Brand New Life Online: Rise Of The Goddess Of Harvest

Planta grew frustrated, but at the end, she smiled. Her first body dug underground to not be detected, and meanwhile, her golden draconic body overflowed with energies, as she spread more and more of her nature everywhere, her powers combining, condensing into something stronger.

“It doesn’t matter at the end,” she said. “Merlinus, no matter how many times you stand back up, we will slay you. Try as hard as you can, but we will kill you again. And again, and again, and again. Don’t expect us to falter, we won’t.”

She infused her powers into her daughter, as her soul was fully recovered, Elena looked at her giant, draconic mother, smiling, gripping her katanas tightly.

“Well said, mom!” Elena nodded. “We aren’t backing down, no matter how many tricks you come out with! At the end, that’s the only thing you can rely on!”

Erebus smiled back at Merlinus as well and laughed slightly.

“You’re desperate, Merlinus… to resort to turn into a pile of bones… It’s pathetic. Even more when you’ve already lost your Demonic Void Body… Hah,” Erebus smiled. “It seems that despite your stubbornness to die, you’re much weaker than before in that form!”

“Hahahah…!” Merlinus’ skull face distorted in anger, it wasn’t static, and it could move despite being solid, hard bone. Despite laughing, he was furious because they were right, he wasn’t as strong as before now, they had dealt a lot of damage, and his transformation into a Demon King had been slowed down and distorted, it wasn’t moving towards the direction he wanted anymore. “We’ll see about that…”

However, as an old and cunning man, he had many plans, he wouldn’t have been so confident he could pull this out if he didn’t prepare properly this whole time. Although most of it, if not everything, depended on this Demonic Domain, which he had made sure to protect with everything he could.

“As long as my Demonic Domain continues, I can keep going as much as they want…” Merlinus thought, rising his claws upwards. “I will simply have to adapt to whatever I am becoming and overcome these challenges! The thing I desire the most is way too close now, almost within my grasp… I will not give up on my dream! I’ve sacrificed everything for it, EVERYTHING!”

His glowing crimson eyes spiraled with madness as his Demonic Nether spread out everywhere, rapidly beginning to make the ground around him tremble.

As Planta, Elena, and Erebus charged against him, he brought one of his trump cards!

RUMBLE!

From the floor, dozens of skeletons, almost identical to him, emerged!

“Wha…?!”

Planta was shocked, as she felt Merlinus’ Soul within all of them.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

And before she could react in time and analyze the situation properly, Merlinus skeletons surrounded her, their white bones becoming black and metallic, punching her entire draconic body.

BAAAM! BAAAM! BAAAM! BAAAM! BAAAM!

Although he had lost his Demonic Void Body which he was forging and creating with so much effort and resources, he still had it within him!

“Unnggh…!”

Planta gasped, noticing her soul being damaged greatly! If she hadn’t strengthened it a lot before this battle, she was sure it would have been destroyed, as she felt cracks through it.

“His physical blows can directly target your souls, watch out!”

As she quickly realized Merlinus intentions right now, by embracing the Element of Death and corrupt it through Demonic Energy and add the element of Space, he was able to punch through physical matter and reach the soul directly, dealing great damage to it instead.

A lethal technique that could very much kill most people that didn’t expect it, no matter how strong they were, even Level 300 or higher than that, they would simply perish as their souls are broken and fragmented into pieces!

“They can?!” Elena angrily asked, gritting her teeth, keeping her Heaven Stance as she swung her katanas.

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

Every step she took, her stance changed, quickly evading dozens of blows directed at her while her sword cut through the skeleton’s arms and legs, making them collapse into the ground.

At the same time, her Shikigami swung its massive phantasmal katana, blowing away any nearby giant skeleton in the vicinity and giving Elena and Planta some space.

CRAAASH!

However, the bone fragments quickly started joining back together, merging into giant, chimeric bone skeleton monsters.

“GRAAHAHAHA!”

RUMBLE!

And more and more of Merlinus’ skeletons kept coming from the underground, endlessly!

“Just how many has he prepared?!” Planta wondered, swinging her claws against them and tearing them to shreds.

She quickly brought out her swords, enhanced in size to fit her dragon form, as she cut through all of them with powerful swordsmanship techniques whose strength and power was multiplied upon her height increase.

SLASH! SLASH! SLASH! SLASH!

At the same time, she conjured powerful Spells from her Green Magic and her Spirit Magic, combining the power of Spirits and Elements into one.

While Luz the Shiny was resting, her other two Higgledingles were getting ready to unleash their power, but Planta saved them for later.

“Pyguuuhh!”

“Pigeeeyy!”

“I know you’re eager to fight but wait a bit longer!” Planta said, combining the power of hundreds of Fire Spirits to unleash a rain of giant fireballs. “{Spiritual Fireball Rain}!”

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

“We have to find a way to identify where’s the real one is, or if they’re all real, what can we do to deal with him,” Planta explained. “But for now, we have to take care of the huge army…!”

And so, she decided to bring out her own army as well, as she spread hundreds of already created seeds beforehand while expanding a powerful and magical field around her!

“{Divine Draconic Spirit Harvest Field}!”

FLUOOOSH!

A farm field expanded for hundreds of meters around her, as she produced hundreds of seeds through the field, harvesting them and combining them into…

“ROOOAARRR!”

Enormous draconic creatures, Divine Elemental Spiritual Draconic Beasts!

As she summoned them, she also opened her Divine Draconic Spirit Harvest Field’s Dimensional Field, a huge farm of her own where she stored seeds.

And also more of these beasts!

RUMBLE!

They stepped out by the dozens, quickly making an army of hundreds. Merlinus couldn’t believe what he was seeing as the Spiritual Draconic Beasts started wrecking his skeleton bodies.

“S-She had an army of Dragons with her?!” Your next chapter awaits on My Virtual Library Empire
