Brand New Life Online: Rise Of The Goddess Of Harvest

Just when he was about to break through the magic shield and enter the forest, Gaston was surprised, out of nowhere, a wave of black sludge splashed over his entire body, wrapping around him as if it were alive, and using its tentacles, it stole his sword, which was quickly dragged towards his perpetrator’s hands.

“Who the fuck…?!”

It was so fast and precise that he couldn’t even prevent it!

Gaston glared into the skies angrily, noticing the figure of someone that had done this. The origin of this black sludge that seemed to be weakening him constantly, and that was also dealing damage per second like poison…

“I’ll be taking this.”

The voice of a young boy echoed from above Gaston as he glanced at the small figure that stole the sword from his hands.

Not once, but twice has he had his sword stolen!

And now, by a damn…

“Huh? A damn fairy?!”

The fairy’s crimson eyes glared at the young man, scanning his body and equipment precisely and calmly, and then at the monsters that were nearby.

He had pale white skin, like most fairies, accompanied by black Oni-like horns coming from his forehead, and a third crimson-colored eye between both horns.

His black hair was slightly long, reaching his shoulders, it looked messy and fluffy, and his face was flawless, adorable and round, making him look more like a girl than a boy.

His crimson eyes had slits, resembling those of reptiles, and were big, with long eyelashes, looking slightly sleepy.

The only clothes he was wearing were black leaves that grew around the fruit where he was born, covering his chest up to his waist, the nails from his little hands and toes were black colored too.

“I was never originally a fairy, but this is the form I’ve taken after being given a second chance…” the boy said. “I don’t particularly like it, as it seals away and contains my true form and powers but… It’s what I deserve after having committed all those atrocities.”

“W-Wha…?”

Gaston couldn’t even understand what the boy… or girl was talking about, but he quickly gathered Mana into his hands, releasing an attack.

“GIVE ME BACK MY WEAPON, SHITHEAD!”

As a true berserk, the young man waited no moment in attacking, swinging his hands and releasing giant claws made of phantasmal energies, the skill that his gloves contained, {Phantasmal Claws}!

“Hmm…”

The fairy glanced at the incoming attacks with a sleepy, bored expression.

“So weak.”

He yawned, and his yawn itself released a shockwave of dark spirit energies.

BOOOM!

The explosion alone sent Gaston flying away, his gauntlets exploded into pieces, and his entire body was covered on miasma, infecting his wounds.

“Uuggh?! W-What the fuck… What the fuck happened?!”

Gaston barely stood up over the magic shield barrier, glancing into the distance as the fairy boy… or girl, glanced at the nearby wyverns and specters.

“GRYYAARRR!”

The black bone wyvern roared at the fairy, rushing forwards with its entire body set ablaze.

It happened to destroy him with a kamikaze attack!

“Huh?”

CRAAASH!

The wyvern impacted his little body, as Gaston stood up and smiled.

“Yes! You did it buddy!”

As he celebrated, suddenly, amidst the smoke and the flames, the fairy boy emerged… unscathed.

“Was I supposed to take damage from that? Why did it kill itself?”

The boy glanced at the pieces of the wyvern and sighed.

“Y-You didn’t take any damage?! But you’re some small shitass fairy!”

Gaston empowered his body with strengthening skills, now having reached past Level 250, he was not as weak as he used to, he took a second sword from his inventory, having already prepared for the off chance of having his weapon stolen.

FLASH!

And with a single step, he reached the fairy, swinging his sword against him and unleashing a spinning, descending attack that covered his body with crimson flames.

“{Berserk Spinning Blazing Charge}!”

A Fusion Skill that combined magic skills with a charge attack and several techniques at once, allowing Gaston to unleash an explosive charge attack that would destroy anything on his path instantly.

CLAAASH!

The immense attack reached the fairy, who quickly encompassed his entire body with black sludge, reinforcing it until it became dark purple crystal.

“{Miasmic Crystal Cocoon}”

A cocoon made of crystals defended him from all damage, no matter how strong Gaston attack was, it couldn’t surpass the defenses of the fairy’s “magic”.

“W-Wha…!?”

And not only that, but spears emerged from the cocoon, spikes that pierced through Gaston’s defenses and shattered his armor in seconds.

“Aarggh!”

As he vomited blood and saw his HP plummet down rapidly, suddenly, the fairy reached him, gathering the black sludge into his hands to form a massive hand.

“I just woke up, so I feel a bit sleepy, but I know that you’re a bad person, right? I’ll try to defend this forest from now on, to atone for the time I once destroyed it.”

“A-Ahh! WAIT!”

“ROOAARR!”

“OOHHHH!”

However, before the fairy could kill Gaston, the wyverns and specters attacked him, the specters released explosive spheres of curses while the wyverns released their phantom breath.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

They continued attacking incessantly, constantly trying to break through whatever indestructible defenses the fairy had and to deal some damage!

However…

“Stop it, it’s annoying.”

The fairy released a shockwave of pure darkness, which formed a black cloud, swallowing the undead that touched it.

“{Devouring Miasma Cloud}”

The black cloud absorbed the undead and crushed them beneath a tremendous, deadly pressure followed by being consumed and melted by the miasmic acid.

Until the only thing left were…

Mere ashes!

“A-Ah…!”

Gaston gave a step back, quickly drinking many potions desperately to restore his health.

The fairy glared at him from afar.

“That is not going to help you, my miasma can consume all things… I’m grateful this shield is here, or I would end up damaging the forest.”

FLASH!

The fairy spread out his dark purple colored butterfly wings, which had huge eyes on them, reaching Gaston within a second, and then, swinging the sword he stole from him.

“Goodbye.”

“{Netherworld Gate}!!!”

SLASH!

As Gaston was split apart into two and died instantly, a huge black and dark blue gate materialized above his corpse.

TRUUUM!

“Hm?”

And then hundreds of Undead poured from it!

“Oh.”
