Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

Then, Yu Qi continued. ”I think it is better to let you go. I will let you go back to the cultivation world.”

The monster plant swung its branches wildly.

”Master, he said he did not want to leave. This place is very good.” Shino stated.

”Well... This space is related to me. Something which not related to me is not allowed to stay here.” Yu Qi stated.

Long Hui chuckled. His beloved Qi Qi was about to trick a plant to be her contracted beast. The monster plant or beast that entered this space would be delighted to stay in this kind of environment, since as they breathed Qi, if they stayed inside here.

”Master, he is asking what he should do to stay here?” Shino stated.

”Be my contracted beast.” Yu Qi said.

The monster plant’s branches swung widely.

”What?” Aoi and Shino shouted.

”What is going on? What is he saying?” Yu Qi asked. She was curious about the monster plant, said made Aoi and Shino react like that.

”Master, he asked if he could be his contracted beast.” Aoi pointed his paw at Long Hui.

”Huh?” Yu Qi turned to Long Hui and back to the monster plant. ”Why do you want to be his contracted beast?”

The monster plant’s branches swung again.

”He said, Master’s fiancée is very strong, has a solid body and is very good-looking. He is aiming to be like him.” Shino said.

”Do you want to be his master?” Yu Qi asked Long Hui.

”Do you mind?” Long Hui asked.

He knew that his beloved Qi Qi wanted this monster plant to be her contracted beast.

”Well, I want him to be my contracted beast. However, a forced contract is not good for the master and the contract beast.” Yu Qi said. ”Anyway, it also does not matter if he becomes your contracted beast, what’s yours is mine, am I right?” She grinned.

Long Hui chuckled. ”You really calculate this, right?”

”Of course, I am a businesswoman. I calculate everything.” Yu Qi smiled proudly.

Yu Qi turned to the monster plant. ”Good. You can be his contracted beast.”

The monster plant’s branches swung again, showing how happy it was.

”You two can perform the ritual.” Yu Qi said.

”Qi Qi, can you explain the process? I never perform the ritual.” Long Hui said.

Yu Qi wanted to roll her eyes. However, she still explained the process since the monster plant probably did not know about that.

Long Hui handed over his hand to the monster plant to bite and take his blood to perform the blood contract. Yu Qi pulled Long Hui’s hand.

”You want him to bite you right away? He might poison you.” Yu Qi asked.

”Why should I be scared? I have you beside me. Not to mention, if he poisons me, he will not be able to get out of here.” Long Hui said it nonchalantly.

”Oh... I forget about that.” Yu Qi said.

”You forget about that because you are thinking and worrying about me. I am pleased to hear that.” Long Hui teased Yu Qi.

”You...” Yu Qi pushed Long Hui away.

The non-human creatures watched them. The monster plant looked at Aoi, asking about something.

”You will be watching these scenes a lot in the future,” Aoi said.

So, Long Hui and the monster plant performed the blood contract ritual. It was a success. The monster plant became Long Hui’s contracted beast.

Then, something happened. The light surrounded the monster plant. Yu Qi had to close her eyes because it blinded her. After a few moments, feeling the light had gone, she opened her eyes. In front of her, a boy appeared at the same place where the monster plant had stood earlier.

”Brother Hui, is he...” Yu Qi turned to Long Hui, asking the question.

Long Hui nodded. The boy had the same features as Long Hui, but in a younger version. Yu Qi smiled widely. She had seen Long Hui when he was a kid. Feng Yue showed it to Yu Qi before.

Yu Qi approached the kid. ”Hello. Can you talk now?”

The child tried to open her mouth, trying to talk. ”Yes.”

Yu Qi picked the child. The child was startled and wanted to strike her, but he heard the voice in his mind telling him not to. He turned to Long Hui. It was his master who talked to him.

’Don’t you dare hit her?’ Long Hui said.

The child frowned. He could not do anything to the woman who held her right now. He could just endure.

While holding the child, Yu Qi turned to Long Hui. ”Brother Hui, he looked like you when you were younger.” She spoke without thinking.

”Oh... How do you know about that? I don’t remember showing the picture of me when I was a kid.” Long Hui raised his eyebrow.

Yu Qi moved her eyes to the side, avoiding Long Hui’s eyes.

”Hmmm?” Long Hui made the sound.

”It is Feng Yue who showed your picture to me.” Yu Qi shifted the blame to Feng Yue.

Feng Yue, who was writing the report, sneezed. ”Who is talking behind my back?” She wiped her nose with a tissue.

”Oh... It’s her.” Long Hui displayed a smile.

Feng Yue suddenly felt cold on her back. She looked at the time. It was already 9 p.m. Maybe it was time for her to return home and get some rest.
