Hogwarts: Even Voldemort Can't Stop Me From Studying

Chapter 501: Chapter 151: That Person in the Flow Mirror

”Wait, are they going to add wizard scenes to the movie?” Ron asked curiously.

”I have to say, that’s a creative idea...” Fred asked, ”But won’t it seem a bit abrupt? At least give some hints earlier on!”

Percy frowned and said, ”The plot is becoming a mess! And they’re portraying wizards as villains?”

”What’s wrong with villains? Villains are cool, okay?” George retorted without hesitation, raising his voice a little.

The wizards advanced in the thrilling music, fighting fiercely without retreat, while the Muggle soldiers appeared utterly panicked.

Mrs. Weasley had originally put down her knitting and picked up her magic wand to turn off the Flow Mirror, but after hearing the children’s words, she slowly put the wand down again.

—Right, this is just a Muggle-filmed TV show, there’s no need to make a fuss...

She suppressed the unease in her heart, smiled self-deprecatingly, and watched the images in the mirror more seriously than before.

Wizards and Muggles began to fight... Hmm, indeed a fantasy plot. When was the last time wizards participated in Muggle warfare? But the scene of soldiers being burned is indeed very magical...

Mrs. Weasley silently judged in her heart.

”Something’s not right.”

Harry suddenly heard Michael whispering, turned his head, and saw his Ravenclaw classmate staring at the mirror with a serious expression.

”These spells are too realistic, and the gestures for casting... don’t seem like something a Muggle who doesn’t know magic would fantasize about...” Michael said in a low voice.

Harry looked closely and found it was indeed the case.

While at the Riddle Family, they had also played a game called ”Magic Door” and were well aware of how vastly Muggle imagination of magic differed from reality.

But the Weasleys didn’t have such keenness or experience; in their view, magic looked just like what was being shown.

”This... might be breaking the Confidentiality Law, right?” Harry said uneasily.

With constant exposure to those around him, Harry was now well aware of how strongly the Magic World enforced the ”Confidentiality Law.”

He also lowered his voice and whispered, ”Maybe some wizard leaked this information to a Muggle director... he would definitely be in trouble.”

Michael gave him an odd look, and Harry scratched his head, puzzled, and said, ”Did I guess wrong?”

”What I mean is... this isn’t acting! This part... is very likely something that actually happened! Maybe even just happened!” Michael said in an extremely low voice.

”What?!” Harry exclaimed in shock, loudly.

Just then, the Flow Mirror was showing a laboratory scene, and although Harry’s reaction was overly dramatic, no one found it strange.

”Oh...” Percy said with disgust, ”This scene is too gross. How could a Muggle director come up with such a plot?”

”It’s not the director!” Ron corrected him, ”The one who writes the script is called the screenwriter, right, Harry?”

Harry clenched his fists tightly, responding vaguely, cold sweat breaking out on his back.

—If this really isn’t a TV plot... if it’s really happening...

Mrs. Weasley felt a strong sense of unease again. She stood up and said, ”Alright children... this part is a bit inappropriate for you. You’d better go to bed now. Tonight, I’m going to write to FMC— they can’t broadcast this kind of thing to kids!”

”Wait, Mom! We’re not kids anymore!” the twins and Ron hurriedly stopped her.

”Your sister is!” Mrs. Weasley said angrily.

”I’m not! I’m twelve! And these are all fake, what’s there to be scared of?” Ginny screamed.

Not caring about Harry standing beside her, she fiercely defended her right to watch the Flow Mirror.

”Yeah, Mom.” Even Percy, who had just been complaining about the plot, chimed in, ”We’ve seen way scarier stuff at school! Compared to giant cockroaches, these scenes are tame... and besides, it’s Christmas after all.”

With persuasion from her favorite child, Mrs. Weasley hesitated and compromised again, sitting down and warning, ”Half an hour at most! After that, straight to bed!”

”Yay!”

The children cheered, turning back to the screen, which suddenly changed to show a gaunt old man giving a speech surrounded by many wizards in black robes—

”When it’s not your blood being spilled, can you pretend not to hear it? When it’s not your kin being killed, can you act as if you still have peace?”

Mrs. Weasley shuddered, not reacting in her mind, but her wand quickly shut off the Flow Mirror.

”Mom—”

”You promised half an hour!”

”At least let us finish this episode!”

”It’s too early to go to bed! I want to watch the Flow Mirror! I want to watch Wizards vs. Aliens!”

”Shut up!” Mrs. Weasley roared, her blood rushing to her face, she shouted, ”All of you to bed! Now!”

Her volcanic fury startled everyone into silence, making the room so quiet that a pin drop could be heard.

Fred and George exchanged glances, neither daring to speak.

A few seconds later, Michael tugged at Harry, and the two of them stood up first.

”Well, good night, everyone.” Michael said.

Harry opened his mouth and finally managed to make a sound: ”...Good night.”

”Sorry, kids.” Mrs. Weasley’s lips trembled, apologetically saying, ”I shouldn’t have been so rough, but...”

”I understand, ma’am, we’re heading to our rooms.” Michael said.

”But...” George hesitantly wanted to say something, but when he saw Harry’s eyes, a light bulb seemed to go off in his head.
