Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

”As you can see, this plant eats meat, it was like an animal. It was a very rare species. You can treat it as a pet. The starting price for the item is 1.5 million.” The woman said.

”Brother Hui, it is like Xiaohua. Seeing that they covered it, I think it is a wild plant. They probably restrained it. If it happens to get out from its cover, it will go wild.” Yu Qi stated.

”Xiaohua likes to eat humans. So, this plant is probably the same.” Long Hui said.

He remembered when they attacked the organisation’s research centre, Xiaohua was having the time of her life, swallowing humans.

”Probably.” Yu Qi nodded. ”So, let’s bid for it. Xiaohua would be happy if she had a new friend who was the same as her.”

”Yeah.” Long Hui nodded. Since his beloved Qi Qi had already said that she wanted it, he would try to get it for his beloved Qi Qi.

The price had already gone to 2.3 million. Long Hui bid for 2.5 million. Another person bid for 2.7 million. Then, another person bid for 3 million.

It seemed this kind of exotic plant attracted many people. Well, it was probably that they did not know the danger yet.

Long Hui raised his card number and shouted 3.5 million. Only one person still put up a fight. He placed 4 million.

Yu Qi looked at the plant. She released some Qi for the plant to feel it. She wanted to see how the plant reacts to the Qi. The plant felt it. Then, he became violent. It used its branch to bang on the cover.

The woman smiled. ”You don’t have to worry about it. Sometimes, it will behave like this. However, our cover is still hard. It would not be able to break it.”

As soon as the woman finished her words, there was a crack formed on the cover. The woman was shocked. It never happened before.

”Miss, tell me what happen if the cover break and the plant is out?” One of the guests asked.

”That... Well...” The woman did not know what to answer.

As answering the question, the branch of the plant managed to get out. It snatch a man’s hand and tried to drag the man into the cover. However, it could only drag the man’s hand inside the cover.

The plant opened its mouth and bit on the hand. The man shouted in pain and pulled his hand out. However, his arms had already gone. The blood flew out. The guests shouted in fear.

The situation became a little bit chaos. Some people took the man who lost his hand away from the stage.

”I am not bid for this monster.” Said the person who bid 4 million earlier.

”Sir... You can’t do that.” The woman said.

”I don’t care. That is not a normal plant. It is a monster. You just say that the cover is hard to break. And it breaks. Not only that, it can eat human flesh. Who wants something like that?” The man shouted.

The woman did not know what to reply. This was the first time that this plant behaved like that. When it was about to be auctioned, something like this happened. To be honest, even she was scared of this plant right now. It would be better if she could sell this plant as soon as possible. However, looking at the current situation, it seemed impossible.

She would tell her boss that they needed to destroy this plant. Otherwise, they might lose their life. She did not want to die because of this plant.

”I will take it.” Yu Qi raised her number card.

”Really?” The woman asked in surprise.

”Yes.... I will take it with its starting price only.” Yu Qi grinned.

”That...” The woman had a complicated feeling.

”If you don’t agree, it’s fine. I don’t mind.” Yu Qi smiled.

”Deal!” The woman immediately said.

It seemed the woman was one of the decision maker for the auction. Otherwise, she would not dare to agree on Yu Qi’s demand. She would have to ask her superior about it.

Long Hui immediately paid for it. Yu Qi came on the stage. The plant was still sticking out its branch through the hole, trying to grab someone.

Yu Qi took out something and threw it to the plant. The plant immediately stopped moving. Everyone was surprised. She turned to the woman.

”I want the same cover as this. You must have one spare right?” Yu Qi asked the woman.

”Yes.” The woman nodded.

He ordered someone to get it for Yu Qi. When the cover arrived, Yu Qi leisurely took out the plant. The woman and people around stepped back in fear. However, the plant did not react at all. It looked like it was sleeping.

Yu Qi and Long Hui replaced the cover. The woman was surprised to see the cover that needed 3 people, at least, but Long Hui could handle it with one hand.

Not only that, the girl could make the plant sleep just like that. Those people were something else. The woman did not dare to offend this kind of people.

”Miss, you can move this plant first. We still have to continue this auction.” Yu Qi said to the woman.

”Yes... Yes...” The woman nodded.

The woman immediately asked several man to move the plant. They were hesitated to get closer to the plant.
