Inheritance of Two Trillion

Chapter 905: Chapter 905 Do Not Waste the Good Times

When Bai Xiaosheng and his party arrived at Yunhai, it was already six in the afternoon, but it was still clear outside, and even just stepping out of the carriage at the station, everyone could feel the freshness of the air.

”We’re finally here!” Bai Xiaosheng stretched his body, feeling indescribably comfortable.

This trip to Yunhai really had its ups and downs, detouring through three other cities on the way.

Now, he could finally relax and enjoy.

Lin Weiwei was also very excited, holding a small notebook on the side, flipping through it, and muttering to herself, ”Spa, sauna, beer BBQ, seafood party...”

”What’s that?” Bai Xiaosheng craned his neck, wanting to take a look.

”The Yunhai plan,” Lin Weiwei giggled.

Bai Xiaosheng wanted to take it over to have a look, but Lin Weiwei was reluctant to give it to him.

”Excuse me, please,” Lei Ying said expressionlessly from behind.

All of their luggage was on him.

”I’ll help you, I’ll help you,” Bai Xiaosheng quickly offered a hand.

The three of them came out of the high-speed rail station to find Lin Ke waiting to pick them up.

Lin Ke had only brought a driver and an assistant, and the vehicle he drove over was — a motorhome!

And it was a large one!

”Wow!” Lin Weiwei exclaimed.

”This really is a bit extravagant!” Bai Xiaosheng couldn’t help saying.

Lei Ying also showed some appreciation, nodding his head.

”You’re late! But it’s okay, Yunhai is always welcoming you!” Lin Ke said enthusiastically with a laugh, walking alongside the motorhome and even patted the large vehicle, ”I rented it. It’s really nice! You’ll fall in love with it!”

It wasn’t until they got inside that they truly understood the meaning of extravagant.

The living room was like a luxurious private room with large windows on all sides, perfectly framing the outside scenery.

When Bai Xiaosheng took his family to Tianqing for a birthday celebration, they had also ridden in a motorhome, but only now did he realize that the one they rented was just the most ordinary one.

Compared to this one, it was like the difference between a top-tier luxury model and a basic economy version.

The wide sofa enveloped you as you sat down, making you not want to get up, so comfortable it was almost unbearable.

Officer Lin Ke’s assistant served drinks after everyone sat down.

They chatted and sipped their beverages while casually observing the beautiful scenery outside the window.

Looking at the scenery, so different from that of the north, Bai Xiaosheng couldn’t help but feel emotional, ”I should have come here earlier. I was delayed nearly twenty days on the way!”

”It’s not too late now. I just started having fun here, and I can show you around,” Lin Ke volunteered.

”You’ve been playing for twenty days, aren’t you tired of it?” Bai Xiaosheng couldn’t help asking.

Lin Ke smiled, ”In Yunhai, the longer you stay, the more you’ll like it here. After a while, you won’t complain about twenty days. Not even twenty years would be too long for you! The scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, and life ticks along at a leisurely pace. It’s so comfortable you wouldn’t believe it.”

”Are you so happy here that you’ve forgotten about home? You don’t need to work anymore?” Bai Xiaosheng joked.

Lin Ke pursed his lips, seemingly very dismissive of this question.

”Let me tell you, I’ve been the Affairs Officer of the year for three consecutive terms, and I’ve already exceeded all my targets for this year. I can stay here for dozens of days if I feel like it, even celebrate New Year here,” Lin Ke said proudly. ”And the bonus from my excellent service review is worth several hundred thousand. It’s enough for me to enjoy myself to the fullest!”

Lin Ke, who appeared young and tender-faced, was nestled in the sofa like a little child but exuded pride.

Especially when boasting about his achievements, he was like a primary school pupil, amusing and endearing at the same time.

”Then Officer Lin Ke must take me along. Look, this is my adventure plan!” Lin Weiwei immediately took out the notebook that she didn’t show Bai Xiaosheng and handed it to Lin Ke.

”Hmm, not bad at all,” Lin Ke took it and examined it, nodding frequently. ”You really know how to enjoy life, much better than a certain person. Okay, I’ll take you!”

Lin Weiwei nodded vigorously.

Watching the two beauties, one tall and one short, reach an understanding.

Bai Xiaosheng said with a hopeful face, ”Take me with you.”

”Then I, too, might as well follow along.”

Lei Ying interjected, and when everyone looked at him, he shrugged his shoulders, ”I can ensure your safety.”

That night, Officer Lin Ke held a banquet at a nice restaurant near the hotel, ordering many local dishes.

Whether it was seafood or fruits and vegetables, everything was incredibly fresh and full of flavor.

Bai Xiaosheng and his friends feasted to their hearts’ content.

There were no other incidents that night.

The next day, while Bai Xiaosheng was still dreaming, someone pounded on the door loud enough to shake the mountains.

”Bai Xiaosheng, are you up yet? What are you sleeping for? I’m taking you out to have fun!” Lin Ke shouted from outside the door.

In the end, Bai Xiaosheng, disturbed to the point of no rest, had to get out of bed.

Before opening the door, he first opened the window to let in some fresh air.

As soon as he opened the window, the fresh air that rushed in invigorated Bai Xiaosheng.

”That’s right, I’m in Yunhai!”

Bai Xiaosheng couldn’t help but gaze into the distance.

The morning sun was filled with vitality, as if to say, ”Do not waste the good times!”

After being exhausted for so long, it was indeed time to relax and enjoy!

Bai Xiaosheng smiled and stretched lazily.

His door was pounded on again, shaking like thunder, and outside, Lin Ke was shouting loudly, ”Get out of bed now, open the door for me, you lazy pig!”

Half an hour later.

After tidying up, Bai Xiaosheng and his two companions followed Lin Ke to try an authentic Yunhai breakfast.

After that, Lin Ke took them to the coconut groves and to the beach, where they played crazily all morning.

The group was having the time of their lives.

At lunchtime, Lin Ke excitedly said he would take them sightseeing in Yunhai Ancient City.

In fact, although it was called an ancient city, it was not old at all; it was built in recent years and was a large area imitating ancient architecture, full of character.

”The local tourism industry relies heavily on it! Not only does it serve tourism, but it’s also a film and television city, extremely fun. Inside, you won’t see a trace of modernity. Private cars are not allowed, and there are no exterior air conditioning units or things like telephone poles,” Lin Ke prattled on with no end of praise, ”It’s an absolute must-visit in Yunhai! Once you go in, you’ll feel as though you’ve traveled back in time.”

The three friends were full of longing.

”Moreover, there are many film crews inside, and you often see big stars shooting there. Recently, it’s been packed with handsome young actors,” Lin Ke said, visibly thrilled.

The way he spoke, almost drooling, made Bai Xiaosheng laugh.

Viewed like this, Lin Ke seemed just like a young girl.

”Yunhai has our group’s subsidiaries too, right?” Bai Xiaosheng asked casually.

”Yes, and they’re not small either. One of them is particularly impressive. What, are you thinking of investigating them?” Lin Ke commented, ”Not every company has issues for you to look into. Good companies with good leaders are a dime a dozen.”

Hearing this, Bai Xiaosheng nodded and smiled, ”That’s true!”

After the meal, the four of them made a beeline for Yunhai Ancient City.

On the way, Lin Ke, familiar with the place, explained everything to the group, but he didn’t dawdle, heading straight for a tourist spot.

”’Jinghua Shuiyue’, that’s the most beautiful spot here. It features all kinds of floral architecture carved from white jade, and they are also musical fountains. Absolutely beautiful!” Lin Ke could hardly contain his excitement.

The rest of the group shared his anticipation.

However, as they approached the attraction, they found that it was surrounded by many people, who were being noisy and rowdy.

”What’s going on?” They were all surprised.

Still, they moved forward to see.

”Everyone back behind the red line! Our young master has booked this attraction for today! Five hundred per person, everyone gets a share. Please wait about thirty minutes!”

From the edge of the crowd, Lin Ke frowned, ”Booked it? This is a public project managed by the city, non-profit. Who’s being so arrogant?”

”I don’t believe this, let me through, I want to see!”
