Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

”Doctor Tang, you don’t need to worry about that. We have already moved all the patients to another floor. Only she is on this floor.” The doctor stated.

”It is a relief, then. Otherwise, the patients can not get any rest with constant screaming and shouting like that.” Yu Qi said.

They walked until they arrived in front of the room where Fung Meng Xuan stayed. They still heard Fung Meng Xuan scream at the nurse who was currently in the room.

”Tell Tang Yu Qi to meet me.” Fung Meng Xuan shouted again.

Yu Qi swung the door open. ”No need for that. I am here.”

Fung Meng Xuan was stunned when she saw Yu Qi at the door. The nurse nodded to Yu Qi and left the room.

”What? You seemed to have something to say to me, shouting for me to come and see you. But now, why are you silent?” Yu Qi asked.

Fung Meng Xuan was silent at first because she did not expect Yu Qi to be in her room. Later, she was silent when Long Hui, who stood beside Yu Qi, kept glaring at her. She was scared because she remembered the pain that she experienced when Long Hui glared at her two days ago.

”If you keep being silent, then I will go. You are wasting my time.” Yu Qi turned and pulled Long Hui to leave the room.

”Wait.” Fung Meng Xuan spoke out.

Yu Qi stopped.

”Can I talk to you alone?” Fung Meng Xuan asked.

”No.” It was Long Hui who rejected Fung Meng Xuan’s request.

Fung Meng Xuan flinched as she heard Long Hui’s voice.

Yu Qi gave a signal to Long Hui, asking him to leave for a moment. Long Hui shook his head. He refused to leave his beloved Qi Qi with this woman. Yu Qi patted Long Hui’s hand, assuring him that she would be fine. Fung Meng Xuan could not do anything to her. Eventually, Long Hui gave up and nodded. He left the room, but he did not fully close the door.

Yu Qi turned and looked at Fung Meng Xuan. ”So, what do you want from me?”

”Why are you targeting me all the time?” Fung Meng Xuan asked.

Upon hearing the question, Yu Qi suddenly wanted to laugh. ”Are you saying that I am targeting you?”

”Yes. From our first meeting at the university.” Fung Meng Xuan shouted.

Yu Qi was speechless. Since when did she target Fung Meng Xuan when they were at the university? They were not even in the same faculty. The time they met was in the cafeteria. Fung Meng Xuan was the one who came and spoke to her, even though she ignored Fung Meng Xuan. Was she in the same timeline as Fung Meng Xuan? Or this Fung Meng Xuan come from a different timeline?

”Fung Meng Xuan, do you think I am interested in you? During university time, you were the one who came and sought me. I told you clearly at that time that I did not want to be your friend because I knew your intention. You found out about my family background. You wanted to use that as your advantage, am I right?” Yu Qi looked straight at Fung Meng Xuan’s eyes.

Fung Meng Xuan slightly trembled. She indeed had that intention when she heard that Yu Qi was from that famous Tang Family at FINN City. She was hoping to be friends with Yu Qi, thinking that she could use Yu Qi’s family background in order to stand firmly in society. But Yu Qi refused to acknowledge her presence.

When Bai Shu Jin showed interest in Yu Qi, Fung Meng Xuan was jealous. She began to pay more attention to Yu Qi. Then, when she found out that Yu Qi was seeing someone else outside the university, she wanted to know who he was.

When she first found out about Long Hui, she was stunned. It was when Long Hui came to pick Yu Qi up, she happened to see Long Hui. He was so handsome. Her instinct told her that she needed to snatch this man from Yu Qi. But that man did not pay any attention to her at me. Her jealous feeling rose up. Even after she graduated.

”Don’t forget that you tried to harm me when you asked someone to kidnap me. Don’t tell me that you forgot about that.” Yu Qi smirked.

Yes, she did ask someone to kidnap Yu Qi. However, Yu Qi’s luck was so great that she managed to escape from that gangster.

”So, tell me why you want to see me?” Yu Qi asked the same question again.

”Tang Yu Qi, please forgive me. I don’t know what happened to me that made me want to target you. We were once studying at the same university.” Fung Meng Xuan suddenly changed her attitude and started to apologise to Yu Qi.

”Fung Meng Xuan, you are a member of that organisation. Not to mention that you declare yourself that you joined that organisation voluntarily.” Yu Qi said.

Fung Meng Xuan’s expression flickered. ”When did I declare that?”

”When you came to see me at the underground base, wanting to arrange the brainwashing schedule for me. Don’t tell me that you also forgot about that?” Yu Qi chuckled.

”No... I don’t say anything like that.” Fung Meng Xuan refused to admit.
