Villain: Manipulating the Heroines into hating the Protagonist

Feng Xuan stood at the edge of the Sunfire Hall, the radiant light of his sect’s sacred flames illuminating his face. The tension in the air was palpable. His forces, vast and eager for revenge, were ready to march into the territory of Wang Jian and crush whatever stood in their way. Victory seemed inevitable-until the messenger arrived.

With hurried, frantic steps, a young warrior entered the hall, his face pale and his breath ragged. He knelt before Feng Xuan, bowing his head low.

”Young Sovereign,” the messenger gasped, his voice trembling. ”We... we have uncovered something... something far more critical than the battle ahead.”

Feng Xuan frowned, his pride quickly overridden by a surge of curiosity and unease. ”Speak,” he commanded. ”What have you discovered?”

The messenger took a deep breath, gathering his courage. ”We... we found an ancient site deep within the Forbidden Peaks. A place of tremendous power. It contains... a legacy of an ancient expert. A being said to have once dominated both the Eastern and Western Cosmos. His aura... his influence-it pulses through the site like a living entity.”

Feng Xuan’s eyes narrowed. ”A legacy of an ancient expert? What kind of power are we speaking of?”

The messenger hesitated, his hands trembling. ”They say... whoever gains access to this site will inherit a fragment of that expert’s power. His teachings, his knowledge, his legacy. It’s said that he could shake the foundations of the cosmos with a single thought.”

Feng Xuan’s breath hitched, his mind racing. The potential of such a discovery was almost too great to comprehend. He had spent years consolidating power, building his sect, and now- now this...

”The Forbidden Peaks?” Feng Xuan asked, his voice quieter now. ”Why was this site hidden? Why now has it come to light?”

The messenger shivered. ”We believe... it was hidden by ancient forces. It has remained dormant for countless eons, only to resurface now. Perhaps it’s a sign from the Heavenly Dao itself, shifting the cosmic balance.”

Feng Xuan clenched his fists, his pride battling his caution. The idea of delay sat uneasily in his gut. His forces were ready to strike, to bring Wang Jian to his knees. And yet...

”Summon the elders,” Feng Xuan commanded. ”We need their counsel. This could change everything.”

Back in Wang Jian’s territory, news of the ancient discovery reached him swiftly. Palace Mistress Cui Lan delivered the report, her tone calm and composed.

”Master, Feng Xuan’s forces have uncovered something-an ancient site containing the legacy of a long-forgotten expert,” Cui Lan explained, her voice low. ”They speak of power beyond anything we’ve encountered before.”

Wang Jian leaned back on his throne, tapping his fingers against the armrest. ”An ancient legacy?” His brow furrowed. ”How convenient.”

Cui Lan studied him for a moment before continuing. ”They intend to use it to grow stronger,

to challenge us again. But with this discovery, they’ll likely delay their assault.”

Wang Jian sighed, stretching his arms lazily. ”Heavenly Dao at work once again,” he muttered. ”Feng Xuan was all too eager to meet his end at my hands. But now... now the Dao has decided to intervene.”

Cui Lan inclined her head, silently agreeing. ”It appears so. The cosmos has a way of protecting its own, even if they do not deserve it.”

Wang Jian leaned forward, his eyes gleaming with a quiet intensity. ”This legacy of theirs... it might indeed make them stronger. But strength alone cannot defeat destiny.”

Cui Lan nodded. ”They may grow, but their core-Feng Xuan’s pride, his arrogance-remains their greatest weakness.”

Wang Jian smiled faintly. ”Indeed. Arrogance breeds recklessness. They will underestimate us again, just as they always have.”

Cui Lan bowed slightly, stepping back. ”Shall I prepare our forces to march?”

Wang Jian waved his hand dismissively. ”Not yet. Let them dig through their precious ancient ruins. They will find power, yes, but only enough to embolden their folly. While they indulge in their quest for strength, I will go to Feng Xuan’s territory.”

Cui Lan blinked in surprise. ”To Feng Xuan’s territory? Why?”

Wang Jian stood, his form exuding an aura of calm dominance. ”Because there is one thing stronger than power-desire. And I intend to stir every desire within him and his people.”

Cui Lan frowned. ”Are you suggesting-”

Wang Jian cut her off with a sharp look. ”Yes. I’ll seduce his women. All of them. Any who hold influence, any who are close to him-I’ll make them mine.”

Cui Lan’s lips parted, but she didn’t argue further. Wang Jian’s ambitions were never ordinary. And when it came to dominance, seduction was his most potent weapon.

Days later, Wang Jian stood atop a floating palace, his gaze fixed on the distant lands of Feng Xuan’s territory. His concubines, queens, and mistresses gathered around him, each one radiating their unique allure and power. Celestial Maiden Yuqing, the serene and ethereal beauty, stood to his right, while Devil Queen Mo Yin loomed to his left, her presence commanding and dangerous.

”Prepare yourselves,” Wang Jian commanded softly. ”We move now.”

Celestial Maiden Yuqing bowed lightly. ”To Feng Xuan’s territory, my lord?”

Wang Jian nodded, a sly grin forming on his lips. ”Yes. Let’s see if his precious women can resist the allure of my power.”

Devil Queen Mo Yin chuckled, her voice smooth and sultry. ”Their pride will be their undoing. We’ll leave them broken and yearning for what they cannot have.”

Wang Jian’s mistresses gathered around him, each one ready to follow his every command. Nether Empress Qing Lurou, her gaze icy but filled with a dangerous intensity, stepped forward. ”Shall I bring the forces of my Nature Clan?”

Wang Jian waved her off. ”Not yet. This will be a subtle affair. Let them believe they are in control. We’ll snatch them from the shadows.”

His mistresses nodded in unison, their eyes gleaming with both anticipation and loyalty. They knew their place- and their master.

Wang Jian stretched his arms once more, his voice calm and composed. ”Let Feng Xuan and

his pride come. They’ll find only broken dreams and shattered hearts in my wake.”

As they set their course for the heart of the Radiant Sun Sect, the cosmos held its breath, waiting to see how the forces of Wang Jian would shift the balance once again.

Wang Jian moved through the Radiant Sun Sect’s territory like a shadow, his plans already in

motion. Despite the overwhelming power he could command, this wasn’t a mission to be achieved with brute force. It was a delicate game-one that required subtlety, manipulation, and patience. His first target was Lixian Yujia, the famed beauty of the Radiant Sun Sect and the apple of Feng Xuan’s eye.

Lixian Yujia was the daughter of the Grand Elder, a curvaceous and radiant young woman

whose allure was matched only by her loyalty to Feng Xuan. Her dedication to Feng Xuan was a well-known secret within the sect, and it was precisely this unwavering devotion that made her conquest all the more enticing for Wang Jian. If he could break her spirit and bend her to his will, Feng Xuan’s rise would falter before it even began.

Wang Jian leaned back in the luxurious lounge of his temporary hideout, a secluded villa

within the territory of the Radiant Sun Sect. Devil Queen Mo Yin lounged nearby, her lips curving into a knowing smirk.

”You’re sure about this one?” Mo Yin asked, swirling a glass of celestial wine. ”Lixian Yujia isn’t just any woman. She’s practically a saint in their eyes.”

Wang Jian smiled faintly, his gaze distant but calculating. ”Exactly. A saint falling from grace

is a spectacle worth orchestrating. Besides, her heart already belongs to Feng Xuan. That makes breaking her all the more satisfying.”

Mo Yin chuckled. ”You always did love a challenge. How do you plan to start?”

”Patience,” Wang Jian replied, standing and stretching lazily. ”First, I’ll plant the seeds of doubt. Yujia’s love for Feng Xuan is her strength, but it’s also her weakness. Once that love cracks, the rest will follow.”

Lixian Yujia strolled aimlessly through the sprawling gardens of the Radiant Sun Sect, her

mind weighed down with unease. The garden was a sanctuary of peace for many, filled with vibrant blossoms and serene streams that whispered through the sect’s ancient grounds. But for Yujia, not even the gentle hum of nature could calm the storm inside her. Her heart ached with worry, and the sense of foreboding she had carried for days refused to dissipate.

Feng Xuan, her beloved, had left for the Forbidden Peaks days ago, a place shrouded in

mystery and danger. The ancient site he sought to explore had the potential to reshape their world, but the risk it posed was equally great. Yujia had begged him to be cautious, but Feng Xuan had been resolute, his ambition driving him toward power he believed was essential for the Radiant Sun Sect’s future. Now, with him gone, the weight of uncertainty seemed heavier

than ever.

The burden of leadership had fallen squarely on the shoulders of her father, the Grand Elder of the Radiant Sun Sect. A man of great wisdom and influence, he had dedicated his life to the

sect’s prosperity. Yet in recent days, his health had begun to falter, and the pressures of managing the sect’s affairs had only compounded the strain. Yujia had noticed the lines of weariness deepening on his face, and though he waved off her concerns, she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was amiss.

As she wandered deeper into the gardens, a soft rustling sound caught her attention. Turning,

she saw a servant approaching, his steps hurried yet hesitant. He bowed deeply when he reached her, his expression shadowed by unease.

”Young Mistress,” the servant said in a hushed tone, his voice carrying a sense of urgency. ”This was delivered anonymously.”

Yujia raised an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. She extended a slender hand, accepting the

sealed letter. Its parchment was plain, unmarked save for a single, nondescript wax seal. Dismissing the servant with a nod, she waited until he was out of sight before breaking the seal and unfolding the letter.

Her eyes scanned the lines of script, the words etched in a hurried but deliberate hand. As she read, her heart began to race, and a chill crept up her spine.

”Beware of those closest to you. The Grand Elder’s life is at risk, and the threat comes from

within.”

She read the message twice, then a third time, her brows furrowing in confusion and disbelief. The words were cryptic but chilling, and they left a thousand questions swirling in her mind. Who could have sent such a letter? What threat could possibly endanger her father, a man respected and revered by all within the sect?

The parchment felt heavier in her hands as she folded it carefully and tucked it into her sleeve.

Her gaze drifted to the horizon, where the golden hues of the setting sun painted the sky in

warm tones. The beauty of the scene did little to soothe her; the unease stirred by the letter was a storm that could not be calmed.

Later that evening, Yujia sat alone in her chambers, the letter resting on the table before her. The room was dimly lit by the soft glow of a single lantern, its flickering light casting shadows that danced across the walls. She traced her fingers over the parchment, her mind racing with possibilities.

Her first instinct was to dismiss the letter as a baseless attempt to sow discord, but something

about its tone felt genuine. The handwriting, while unfamiliar, carried an urgency that struck

a chord deep within her.

Could it be true? Could there truly be a threat within the sect?

She thought of Feng Xuan, the man she loved with all her heart. He was miles away, deep

within the treacherous Forbidden Peaks, chasing a legacy of power that could change the fate of their world. Would he dismiss her concerns if she told him about the letter? Or would he

take it seriously?

Her heart ached at the thought of him. Feng Xuan’s departure had left a void, one that no amount of reassurance could fill. He had always been her anchor, the one who gave her strength in moments of doubt. Now, in his absence, she felt adrift, unsure of who to trust or

where to turn.

Her thoughts shifted to her father. The Grand Elder was a man of unparalleled wisdom, a pillar of the sect who had guided its people through countless challenges. But he was also a man in decline, his once-vigorous spirit dimmed by age and illness.

What if the letter was right? What if there truly was a threat against him?

The thought sent a shiver through her. She couldn’t afford to ignore the warning, not when

the stakes were so high. But how could she act without proof?

The following morning, Yujia resolved to investigate further. She started by visiting her

father, hoping to gauge his mood and health. She found him in his study, surrounded by scrolls and documents that detailed the affairs of the sect.
