Brand New Life Online: Rise Of The Goddess Of Harvest

As I placed all the corpses inside of the hole, the Domain moved on its own as if it were alive, rapidly closing the hole, the corpses were instantly assimilated in the same way even the Druid bodies were, absorbed instantly. Flowers sprouted where they had been buried. It made me feel a bit sad, once more.

Thinking about Grandpa Jose and Emilio made me shed a small tear again, it has only been a day since then, so I guess it’s only natural I would feel this way. Time goes so slowly when I’m doing so many things one after another. I wish I could take it easy… Probably once I’m finally done with the Luminous Kingdom and the Demon King of Death, I’ll finally have some respite.

RUMBLE!

“Oh?”

I saw the ground tremble, as the wooden wall where all the quest papers were beginning to glow, one of these papers flew towards me, their words changing.

It seemed that Quest was finally done!

[Congratulations, you have completed the Tier 4 Domain Quest]: [Tier 4 Domain Quest: Feed the Domain 100 Monster Corpses (100/100)]

[After feeding over a hundred corpses to your Domain, it has gained a lot of growth, and it feels more satisfied. Absorbing Monster corpses is necessary for your Domain to feed itself and also develop new powers or strengthen existing abilities.]

[However, that doesn’t mean you must excessively feed it! Be careful how much food you give to them, as it might eventually create a backlash if you do.]

[Quest Rewards]: [Domain Growth +10%] [Spirit Crystal Coins] x300 [Mystery Seed] x1 [Nature Soul Elixir] x1 [Spell Evolution Crystal] x1]

“Oh, similar rewards too…”

I admired the little information I got, it felt like the Domain itself was talking to me.

But that wasn’t the case, right?

“Hahh… finally done.”

I sat down over the grassland as I looked at the Domain, only to hear the World’s Voice.

[Your Domain has successfully absorbed all 201 Monster Corpses.]

[Your Domain Growth has increased by an additional 10%.]

[Your Domain Growth has reached 90/100%, due to its rapid growth, the Domain might become unstable.]

[Your Domain may enter a “cooling period” where it cannot gain more growth until its internal energies and its expansion has been fully settled.]

“So that’s a thing… Okay, I understand.”

As I was about to use the items, suddenly, more voices.

[The Wills, Magic Power, and Souls of the absorbed Monsters has been assimilated by your Domain fully.] Continue reading at empire

[The Domain Themes {Nature Soul Shrine} {Jungle of Wild Beasts} {Spirit Garden} and {Fragment of Heaven} react to the lingering Wills of the remnant Souls within these absorbed corpses.]

[After sensing the three lives of their child, these Wills become stronger, manifesting.]

[The Domain Guardians: [Fire Bear Soul Spirit Clan (In Development)] have been added to the Domain.]

[Once enough time passes and the Wills and their Souls have fully settled into the Domain, they might fully manifest.]

“No way, the Fire Bears?!”

I thought it was the Ant Queen and her angry Ants, but no, it was actually the Bears!

I don’t even know what to think anymore.

Could Domains always do this?

I thought it happened with the Druids because they were very strong but this, they’re trying really hard to prove me wrong, I suppose.

“Oh well, this is really nice… I hope the Fire Bear Cubs will be happy once they manifest!”

After that, I checked the wooden table with all the Domain information.

“Only three Quests left… Also I got over a thousand of those crystals,” I nodded. “If I recall correctly, I can use those to buy stuff in the Domain Shop, right? Can I summon?”

I quickly thought about it, and with a mere command, the Domain quickly responded, a small little wooden house emerged from the ground, opening its door.

“Ooh! Hello there.”

And then a tiny little Fae, the Domain Shop Fae, as I call it, stepped out.

No bigger than the palm of my hand, this little guy’s entire body was made of green vines and leaves, and its face was a big leaf mask.

The mask lacked any expression, only having three little holes representing two eyes and a mouth.

[You have Summoned the Domain Shop and its Fae.]

[You can exchange Spirit Crystal Coins for Special Items in the Domain Shop.]

The wooden sign next to the shop quickly showed new letters.

“I see, so you’re finally back, eh? How do you feel? The Domain’s bigger now, right?”

“Kyuh…”

The little Fae sat down, extending its tiny hand.

It was only interested in money and didn’t care about idle talk.

I guess there’s no helping it.

“Fine, I got a lot of your favorites here, so show me the goods, little guy.”

“Kyuuh!”

Suddenly, the little guy took out several items from the small house, placing them on a small table I had to kneel to see well.

[The Domain Shop Fae shows you his wares.]
