Reborn : Space Intelligent Woman

Yu Qi left the surgery theatre. The surgery was a success but the patient still needed some care, so, he had to be transferred to the ICU ward. The patient family thanked Yu Qi in cry.

Yu Qi explained a little bit about the patient’s condition telling them that the patient still needed the doctor’s attention within 12 hours. If the patient could pass the time safely, the surgery could be successful.

Her stomach rumbled. It indicated that it wanted some food. She sighed. The cafe was closed. She needed to go outside to get some food. But she was tired and wanted some sleep.

Her stomach protested once again. She rubbed her stomach. It needed to fill up. After cleaning up, she walked to the entrance.

“Little Sis!” Someone called her.

From the voice, she knew it was Tang Jin Wei.

“You are on duty tonight?” Yu Qi asked.

“Yeah. By the way, you must be hungry right now. Come. I have some food for you.” Tang Jin Wei pulled Yu Qi to the cafe.

“The cafe is already closed, is it?” Yu Qi asked.

“Yeah. But I have already bought some food for you.” Tang Jin Wei said.

“Oh… Okay.” Yu Qi was indeed hungry.

So, she was grateful that she did not have to go out to get the food. Tang Han Lee was also here.

“Big Brother, you are also here?” Yu Qi was surprised to see Tang Han Lee.

“Yeah. I am also on duty tonight.” Tang Han Lee smiled. “Come and eat. You must be hungry.”

“Hmm…” Yu Qi took her seat.

Tang Han Lee and Tang Jin Wei watched their little sister eat.

“Are you not eating?” Yu Qi looked at her brothers who did not move at all.

“We buy it for you. Just eat.” Tang Jin Wei said.

“Oh… Okay.” Yu Qi continued to eat again.

Then after a while, Yu Qi looked up again and asked. “Does something happen today?”

Tang Han Lee: “No.”

Tang Jin Wei: “How do you know?”

Both of them answered at the same time. Tang Han Lee glared at Tang Jin Wei. Tang Jin Wei bit his tongue. He did not mean to tell Yu Qi about the earlier incident.

“So, what happens?” Yu Qi was still eating.

Tang Han Lee glared at Tang Jin Wei for being a tattletale. He sighed. He knew that he could not keep the incident a secret. Yu Qi would know about it sooner or later.

“It is about the news where you went to seduce an actor on the set. His fans came over and made trouble at our hospital.” Tang Han Lee said.

Then Tang Jin Wei continued. “We called the police and arrested them.”

“Oh…” Yu Qi gave a small reaction.

“Little Sis, why does your reaction is so dull?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

“About the news that I seduce the actor, I already know about that yesterday.” Yu Qi smirked. “But about the fans who came and made trouble, I really don’t know about that.”

“You know?”

Tang Jin Wei and Tang Han Lee were surprised that their sister already knew about that.

“Yeah. Sister Su Jin told me about that yesterday. But I was busy preparing for today’s surgery. So, I am kind of ignoring that.” Yu Qi yawned.

“It seems you are tired. You should get some sleep after this.” Tang Han Lee saw Yu Qi yawn.

“Hmm… I am planning to do so.” Yu Qi nodded.

“What are you doing to do with that news?” Tang Jin Wei asked.

“I will think about that later.” Yu Qi said while smiling.

…

The next morning, Yu Qi woke up on 5 a.m. because of the patient having a problem. That patient was the one who was being operated on by Yu Qi. So, it was her responsibility.

The problem was soon solved by Yu Qi. The patient immediately grabbed Yu Qi as she walked out of the ICU ward.

“He is fine for now. We still have observed him for 9 hours.” Yu Qi explained to the family member.

It was an early start. Yu Qi went to refresh. She went out to the hospital. The sky was still dark. She wanted to go out for a moment. So, she walked to her car.

However, she could feel that someone was following her a few distances away from her. At first, she thought it was a stranger who just walked around. But Yu Qi tested. She turned her pace and that person followed it too, meaning that person intended to follow her.

Since it was still dark, no one was in the parking lot. When Yu Qi was about to reach the car, that person suddenly wanted to grab Yu Qi from behind. Because Yu Qi already knew there was someone following her, she was very alert.

Yu Qi quickly avoided that person. Instead of running away, she grabbed that person’s hand and forced them to kneel.

“Ahh… My hand…” It was a foreign language but Yu Qi recognized the language. It was the Maxismilan language. Maxis Country.

“Hmm… Someone from Maxis Country. What do you want from me?” Yu Qi replied in the Maxismilan language too.

The person seemed to be startled. He did not know that this woman could understand and speak in his language. He did not answer Yu Qi immediately. He was thinking about his excuse.
