Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

The news about Yu Qi owning Qiaosu Entertainment Company spread widely. Bai’s Family also heard about that. They were dining together. Bai Jian, Bai Shu Jin, and Bai Yu were present

It was their one-month dinner. Every month, they would pick one day to have dinner together as a family.

Bai Xia Fang remembered the news when he looked at his sons.

“I never thought she would own another company.” Bai Xia Fang said.

Bai Yue did not think of anything when Bai Xia Fang mentioned it. But Bai Shu Jin and Bai Jian knew what news Bai Xia Fang mentioned. They paid attention to the news.

“It is really a pity. I do admire her.” Bai Jian cut the meat elegantly and ate it.

“Our Bai Family should own that kind of talent.” Bai Xia Fang said.

Bai Shu Jian flinched when his father said that. He knew her during the university but he could not get even closer as a friend to her.

He was confused that she hated him so much. They did not have a long conversation, to begin with. He thought she hated him because of the female students always tried to find a problem with him.

So, in order to tell her that he had nothing to do with the female students, he confessed to her publicly. At that moment, he knew that she purely hated him from the bottom of her heart.

“What are you talking about, Dad?” Bai Yu asked. He did not get what his father talking about.

Bai Jian sighed. Her son was so stupid. ‘If you don’t understand, just keep quiet.’ She glared at her husband to see his reaction.

“Since you already finished your studies, join the company as soon as you can.” Bai Xia Fang said to Bai Yu.

“What? I still want to spend time before joining the company.” Bai Yu protested.

Bai Jian hit Bai Yu’s back.

“Mum, That’s hurt.” Bai Yu looked at his mother.

“He will join the company as you ask. But what position?” Bai Jian asked Bai Xia Fang.

“I will ask Director Guang to handle it.” Bai Xia Fang said.

Bai Yu wanted to protest again but his tight had been pinched by his mother. His mother also gave a warning to close his mouth.

Because of the pain, Bai Yu kept his mouth shut.

“Shu Jin, try to acquire HuiQi Jade Store, Qi Qi Skincare  and Qiaosu Entertainment.” Bai Xia Fang ordered Bai Shu Jin.

“What?” Bai Shu Jin was surprised with that order.

“These companies became famous under her name. Try to acquire them.” Bai Xia Fang repeated again.

“I will try.” Bai Shu Jin nodded.

“I will help.” Bai Jian nodded.

“Up to you.” Bai Xia Fang did not care much about the process. What he wanted was the final result.

The dinner was completed after Bai Xia Fang stood up. Then, he looked again at Bai Shu Jin.

“You can try to chase her again.” Bai Xia Fang gave hint what he wanted Bai Shu Jin to do.

Without waiting for his son’s response, Bai Xia Fang left the dining room. Bai Shu Jin was silent. He stood up and left the dining room too.

Bai Yu and Bai Jian were left.

“Mum, why do you do that? It’s hurt, you know.” Bai Yu rubbed the place where his mother pinched earlier. “And I don’t want to be working so soon. I want to enjoy my life first.”

“You stupid. You should start working as soon as you should. Do you want to leave far behind from Bai Shu Jian?” Bai Jian got mad at her son.

“Mum, you can’t compare me with my brother. He is perfect in everything.” Bai Yu said.

“That is why I am telling you to working hard from now on. Otherwise nothing is left for you.” Bai Jian said.

“I will let my brother handle the company, I can enjoy my share.” Bai Yu still did not get what his mother want  him to understand.

“Do you think he will let you do it?” Bai Jian glared at her son.

“What? Of course. I am his brother, right?” Bai Yu grinned.

Bai Jian took a deep breath. Bai Yu did not know that Bai Shu Jin was his step brother and she did not plan to do so. Even Bai Shu Jin did not know that either.

Bai Shu Jin thought she was his biological mother even though she did not pay much attention to him. He could see that Bai Jian loved Bai Yu so much and thought it was just because Bai Yu was younger than him.

“And mum, what are dad and brother talking about earlier?” Bai Yu asked.

“Do you remember Tang Yu Qi?” Bai Jian asked.

Bai Yu’s eyes lifted up. Of course, he remembered that beautiful woman. She was the woman who rejected him solidly after he tried many times to approach her.

“Of course, what is about her?” Bai Yu asked again.

“Your father wants to acquire the companies under her.” Bai Jian said.

“You mean the companies that dad mentioned earlier are hers?” Bai Yu was surprised.

Of course, he heard about the companies. His women loved the jewelry and Skincare of the companies. Not to mention the entertainment company.

“Yes. Your father sees profits from those companies and wants to acquire them.” Bai Jian nodded.

“Mum, I want to start working as soon as possible. I want to help my brother to acquire the companies.” Bai Yu made the decision.

“Good. That is my boy.” Bai Jian was happy that her son finally understood it.
