Brand New Life Online: Rise Of The Goddess Of Harvest

There were several things that were beginning to make even Merlinus lost more of his confidence as each second passed. From Planta’s ever-growing army, something he had never expected at this point of their fight which seemed to be one of the many trump cards she had been saving this whole time, and to her strange ability, something he sensed came not from her, but her equipment combined together, which he had finally realized was actually forged using Orichalcum, the toughest metal made by the Gods themselves.

And things didn’t end there either! With the descent of a Valkyrie that literally temporarily fused with Planta and her prompt transformation into a divine being, the Realm of Heaven had officially declared war against Merlinus and his forces, most likely because of his strong connection with the many Demons of hell, and for turning himself into a demonic being through pure sheer malice. He had reached a level of destruction and danger that not even Heaven would hesitate to descend and stop him.

But that, all of that, would be completely inconsequential to him if it wasn’t for another thing, how his Domain seemed oddly… weaker? It was growing tremendously weaker at that, to the point a huge hole was pierced through by the descent of the Valkyrie, which should had been regenerated by now, but it didn’t.

“I didn’t realize before, but the Domain’s strength and durability had grown tremendously weaker, and its regeneration is becoming so slow!” He thought through his many vessels, whose number were rapidly being reduced by Planta’s army and also her own, holy attacks. “There’s someone disturbing the Ritual Circle underground! But how?! I had left it protected by the power Demonic Door; a composite Demon made using near a hundred demonic souls…! Did that damn door died?! Against whom?! Planta’s allies? There’s more?! But my Demonic Wizards should have stopped them! There are dozens of them protecting the tower’s underground! I also left Demonic Runes as traps everywhere, no person other than those that contain Demonic Souls inside of them could get down there! It’s… Impossible!”

Merlinus never took into consideration another of Planta’s trump cards, a boy he had given for dead already, someone that was looked down by everyone, whose presence seemed completely pointless and inconsequential to all.

Tomas!

Thanks to him, his team was able to infiltrate ethe underground area, together they killed the incredibly powerful Demonic Door, and went to the Demonic Ritual Circle, where they’re currently destroying it.

And once it’s finally done, the entire Domain should be destroyed alongside it, foiling all his plants forever more!

“N-NO…! NOOOOOO!!!”

Merlinus couldn’t accept that there were cracks within his plans, all because Planta and her allies had hastily attacked him, without properly letting him prepare everything completely and properly. But at the end, he was the only one that he should blame.

After all, it was his fault all of this was happening to begin with!

If he had kept himself low profile, if he hadn’t attempted to continuously destroy Planta and her allies or attack the royal family.

He could have remained lowkey and advance over time without problems.

His greed was his greatest sin, and his undoing.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

Planta charged forward, her swords and her shovel glowing with divine golden light, as her entire body had become completely divine.

Her attacks unleashed explosions of holy light and divine flames everywhere, burning through dozens of giant skeletons.

The chimeras managed to tank a few hits, but were ultimately burned to ashes, purified by a power Merlinus simply couldn’t fight against at his current state.

All this long fight, all of this arduous battle… slowly, Merlinus had been weakened, they were managing!

“NNGGH…! D-DAMMIT! IS THIS IT?!” Merlinus groaned angrily. “DEMONIC WIZARDS! DON’T YOU DARE LOSE! ATTACK THEM! FIGHT!!!”

As he screamed, his skeletons began to rapidly merge together, the ground beneath, infected with Demonic Miasma, fused with his soul, as Merlinus started to rise from the ground.

“DON’T THINK THAT I WILL GO DOWN LIKE THIS! NOT LIKE THIS!” Merlinus kept screaming, as Planta and everyone else in the battlefield gasped at the scene, his gigantic body reaching hundreds of meters of height, becoming a massive titan of stone and bones. “MY ASCENSION… I MUST ACHIEVE IT!!! I’VE SACRIFICED EVERYTHING IN MY LIFE FOR THIS MOMENT!”

Planta watched the scene, shocked of how far Merlinus would go to not lose, but she smiled at the same time, as she quickly contacted her allies that weren’t here.

Mark, Rita, Camilla, Lily, and also Melissa!

“He’s grown desperate! It’s now or never! DO IT!”

As they heard her commands, a huge formation suddenly began to activate, Merlinus countless eyes opened wide, as he saw with horror something he didn’t expect!

FLASH! FLASH! FLASH! FLASH!

Over a dozen gigantic wooden totems rose from the ground, becoming gigantic from their smaller forms, and unleashing holy divine and spiritual flames, interconnecting into a gigantic pentagram.

The entire Formation surrounded the entire interior of the Formation, including the Hell Pit, the Demonic Tower, and Merlinus.

“It’s our time to finally shine, everyone!” Mark roared, as he activated his powers to his limits. “Merlinus! Never underestimate the strength of family and friends, the bonds you abandoned will be your undoing, you piece of shit!”

“{Divine Blazing Dragon Spirit Totem Magic}: {Five-Pointed Multi-Elemental Dragon Totem Formation}!”

RUMBLE!

From several of these gigantic totems, there were allies on top! One of the totems resembled a fiery black and blue dragon, its flames becoming blue and black, as Rita sat on top, infusing her Malice Essence and Mana in large quantities, her Familiars accompanying her to infuse even more power.

“Yeah, whatever that guy said! Although that was pretty cringe, did you get that dialog from some 90’s anime or something?” Laughed Rita. “But yeah, let’s fuck him over!”

Rita slammed the wooden floor, her entire Aura infusing into the totem, merging with its flames and rapidly beginning to manifest something.

“T-This is…?! Ritual Magic of such a level?! IMPOSSIBLE!”

Merlinus roared furiously, swinging his titanic claws against the totems!

“UNGH?!”

His eyes widened, as he saw something stopping him from stomping over everything with his titanic size.

“Everything is possible, gramps.”
