Hogwarts: Even Voldemort Can't Stop Me From Studying

Barty Crouch Jr’s black robes billowed in the wind, his pale face tinged with a flush of red, a look of happiness that could almost be described as bliss.

He used his Transfiguration Spell to turn the proud Lucius Malfoy into a toad, and even used the Golden Ring cursed by Voldemort, rounding it off as if his master and he together punished the disgraceful traitor.

It’s a pity there’s not enough time; business is pressing, otherwise he would use seventeen or eighteen Cruciatus Curses to let Lucius truly experience his anger and hatred.

—— To dare say such a despicable thing is no different from him? In Barty Crouch Jr’s eyes, this was the vilest insult, no amount of retaliation would be too much.

But when he thought of that Lucius Malfoy, who demanded even a single hair to be impeccably smooth, having to live in the stinking muck from now on, relying on eating cockroaches, earthworms, flies, and spiders to survive, Barty’s anger dissipated, and he even wanted to laugh a little.

He happily walked out of the forest, added a strand of black hair to a small bottle of Polyjuice Potion, stirred it twice, and then handed it over.

A bat dropped from the tree, transformed into human form, glanced fearfully at Barty, then took the bottle of Polyjuice Potion.

”Go bring me Harry Potter.” Barty said: ”Sirius Black is his godfather, it will be very easy for you to gain his trust.”

”Yes.” Gall Trocar took a sip of the Polyjuice Potion, endured the pain akin to bones melting, and after a few seconds, transformed into the appearance of Sirius.

He silently changed into Sirius’s clothes, picked up Sirius’s magic wand, and left directly.

He had tracked Harry and others on previous nights, figuring out the location of their tent.

Tonight, adult wizards would surely be drawn away by the chaos in the camp. Although the students’ magic might not be weak, but Gall also had Magic Potions and tools prepared by Barty, knocking down a child while unprepared wouldn’t be difficult.

His conscience twinged with pain... but his life was in someone else’s hands, leaving him no choice.

Gall cut off the guilt and shame in his heart, imitating Sirius’s expressions, and ran toward the Black Family’s tent.

At this moment, he did not know what he would encounter by going.

...

Fake Sirius had left; Barty didn’t stay in place waiting, he knew if the bat succeeded, it would find him somehow.

This Death Eater pulled on his hood, walking swiftly toward the chaotic camp.

Though Voldemort hadn’t fully resurrected yet, his current infantile body was quite fragile, but in Barty’s eyes, he was still the most powerful Dark Wizard in history with astonishing magical knowledge.

While following Voldemort, Barty received much tutelage from the Dark Lord, not only was his expertise in Transfiguration Techniques greatly enhanced, but he also touched upon various ancient and evil curses.

After failing the curse in the Killing Forest, Barty turned his gaze toward the camp, suddenly realizing those mascots brought by the Ireland Team were the best targets for his spells——

Hundreds of Leprechauns going berserk surely create more chaos than those clumsy big trees, right?

At this moment, events were progressing as smoothly as Barty had anticipated. Even though Dumbledore himself had arrived at the camp, controlling all the incalculable Leprechauns and preventing them from wreaking havoc in Muggle cities wasn’t something that could be done by just one or two powerful spells.

Barty used the Disillusionment Charm, leisurely strolling through the camp, he had sprinkled special powder made from Leprechaun hair and nails on himself, those mutated Leprechauns took him as one of their kind and didn’t attack.

But others weren’t so lucky. Several adult wizards stood back to back in a circle, with a few terrified children in the middle.

A dozen Leprechauns surrounded them, attacking; their magic wands continuously emitted spells.

”Aim! Aim!” someone shouted loudly.

”They’re flying too fast!” a witch shouted loudly: ”Wait until they get closer then——”

Her words were cut short by a scream—— a wizard guarding another side lost his composure and fired spells indiscriminately, resulting in a Leprechaun breaking the protective circle, its sharp claws slashed a huge wound on his shoulder, and then went toward the boy in the middle.

”Stupefy!”

A spell suddenly hit the Leprechaun, Amos Diggory from the Ministry of Magic rushed over, shouted loudly: ”Don’t stay here! Retreat to the forest!”

Barty snorted and passed by them, suddenly hearing discordant noises coming from a fortress-like tent:

”Don’t worry, dear ladies, I’ll protect you.”

A freckled wizard, standing like a knight at the door, shouted loudly: ”I don’t like to boast about my abilities, but last month I just conquered a Hungarian Horntail!”

Barty raised his eyebrows, leaned over to the window and looked inside, only to see two Veelas sitting inside, their long hair releasing a gentle silver glow, their faces bearing beautiful and gentle smiles.

—— Are there a few fish that escaped the net here?

Silently, he lifted his magic wand, pointed it at the Veelas inside, his lips moving as he softly chanted a spell.

Several wizards surrounded the Veelas, disregarding the chaos and danger outside, only focusing on showering them with attention.

”I am the duel champion.” Another wizard proudly puffed out his chest: ”I don’t need a magic wand, I can take on a hundred Leprechauns at once!”

”I... I have a Portkey, it can take you straight by Apparition to my manor.”

A poorly dressed, bald man stammered: ”I mean, our family runs a transnational transit business, the Galleons I earn in a month can fill a whole room...”

Suddenly, the Veela’s beautiful face showed a painful expression, she opened her mouth wide, seemingly wanting to say something, but merely let out a scream.

Immediately afterward, the Veela’s body started to twist and transform, in the blink of an eye, her slender and beautiful body turned into a creature with a bird’s head, eagle’s claws, long wings, bloodthirsty killing intent filled her tawny eyes, as she pounced at the person in front of her.

The screams behind him came continuously, Barty turned away satisfied.

He crossed the chaotic grounds, avoided the Aurors’ line of sight, while occasionally casting spells in secret, releasing the Leprechauns that had been controlled, or creating trouble for the Ministry of Magic’s people, maintaining the chaos until Gall brought him Harry Potter.

Suddenly, Barty paused, eyes widened as he looked ahead, his face showing an expression of surprise, soon turning into discontent and hatred.

Not far away, the black-haired boy with glasses used a Petrification Spell to freeze a Leprechaun, bent low to help a pregnant witch up from the ground, the night wind swept up his hair, the lightning-shaped scar on his forehead clearly visible.
