follows, he would have to train in Void Chaos where his safety could be assured, but the cultivation might not proceed as smoothly.

Yuhong’s situation is more inclined for quiet meditation, retreat for cultivation, rather than wandering aimlessly and training everywhere.

Staying in the Primal Spirit Realm, as a Great Thousand World, its Laws are quite complete and perfect, yet Yuhong can no longer enter the Heavenly Dao Origin directly like in the Five Elements Small Realm to comprehend the Laws directly.

That means he has to struggle and toil to understand the Laws and slowly enhance his Realm, just like other beings.

Because the path of cultivation that Yuhong chose requires comprehension of many Laws, his Realm advancement will definitely be extremely slow!

Certainly, he can opt to abandon this cultivation method and only comprehend the Yin Yang Law.

However, doing so would invalidate all his previous efforts.

The final option is to train independently in the Void, seeking opportunities.

But this is also the option Yuhong first excluded, for simple reasons: he knows well how difficult the path of a Loose Cultivator is.
