Lust System: Conquering the World Beauties

Chapter 25: Chapter 25 The Mesmerizing Beauty I

The school hallway was bustling with students, some hurrying to their next class, others gathered in small groups, chatting about the latest gossip or assignments. But among them, one particular student stood out—Dickson.

Unlike the others who moved with purpose, he was absentmindedly trailing behind Liam, his eyes locked onto his friend as if he were staring at some divine entity. He couldn’t believe what had just happened in the classroom.

Thirty minutes ago, Liam had singlehandedly humiliated Mr. Rogers in front of the entire class. Not only did he answer every question thrown at him, but he also proved the teacher wrong in front of Principal Henderson. The memory played on repeat in Dickson’s head, and each time he replayed it, he felt even more amazed.

Liam had been asked to sit down, and Mr. Rogers had been forced to continue teaching, but it was clear to everyone that the teacher had lost his enthusiasm. He had lectured with an awkward stiffness, his usual authority gone, and the moment his period ended, he stormed out of the class without a word. It was obvious—Liam had gotten under his skin.

Now, as they walked down the hallway, Dickson still couldn’t wrap his head around it. He had to ask.

”Liam,” Dickson said, finally breaking the silence. ”How the hell did you answer all those questions?” His voice was laced with disbelief. ”I swear, you weren’t even paying attention in class. You were talking to me the entire time.”

Liam simply smiled, shaking his head as he walked forward without looking back. ”I was just lucky,” he said casually. ”Lucky that he asked questions I happened to know.”

Dickson snorted, rolling his eyes. ”Pray that your luck saves you in the coming weeks.”

Liam frowned slightly, glancing at him. ”The coming weeks?”

Dickson immediately facepalmed, letting out a groan. ”For fuck’s sake, Liam, don’t tell me you haven’t started reading.”

Liam blinked. ”Reading for what?”

Dickson froze for a second before staring at Liam as if he had just grown a second head. ”Are you serious?” he asked. Then, without waiting for an answer, he smacked Liam on the shoulder. ”Exams, dumbass! Our exams start next week!”

Liam stopped in his tracks.

Next week?

His eyes widened for a moment, but then, almost immediately, a slow smirk formed on his lips. If it were the old Liam, he would have been panicking right now. But now? With the system at his disposal? He had nothing to fear.

He had already experienced firsthand how the system could provide knowledge when he needed it. It was how he managed to answer Mr. Rogers’ history questions without breaking a sweat. If he could do that, then the exams would be a joke.

As he thought about it, his smirk deepened.

Dickson, who was watching closely, felt a chill run down his spine. That expression... it was never a good sign.

”What are you smiling about?” Dickson asked suspiciously.

”Nothing,” Liam replied smoothly. ”Just thinking about how easy these exams are going to be.”

Dickson gave him a deadpan look. ”Says the guy who didn’t even know when the exams were.”

Liam shrugged. ”Details, details.”

Dickson sighed heavily. He had already given up trying to understand Liam’s thought process. Whatever went on in that brain of his was beyond human logic.

By now, they had reached the sports area of the school—the open field where students gathered to play soccer and other activities. The sound of shouting, laughter, and the occasional curse word filled the air.

As they walked toward the stands, Dickson nudged Liam with his elbow. ”Wait a minute,” he said. ”Why are we here?”

Liam chuckled, placing his hands in his pockets as he scanned the field. His eyes gleamed mischievously as he replied, ”Looking for trouble.”

Dickson’s heart sank.

That phrase alone was enough to send alarm bells ringing in his head.

Whenever Liam said he was ’looking for trouble,’ it meant chaos was about to unfold. And every single time, Dickson somehow got dragged into it.

He groaned internally. How many problems does this asshole want to attract in a single day?

Before he could protest, Liam was already moving toward the stands, picking a seat in a spot that was highly visible to the players on the field. It wasn’t a coincidence—he had chosen this seat on purpose.

From where he sat, he had a perfect view of the soccer field.

And his eyes naturally landed on one person.

Kyle.

Liam’s grin widened.

It was time for his plan.

Liam sat comfortably in the stands, his arms stretched lazily over the backrest as he watched the soccer game unfold before him. His eyes, however, weren’t really focused on the game itself. No, his real target was one of the players on the field.

Kyle.

Liam still remembered vividly the sheer panic that had been written all over Kyle’s face that day in the alley when he thought he had accidentally killed him. The guy had looked like he had seen a ghost. But now? Now he had regained his confidence, acting as if he had never feared for his life.

Kyle had convinced himself that Liam must have been on some kind of highly illegal drug that gave him an insane healing factor. That was the only explanation his brain could accept—because the alternative was too terrifying. The idea that Liam had somehow survived a brutal accident without a scratch and had come back like nothing happened was unsettling. So instead, Kyle chalked it up to drugs.

Foolish.

Liam watched as Kyle played, his movements aggressive yet precise. He had skill, no doubt about that, but Liam couldn’t help but smirk as he thought about how easy it would be to completely ruin him if he wanted to.

He continued watching, but then something caught his eye. Or rather, someone.

Kyle’s expression shifted suddenly, his usual cocky smirk replaced by something softer—something almost hopeful. Liam followed Kyle’s gaze, and that was when he saw her.

A girl was walking toward the field, effortlessly stealing the attention of everyone around her.

Her school uniform, though standard, hugged her body in all the right places. The white blouse fit snugly against her figure, the fabric slightly stretching as if struggling to contain her voluptuous form. The navy-blue pleated skirt swayed with every step, stopping just above her knees, teasingly revealing smooth, flawless skin. She had long, flowing hair that cascaded down her back like silk, framing a face that was nothing short of captivating. Her eyes were deep and mesmerizing, her lips full and naturally tinted with a soft pink hue that made them look irresistibly kissable.

She walked with effortless grace, each step confident yet unintentional in its allure. The way she carried herself, the slight bounce in her movement—it was no wonder why heads turned in her direction.

The boys on the field stopped what they were doing, their eyes drawn to her as if she had cast a spell on them. Even those who were mid-play hesitated, losing focus for a brief moment.

Kyle, noticing this, grinned smugly.

She was heading in his direction.

As she passed by him, Kyle took the chance and greeted her, his voice confident yet smooth. ”Hey.”

She turned her head slightly, her lips curling into a warm smile as she responded, ”Hi.”

The moment she acknowledged him, it was like the entire atmosphere shifted.

The boys on the field immediately threw jealous glares at Kyle. Why him? They wished it were them she had greeted so warmly. Meanwhile, the girls cast equally envious stares at the stunning beauty. Why did she have to be so perfect? They wished they had her effortless charm.

Kyle, basking in the moment, tried to keep his composure, but deep down, he hadn’t expected her to greet him back—let alone smile at him.

She’s not impossible to crack after all, he thought to himself. Tough, yes, but not impossible.

He was making progress.

He just had to take things slow.

As she continued walking past him, Kyle’s eyes naturally followed her, specifically, her backside.

Her skirt, despite being standard length, did little to hide the way her body moved. There was a bounce to her step, a natural sway that made it impossible for any of the boys not to look.

And look, they did.

Every single one of them.

It was almost synchronized—the way their eyes trailed behind her, admiring the way her body moved effortlessly.

Kyle was no exception.

His smirk widened as he thought about his next move—how he could inch his way closer to her, get her to see him as more than just another guy in school. If he played his cards right, it was only a matter of time before—

What the fuck is that dude doing here?

Kyle’s expression instantly changed.

The smug confidence vanished, replaced by unease.

His eyes had landed on a certain someone casually sitting in the stands, looking around as if he had all the time in the world.

Liam.

Kyle’s heart skipped a beat.

What was he doing here?

For a moment, Kyle just stared, watching as Liam sat there with a relaxed posture, his expression unreadable. The unease in Kyle’s chest grew.

This wasn’t a coincidence.

Liam didn’t just happen to be here.

He was here for a reason.

And Kyle had a bad feeling that he wasn’t going to like whatever that reason was.
