School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 940: Chapter 1021: Chu Wenrou, you goof, come out!

Even if there’s a conspiracy, so what? Am I supposed to be afraid of a little girl like her?

Chen Nan looked calm, his face unmoved, as he walked toward Chu Wenrou, sat down, and asked, ”What would you like to drink?”

”I’ve already ordered.”

Chu Wenrou pointed to the server walking over beside them.

Chen Nan turned his head and saw the server carrying a basket of alcohol, containing five large bottles of whiskey, each 750 ml.

Chen Nan looked at Chu Wenrou in surprise, ”Can you drink so much?”

”I’m not drinking.”

Chu Wenrou looked at him and said, ”Aren’t you trying to hit on me? Then drink all these first.”

Chen Nan frowned, thinking this girl was trying to kill him!

Whiskey, such strong liquor, one bottle is enough to knock out a normal person, yet she wanted him to drink five bottles, wasn’t she trying to do him in?

”If I finish them, you’ll agree to be my girl?” Chen Nan asked.

Chu Wenrou directly popped open a bottle with a ”pop”, handed it to Chen Nan, and snorted, ”Stop yammering, if you’re a man, drink them all. As for whether I’ll let you hit on me, we’ll see after you finish.”

She thought, with five bottles down, you’d be dead drunk by then, how hard could it be to mess with you?

Chen Nan grabbed the bottle, gave it a shake, took a swig, and said, ”Then be straightforward, if I finish them, will you be my girl?”

”If you finish them without getting drunk, then I’ll agree to it.”

Chu Wenrou absolutely didn’t believe Chen Nan could chug down five 750 ml bottles of whiskey in one go.

Chen Nan got excited at these words, Was he really going to get Chu Wenrou this easily? It seemed almost too simple. He quickly pulled out his phone, opened the recording, and said, ”Then repeat what you just said, I’ll record it, so you can’t deny it later.”

Chen Nan’s drinking capacity was beyond Chu Wenrou’s imagination.

She snorted coldly and said into Chen Nan’s phone, ”If you down all these five bottles of whiskey without getting drunk, I’ll be your girl.”

”Alright, straightforward enough!”

Chen Nan put away his phone, grabbed the bottle, and started chugging.

In just a few seconds, a 750 ml bottle of strong liquor was emptied without a drop left; putting the empty bottle on the table, Chen Nan said, ”Come on, open the other four bottles.”

Chu Wenrou was stunned, dumbfounded as she looked at Chen Nan.

Is... is he really drinking hard liquor, not water?

Chu Wenrou grabbed the second bottle, sniffed to confirm the alcohol inside, and then handed it to Chen Nan, ”What are you showing off for? You’ve only drunk one bottle, there’re still four to go!”

”Just get ready to be my girl!”

Chen Nan said without any pressure, grabbing the bottle and drinking.

Chu Wenrou watched in shock, as Chen Nan finished the second bottle, she clumsily opened the third bottle.

And then—

The fourth bottle!

The fifth bottle!

After downing a total of five bottles of whiskey, Chu Wenrou was completely dumbfounded.

This strong liquor is supposed to knock a person out with just one bottle, so why in his mouth it seemed just like a soft drink... no, to be precise, it was like he hadn’t drunk anything because even if it were a soft drink, drinking five 750 ml bottles would fill one’s stomach!

Is this guy even human?

Could it be... he drank too quickly, so the alcohol hasn’t kicked in yet?

Chu Wenrou thought of this possibility and said, ”Don’t be so smug, in my opinion, the alcohol just hasn’t kicked in yet. If you’re still not drunk after sitting here for half an hour, I’ll admit you’re tough.”

Chen Nan shook his head and said, ”Just admitting I’m tough isn’t enough, you have to be my girl.”

”Alright, as long as you’re not drunk, I’ll keep my word, no backing out.” Chu Wenrou said gritting her teeth.

”Just for that line, you’ve earned the qualification to be my girl.” Chen Nan said.

”Who’s interested, shameless!” Chu Wenrou rolled her eyes at him and said with a huffy look, ”Wait till you’re not drunk after half an hour, then brag!”

Chen Nan shrugged, with an expression that said, ”we’ll see.”

After that, Chu Wenrou said little, just glaring at Chen Nan intently, as if wishing he’d collapse drunk immediately.

But the more she stared, the more spirited Chen Nan became.

Five minutes!

Ten minutes!

Twenty minutes!

Seeing that half an hour was almost up, Chen Nan still showed no signs of drunkenness, and Chu Wenrou finally realized, she’d bit off more than she could chew, this guy was a bottomless pit for alcohol!

What to do?

Could it be she really had to be this beast’s girl?

No way, I would never agree to it even if beaten to death! It seems, I’ll have to use plan B!

Chu Wenrou thought to herself, glancing around, and said, ”Um, I’ll go to the restroom first, be right back, don’t you dare run away.”

”Go ahead, go ahead.”

Chen Nan waved dismissively, teasing, ”I’m definitely not running, but as for you, don’t pretend to go to the restroom and sneak away.”

”I keep my word, what nonsense!” Chu Wenrou mumbled, turning away.

Once Chu Wenrou left, Chen Nan had no one to talk to, and he was utterly bored, he was about to pull out his phone to play when suddenly, everything went dark—

The lights went out!

The whole bar plunged into darkness, not a thing could be seen.

But for someone like Chen Nan, skilled in Inner Strength, it couldn’t completely block his vision.

With the sudden blackout, could something have happened to Chu Wenrou?

Thinking this, Chen Nan stood up, preparing to take a look toward the restroom, but right then, a chaotic shuffle of footsteps approached, and more than twenty thugs with clubs rushed into the bar.

”Brothers, hit ’em!”

One of them shouted, and over twenty thugs raised their clubs, rushing toward Chen Nan, swinging their weapons.

Chen Nan blinked, wondering who he’d offended this time?

He was about to give them a thrashing and then catch someone to question them, but then he noticed, although the clubs were swinging at him, they only aimed for his limbs and body, not the head and vital parts.

This... didn’t seem like they were seeking revenge?

Quickly reasoning out in his mind, Chen Nan soon figured out.

The lights went out right after Chu Wenrou left, and this group barged in taking advantage of it, looking at the situation, they only seemed to want to beat him up rather than kill or maim him, which meant this was most likely orchestrated by that wretched woman, Chu Wenrou.

”Damn it, I knew it, that vixen wasn’t going to be easy to win over!”

Chen Nan cursed, delivered a Tornado Kick, sending the clubs of the two guys in front flying, then used both his fists and feet, taking down over twenty people in no time flat.

Glancing around, Chen Nan shouted, ”Chu Wenrou, you dunce, get out here!”
