The Hero Became a Succubus, and the Only Way to Level is to… What?!

An invitation arrived later that evening, extending to Kanae a welcome to Edirashok Odika’s manor. The king on wheels asked to meet the next day, and she was wet the entire night through. However, some of the letter’s contents suggested something more than just a rendezvous. Judging by the tense tone and wording, Odika had need of her and the others’ help.

Kanae squeezed her breasts in front of the mirror and tugged on the Matron’s Regalia at some places. Maybe a little more cleavage? She frowned and wondered if dressing more modestly was better.

”Do you think I should pull the skirt up to show more ass?” Kanae asked Claudia’s reflection in the mirror, who was lying in bed and filing her nails with Alicia’s file.

”I think you’re trying too hard. Kanae, you’re a succubus! Why are you trying to look pretty anyway? If you want dick, just go in there and take it.” Claudia groaned and sat upright.

”I-I’m not trying to look pretty!” Her face became hot.

The thought of Odika’s fingers made Kanae wet beyond belief. The thought of his Forewagon Conductor Durok’s massive cock made her pussy clench. She gulped hard and wondered if they could double team her. Heh. Hehehe…

Kanae jolted when Claudia hugged her from behind. She grabbed her breasts and slipped a hand down to her clit.

”You’re the only succubus I know who likes to get fucked rather than doing the fucking, if you catch my drift. What a little slut. I bet you like it rough, too~” Claudia pulled on one nipple piercing.

”I do!” Kanae moaned, arching her back to the painful shocks that actually felt incredibly good.

Farther and farther, the former Mistress of Pain threatened to rip the piercing right out. She chewed on her lower lip, relishing in how much Kanae quivered and squirmed. Claudia let go, and Kanae collapsed on the ground only seconds away from climax.

”Mmmm! You taste so good.” Claudia licked the two fingers that she had plunged into Kanae’s pussy and smiled. ”Your outfit’s fine, ya bitch in heat. The Matron’s Regalia already makes you look like a cock-hungry whore. I’ll wingwoman for you, too.” She winked. ”Let’s go already!”

”F-Fine…” Kanae panted.

Claudia was the only one out of the group willing to come along. The others couldn’t care less about meeting with an edirashok. It might just be that Claudia hoped to see how Alicia was doing inside.

They boarded a fancy carriage waiting for them outside the manor, sent by Odika as a gesture of hospitality. People made a wide berth and vacated the road when the vehicle passed through. Stares of envy glued tightly to them as they rolled through the courtyard and up to the edirashok’s palace.

Durok and a dozen guards stood in formation to receive their guests. The large minotaur man opened the door for them, and he extended a hand to help Kanae down. His strong grip on her hand left her trembling. He must have noticed. A subtle, lascivious smile flashed briefly on his face.

”I welcome you to Edirashok Odika’s abode. Allow me to show you the way inside.” Durok bowed.

Fuck me, fuck me, fuck me. Ruin my pussy with the giant minotaur cock of yours! Kanae wanted to scream out, but instead calmly said, ”Thank you.”

Claudia bent down and sniffed one of the bowing guards. He panicked, tensing up and taking a step back. She sneered and took joy in them being frightened of her. Durok, however, was undisturbed.

If the attack in Vanuis was any indication, the conductors of each large wagon weren’t just for show or administrative purposes. They were enforcers, and capable of holding their own in a fight. As the forewagon conductor, Durok must also serve as Odika’s personal bodyguard.

The guards didn’t follow. Durok led the way alone. Kanae and Claudia entered a beautiful vista of hanging potted plants, columns and pillars dressed in coils of leafy vines, and a pond that boasted exotic fish. The walls and flooring were made from sandstone, bearing their intricate striations like the side of a canyon. They ascended a wide staircase fashioned from quartz polished to a glistening shine.

Odika certainly didn’t hold back on his lavish home. He also didn’t hold back in the women either. Kanae couldn’t help but stare at the ass of an attractive, dark-skinned human lady passing by them on the stairs. Gorgeous, voluptuous women in the peak of their physical beauty from all races were everywhere. They were dressed in traditional Saviran dancer’s garb, lightweight silk and almost see-through which offered a glimpse of their shapely bodies. Given that many performed duties with purpose, these were servants.

”Have you worked under Odika long? What kind of person is he? Aside from, you know, being a horndog,” Kanae said.

”Every conductor will speak well of their edirashok,” Durok answered as a matter of factly. ”I want for nothing because Odika makes sure I have everything I desire. He treats me as family. I was an orphaned calf when he found me. Raised me as his own. I’ve witnessed the edirashem grow to this massive behemoth because of him over the years.”

”Pft. Never underestimate a parent’s willingness to sack their own children for personal gain,” Claudia interjected.

Durok snorted in return but said nothing more. This place might as well be a maze with how many rooms and winding corridors they passed. One could easily get lost if they came here for the first time without a guide. Alicia was somewhere, trying to gain access to the inaccessible parts of the palace. Kanae didn’t envy her job, but she did volunteer for it.

On the third floor, they reached a door with a jewel-encrusted knob. The minotaur opened the way in, revealing a wonderful outdoor terrace surrounded by green shrubs and an overhang canopy that shielded the floor from the sun. Only a few rays of sunlight made it through when the winds picked up and disturbed the vegetation.

Edirashok Odika sat at one end of an oval granite table, furnished with foods and drinks. A large, roasted snake split open down the middle emitted a savory scent.

”Honored guests!” Odika extended his arms and gestured to the seats next to him. ”Please, join me!”

”Rasheena isn’t joining?” Kanae asked, sitting down to the edirashok’s right.

”The sultan’s aunt is a busy woman. Once we depart from the station, we will soon be upon the coast. By extension, the port that must be seized or destroyed. Plotting such attacks takes much time. But this is no time to discuss stratagems! Eat, be merry! Servants, come!” He snapped his fingers, and several women came forward to pour Kanae and Claudia’s wine glass.

Suffice to say, the feast was incredible. Kanae hadn’t been treated to such a luxurious meal since being invited to Duke Kroenig’s mansion years ago. The women in Odika’s employ also made for great eye candy. Claudia had taken a liking to a dark elf woman, who had some likeness to Alicia, and invited the servant onto her lap. Despite all this, Kanae continued throwing glances in Durok’s way. The minotaur stood by the door, occasionally meeting her eyes and trying his best to do his duty as a bodyguard.

Kanae shuddered when Odika scooted closer and stroked her inner thigh. She opened her legs, inviting him to explore. But maybe to tease her, he took his hand off to deny her that pleasure.

”You have only been on my edirashem for a short time, yet you and your companions are quite the troublemakers. Dismantling a gang and picking fights in the bazaar? What’s next?” Odika asked, seemingly amused by recent events.

”The gang was causing trouble for an alchemist in your caravan, and what happened in the bazaar… wasn’t entirely my fault. Besides, things are a lot more peaceful now. Don’t you think? So, what did you invite us for? Your letter sounded like you needed something. Something… I can help with?” Kanae said, leaning forward flirtatiously.

”Goodness. It’s getting a little hotter than usual.” He tugged on his collar and cleared his throat. ”Perhaps we can speak on how you can help me more intimately later! First, there is a pressing matter I’d like your help with. A little context: Gwarms are gluttonous beasts. They consume a lot, but only a few times out of the year. As such, an edirashem must make time to trek into the canyons, which lies before us, where the gwarms will eat their fill.”

”You want us to catch some game for them?”

The edirashok shook his head. ”Not exactly. What they consume is a substance found only in this remote region of Savir. See, the canyons secrete a nectar-like substance that’s pushed up from underground, dries on the canyon’s surfaces, and solidifies into a nourishing feed. I’ve received news from the station that the flow has seemingly stopped. They sent adventurers to fix it, but no success. All edirashems rely on this nectar. I know this pales in comparison to our overarching goal, but will you lend a hand in unclogging Breastmilk Canyon?”

Kanae and Claudia were both hit with whiplash.

”Come again? I must’ve heard wrong.” Claudia picked at her ear with a pinky finger.

”Breastmilk Canyon. It is what we call it,” Odika said seriously.

”Hold on. You Savirans couldn’t give it another name? Maybe something that didn’t sound so silly?” Kanae asked.

”I’m not the one who named it! As far as I’m concerned, Breastmilk Canyon has been Breastmilk Canyon for centuries!” he exclaimed.

The two of them snickered after every mention of the canyon’s name, and Odika grew increasingly more frustrated.

If the gwarms needed this, then it concerned Kanae, too. After all, they were her ride to Avanesse. She agreed to check it out with some of her companions. Odika wanted to know if foul play was involved, seeing as a war was brewing and this might be the other powers’ way of crippling edirashems.

”Great! I hope this can be resolved before departing from the station. I’d like my gwarms to be fed fat.” Odika smiled.

”Can I trouble you for the bathroom? I might have drank a little too much wine,” Kanae said.

”I’ll show you the way!” He was about to get up until Claudia threw an arm around the edirashok.

”You ain’t gonna leave a guest hanging around without a host, are you?” Claudia smirked.

”O-Oh, of course not!” The man cleared his throat and snapped his finger in Durok’s direction. ”Show my guest to the bathroom. The fancy one!”

”Yes, my lord.” Durok nodded.

Claudia winked at Kanae, who silently thanked her for this opportunity. Following the minotaur from behind, she was starting to get even wetter. Juices leaked down her thighs and dripped on the floor.

They came to a stop in front of an ornate door. Durok opened it to a large bathroom. Light diffused from special glass on the ceiling. The marble toilet had no water, but the hole was just a fall straight down to the desert surface. A pool took up half the room serving as the bath.

”Is this what you’ve been wanting?” Durok asked, slipping his tasset off for his minotaur cock to hang loose.

”You have no idea…” Kanae kneeled down and sandwiched the rod of meat between her breasts. ”It feels so hot. I want you to make it so that I don’t walk right ever again~”

”Then start working for it, slut.” He pushed her head down.

Kanae licked and kissed the throbbing dick until it was completely soaked in her saliva. She squeezed her breasts together to give him a boobjob. Durok grunted and moaned aloud, clearly enjoying what she was doing.

The beastly scent wafting from Durok’s cock made her dizzy with desire. Minotaur had definitely become her favorite. Shapely and hung like a horse, but attached to someone that could pin her against a mountain of muscle.

”Durok~ I want this piping hot steak inside me now~” Kanae purred.

Suddenly, Durok went soft.

”Eh? What happened?” Kanae blinked incredulously.

”Can you… not call my penis a steak. I’m starting to feel overly fetishized by you, and it’s making me uncomfortable…” Durok scratched his snout.

”Are you kidding me? You—”

Something hit Durok from behind and knocked the wind from his lungs. His eyes glazed over. His shoulders slackened. Alicia tilted into view from the side of him and waved.

”Great thinking, Kanae. I could use Odika’s forewagon conductor to help me get around. I’m sensing an enchantment on his person that grants him free movement into inaccessible parts of the palace,” Alicia explained.

”Awww, man. I was this close to seeing stars! How come you didn’t charm Odika instead?” Kanae pouted.

”Add another tally mark as to why Odika and Rasheena are suspicious. I can’t. I tried to when they were asleep. It turns out, they have obtained reversal potions for themselves and imbibe them regularly. Worry not, Knight-Commander. Go about your quest to Breastmilk Canyon. When you return, I’ll arrange this minotaur to have a tryst with you.” She winked before vanishing with Magical Stealth and Durok following her out of the bathroom.

A wink, huh. These sisters really were alike. Well, it wasn’t as if Kanae would be getting any sexy time now, and she had a new quest to take care of. She rejoined the feast, thanked Odika for inviting them, and returned to gather her questionably capable knights.

Since the edirashem was parked in Karvas Station for a few more days, they had no fears of it leaving so soon. Petyr, Renya, Claudia, and even Kris hopped on, with Edina’s undead dragon to fly them there. They drank fire resistance potions Odika had given Kanae for the journey in order to survive the heat, then took off without delay. The scorching sun still pricked at their skin, but at least it didn’t outright sap their life away.

Breastmilk Canyon, for how silly it sounded, was a beautiful geological wonder. Smooth canyons worn down by ancient rivers thousands of years ago, now gone dry and slowly chipped away by the winds. The layers of striations were very much like the walls and floors of Odika’s palace, except out here, they stretched for miles on end. Kanae could easily tell where the rivers used to be, and how many there were, due to the numerous twists and turns within the canyons.

Edina ordered her undead dragon to descend to the bottom of the canyon, in a little crater that must have once been a lake. Everyone jumped off and fanned out from the immediate area, but not a single one of them were exactly sure of what to look for.

”If we’re expected to scour this entire canyon, then Odika must have a screw loose,” Petyr groaned.

”You’ll know we’re in the right place when we start seeing more of this stuff.” Kanae picked up a fist-sized chunk of white resin covered in sand. ”It’s apparently the canyon’s breastmilk in solid form.”

”What a stupid name…” she muttered.

”I got a better idea. Legion of the Dead, arise and serve your master!” Edina summoned an army of undead soldiers that poured across the canyon.

At this rate, it shouldn’t take much longer before they find the source. If there was a clog, then Petyr could destroy the blockage. If someone was tampering with them, they just needed to defeat whoever it was.

”Oh. Uh, Kanae?” Edina looked like she was seeing through one of her undeads. ”This might actually be foul play.”

”What makes you so sure?” Kanae asked.

Edina led Kanae over to a little den, formed from a cliff outcrop. Someone had set out a fireplace, cold now but blackened from use. Bags and other belongings were strewn about. Animal bones were piled up to the side, too orderly to have been a predator’s doing.

The cursed heat around Avanesse made it almost impossible for travelers to wander about without an edirashem. Regularly drinking potions would be too costly. But there was a group of people who Kanae knew were able to traverse this side of Savir without issue. The Harpy King’s elemental-infused agents, the Dervish Five.
