Chapter 2161: Chapter 2161: Her Husband Still Not Show Up

Su Yu Qing waited until 3 p.m. as Secretary Wang said. However, she did not see even Mu Li Zei’s shadow. She frowned.

Secretary Wang also frowned. He stood up and called Liu Ren, the new secretary that he placed beside Mu Li Zei.

”Secretary Liu, where are you?” Secretary Wang asked when the call had been picked up.

”Secretary Wang, CEO Mu is shopping some jewellery right now.” Liu Ren said.

”Huh? For what?” Secretary Wang asked.

”Well, CEO Mu does not mention it.” Liu Ren said.

Liu Ren’s voice was quite loud and Secretary Wang also put on the speaker mode. So, Su Yu Qing could hear the conversation. Her face became more grim.

Why did her husband go to buy the jewellery? There was no upcoming surprise event. Su Yu Qing suspected that her husband bought the jewellery for his new mistress.

”Ask him, which store he is at.” Su Yu Qing told Secretary Wang.

”Secretary Liu, where are you right now?” Secretary Wang asked.

”At the Mu Group Shopping Mall. Shinwei Jewellery.” Liu Ren stated.

”How long are you going to be there?” Secretary Wang took the initiative to ask Liu Ren about that.

”I still don’t know. CEO Mu is still talking with the manager.” Liu Ren said.

”I see...” Secretary Wang nodded.

”Is there anything else, Secretary Wang?” Liu Ren asked.

”No.” Secretary Wang stated.

”Then, I will hang up the call.” Liu Ren said.

The call ended there. Secretary Wang looked at Su Yu Qing. Su Yu Qing was clenching both of her fists. He could tell that Su Yu Qing was angry right now.

As a person who had been by Mu Li Zei’s side for a long time, he already remembered the important dates such as CEO Mu’s birthday, Su Yu Qing’s birthday and even their marriage anniversary.

So, there was a question of why CEO Mu suddenly went to buy the jewellery. Not to mention, he went there personally. Usually, CEO Mu would ask him to make the purchase.

Something was happening and that was why Su Yu Qing was here. That was what Secretary Wang could conclude right now.

”Secretary Wang, I will excuse myself.” Su Yu Qing suddenly said.

”Yes.” Secretary Wang nodded.

At this point, there was nothing that he could do. He just hoped that there was nothing serious would happen. However, in his heart, he also lights up the candle for his boss.

Su Yu Qing stood up and left the company. Her destination? Of course, the place that Liu Ren mentioned. She wanted to see what kind of jewellery her husband would buy for his mistress. While she was on the way to the shopping mall, she contacted someone.

”Brother, help me investigate someone.” Su Yu Qing said when the call was answered.

Su Yu Qing called her brother. Her family also owned a business. She was a well-known socialite. That was why she was able to marry Mu Li Zei.

”Oh... Is there some problem with this person?” Her brother, Su Peng asked.

”Li Zei’s mistress.” Su Yu Qing answered.

”Are you sure about that?” Su Peng asked.

”Yes.” Su Yu Qing said.

”Then, give me the picture later.” Su Peng said.

Half an hour later, she arrived at the store. Seeing a well-dressed customer, the worker came over rushing to greet Su Yu Qing. Su Yu Qing looked around the store. She had never buy her jewellery from this brand. Well, most of her jewelleries came from the international brand. This store was a local brand. Hmm... such a cheap brand was suitable for a cheap mistress.

”Madam, what are you looking for? Necklace, ring, bracelet, earrings? Oh, if you want to customise the jewellery, we also can do it there.” The worker said.

”I come here to see my husband.” Su Yu Qing said.

”Eh? Your husband?” The worker was taken aback. ”May I know what is your husband’s name?”

Their store only had a man working there and that was their manager. Their manager was just thirty years old and an unmarried man. There was no way that this woman in front of her right now was the wife of the manager that she knew. This woman was probably around 40 years old.

”He is the customer that came here. CEO Mu. Mu Li Zei.” Su Yu Qing stated.

The worker was surprised. Indeed, CEO MU was here. She knew it because this was Mu Group Shopping Mall. He came to their store. The manager invited him to talk in the private room. So, they had been talking with their manager since there.

”Err..” The worker did not know how to respond to this.

”What? Can’t I go and see my husband?” Su Yu Qing questioned the worker. ”Oh, are you hiding something?”

”No... No, madam. Of course, not.” The worker shook her head. Then, she gestured to Su Yu Qing to follow her. ”This way, Madam.”

The worker did not want to deal with this woman. She would pass her to the manager. He would deal with this woman.

They arrived at the private door. Liu Ren was standing over there. He was surprised to see Su Yu Qing there. He immediately greeted Su Yu Qing.

”Madam.” Liu Ren bowed his head. In his mind, he was asking why Su Yu Qing was here.

”Open the door.” Su Yu Qing said.

”Err... Madam, CEO Mu is still in the meeting. We should not disturb him.” Liu Ren stopped Su Yu Qing.
