Lust System: Conquering the World Beauties

Chapter 23: Chapter 23 The System’s Mockery

Liam sat at his desk, arms crossed, slouched over as he stared blankly at the front of the class. Mr. Rogers, their history teacher, was droning on about some ancient civilization, but Liam wasn’t paying the slightest bit of attention. His mind was elsewhere—specifically, on the absurdity of his system.

Beside him, Dickson was still in a state of shock. His eyes kept flickering toward Liam, his expression stuck between disbelief and amusement. He had spent the past few minutes processing what Liam had just revealed to him—the fact that he had actually gone to Ann’s house, and more importantly, what he had done there. It was a lot to take in, and the more he thought about it, the harder it was to believe.

But Liam, completely ignoring the lesson and his best friend’s reactions, had something far more frustrating on his mind.

Why the hell did the system not reward me for having sex with Ann?

It was a question that had been nagging at him ever since he woke up. The system had given him a reward for something as trivial as grabbing a random girl’s ass, yet for something as major as that, there had been nothing. No increase in stats, no skill unlocks, nothing.

This system is so goddamn inconsistent, he thought, grinding his teeth in irritation.

And then—

A familiar ding echoed in his mind.

Liam’s body tensed as a translucent blue screen suddenly popped up in front of his vision. His eyes darted toward it, his brows furrowing in curiosity—until he read the message displayed on the screen.

[System Notification]

[You fucking cunt. She totally dominated you.]

For a second, Liam’s brain short-circuited. His pupils shrank, and he felt his breath hitch.

Did he just... Did the system just curse at him?!

Before he could even fully process that, another screen followed, displaying his updated stats.

---

[Liam Carter – Stats]

Strength: 10 (-2) → 8/1000

Agility: 7/1000

Endurance: 5/1000

Charm: 5 (-1) → 4/1000

Intelligence: 5/1000

---

Liam’s eye twitched. His hands clenched into fists. His breathing became uneven as he reread the numbers.

Strength -2

Charm -1

What the fuck?

His grip on the edge of his desk tightened. Not only did the system not reward me, but it actually decreased my goddamn stats? His mind was spinning in disbelief.

And what the hell does it mean she dominated me?!

A vein popped on his forehead. He could almost feel his blood pressure skyrocketing. His fingers dug into the wood of the desk, and for a brief moment, he swore he was about to flip the entire thing over in sheer rage.

The system had insulted him before, but this—this—was personal.

As he sat there, fuming, he tried to make sense of it. Does this mean that if I had been more... aggressive, I would’ve gotten a reward? His jaw clenched. I need to study this system more. It’s too unpredictable.

Just as he was spiraling deeper into his thoughts, a voice broke through his haze.

Dickson leaned in, whispering in a hushed yet excited tone, ”So... you sucked her tit?”

Liam blinked. His furious expression momentarily softened as his mind caught up with the sudden question. He slowly turned his head toward Dickson, whose face was a mix of curiosity and anticipation.

Liam let out a slow breath before nodding. ”Mmm mmm.”

Dickson’s eyes widened like saucers. He looked like he had just been given the juiciest gossip of his life.

”How did it taste?” he asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Liam rolled his eyes, shaking his head before smirking. ”Tasted like your mom’s tit.”

A beat of silence.

Then—

SMACK!

Dickson’s palm came down aggressively on the back of Liam’s head.

”You bastard!” Dickson hissed as Liam let out a laugh, rubbing the spot where he had been hit.

Their laughter, however, was short-lived.

”Liam. Dickson.”

The stern voice of Mr. Rogers cut through the classroom like a whip. Both of them froze mid-movement, their heads slowly turning toward the front. The entire class was silent, their eyes locked on the teacher.

”Get out of my class,” Mr. Rogers ordered, his voice firm and unwavering.

A heavy tension settled over the class. Whispers erupted among the students, their eyes darting between Liam, Dickson, and the fuming teacher. Getting sent out of class wasn’t exactly unheard of, but with Mr. Rogers? It was almost legendary. The man was strict, but he rarely ever kicked students out unless they had seriously pissed him off.

Dickson immediately understood the situation. They had been too loud. Too distracted. He cursed under his breath. Shit, we were caught.

He turned to Liam, whispering urgently, ”Dude, get up. He’s serious.”

But to Dickson’s horror, Liam wasn’t moving.

In fact, he was just sitting there, leaning back slightly in his chair, arms crossed, wearing an expression that could only be described as completely unbothered.

Then, in a voice loud enough for the entire class to hear, Liam casually said—

”I think there’s another Liam and Dickson in this class. It’s not us.”

The classroom gasped.

Mouths hung open in disbelief. A wave of murmurs rushed through the students as they turned to each other, whispering frantically.

”Holy shit, he’s insane.”

”He’s actually talking back to Mr. Rogers?”

”He’s dead. He’s so dead.”

Dickson’s face paled. He turned to Liam, his eyes practically screaming, Are you out of your goddamn mind?!

Meanwhile, Mr. Rogers remained completely still. His jaw tightened, his nostrils flared, and a dangerous silence filled the air. The man was furious.

Liam, on the other hand, simply smirked.

If the system wanted to fuck with him, then fine.

He was in the mood to fuck with everyone.

A thick silence hung in the air after Liam’s bold statement. Every student in the room was staring at him, some in disbelief, others in awe. No one—no one—talked back to Mr. Rogers like that and lived to tell the tale.

Mr. Rogers’ face remained stone-cold, but his eyes darkened, his patience running dangerously thin. He inhaled sharply, exhaled through his nose, and then repeated himself, this time in a firmer, harsher tone.

”Get out of my class.”

Liam, still leaning back in his chair, tilted his head slightly as if considering his next move. Then, with an almost lazy shrug, he replied, ”On what offense?”

A few students audibly gasped. Others simply sat in stunned silence.

Dickson, who had been sitting beside Liam, looked like he was on the verge of passing out. He grabbed Liam’s sleeve under the desk, whispering urgently, ”Bro, please. Just stop. He’s gonna kill you.”

But Liam ignored him. His eyes remained locked on Mr. Rogers, his expression unreadable.

The teacher let out a slow, controlled breath before speaking again. ”You have been distracted in my class,” he said, his voice steady but carrying an unmistakable edge of irritation. ”I have been teaching for an hour, and I am certain you haven’t listened to a single thing I’ve said.”

Liam blinked once. Then twice.

Then he let out a small, amused huff. ”An hour?” he mused, tilting his head. ”Damn. Feels like three.”

A wave of gasps swept through the class like a wildfire. Someone choked on their spit. Another student visibly shuddered.

Dickson’s soul nearly left his body.

He didn’t just say that.

Mr. Rogers’ eyebrow twitched. His grip on the textbook in his hand visibly tightened. If Liam looked closely enough, he could probably see the man’s knuckles turning white.

”Carter,” Mr. Rogers said, his voice dangerously low, ”stand up and leave.”

Liam, still playing his little game, let out a thoughtful hum. ”I don’t know...” He tapped his chin. ”I feel like you’re just singling me out. I mean, surely I can’t be the only one distracted.”

A beat of silence.

Then, as if to prove his point, Liam turned in his chair and pointed at a random student sitting a few seats behind him.

”Hey, Ethan,” Liam called out. The poor guy flinched, looking like he had just been thrown into the middle of a battlefield.

Liam smirked. ”What was the last thing Mr. Rogers said before he called me out?”

Ethan paled. His mouth opened and closed, but no words came out. Beads of sweat formed on his forehead as he desperately searched his mind for an answer.

Mr. Rogers narrowed his eyes. ”Don’t you dare drag other students into this.”

But Liam ignored him. He turned back to Ethan expectantly. ”Well?”

Ethan swallowed hard. ”Uh... something about... um... the Roman Empire?”

A ripple of laughter spread through the room. Even students who had been too nervous to react before now had to stifle their giggles.

Liam chuckled, leaning back in his chair. ”See? Not just me.”

Mr. Rogers slammed his textbook onto his desk, the sound echoing through the classroom like a gunshot.

”OUT!” he barked, his patience finally snapping.

This time, Liam didn’t argue. He sighed dramatically, stretching his arms as he slowly got up from his seat. ”Alright, alright. No need to get violent, sir.”

Dickson, who had been sitting frozen in horror, quickly scrambled to his feet as well. Unlike Liam, he had zero intention of testing the limits of Mr. Rogers’ wrath.

As the two of them made their way to the door, Liam could hear the whispers and muffled giggles from his classmates behind him. Some were in shock at what had just happened, others were impressed by his audacity.
