I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2218: 25.108 Lone Black Star - Another Meeting

Back to Vearth

With the contact from the two sovereign and following their instructions, people from the Mo Clan had made a move. Even retired gods like the God of Punishment and his spouse, the God of Judgement. They are Hei Sian and Mo Yue, the parents of Hei Anjing in this world. The God of Judgement is also the elder brother of the Sovereign God of Life and Death, Lord Mo Baojun. This retired couple used to be the main gods that control the Nether System and the Nether Prison before the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness were born.

With them helping the current Lord God, An Liang, in handling the cases of the missing prisoners, the betrayal of the systems registered in the Nether System and the increasing death count of the sinners and warden who was killed during their missions, the chaos in the Netherworld had somehow subsided.

Seeing the God of Punishment, Hei Sian, Lord God An Liang almost cried in delight.

He hugged the elder man’s leg and said, ”Master! You came to save the poor me!”

Hei Sian unhesitatingly kicked the young man and said, ”Watch your claws.”

”It’s my younger brother who asked us to come and help. Tell us what is happening right now. Now that the situation has temporarily stabilized,” said the God of Judgement, Mo Yue. ”Why did Baojun ask us to come? Can you not contact Xiao Jing’er or A’Xia?”

”Uncle Yue, Uncle Sian, we have lost contact with Jing’er and his spouse. They were only supposed to investigate where the missing Ancient Gods had gone to but our connection was cut off and we are unable to find them, but if it was them then there is no danger to their lives. It’s just that the lower realm worlds are being destroyed by some kind of organization and it involves those missing Ancient Gods!” Hei Jue, the God of Space explained.

After hearing the current situation, Mo Yue’s eyes turned serious and said, ”Contact the people from the God System as well. Issue force return for all the world hopping personnel out there. Take them all back to Vearth.”

”Since they are being targeted, let them come back first. Those who don’t wish to return, don’t hesitate to either capture them or kill them on the spot.” Hei Sian, the God of Punishment said. ”Tell the wardens out there that the prisoners under them went against this return order, just kill them on the spot and treat them as traitors.”

”What if the Wardens chose not to come back as well, Master?” Lord God An Liang asked.

A cold and sharp eyes owned by the God of Punishment flashed a murderous glint within those dark green eyes and said, ”Use the Book of Life and Death, and then exterminate their existence directly. Not following the command of the commander is going against the rule of the Nether Prison and the Nether System. Traitors don’t need to return.”

It seems that the decisive and cold nature against evil and those who don’t listen to rules of the Netherworld was inherited by the God of Destruction to his father, Hei Sian.

Lord God An Liang said, ”Master, I need to meet someone from the God System. Please handle things here for now.”

”Go. We will keep things in line,” said the God of Punishment, Hei Sian.

After excusing themselves, Lord God An Liang had excused himself and left the Nether System with his wife, Hei Jue. They head to the God System to meet the other side’s Lord God. Watching the two leaving, the God of Punishment and the God of Judgement had a serious look.

Mo Yue leaned at his husband and said, ”It is almost impossible for the ancient gods to suddenly lose control like this. For this to happen, it means that...”

”Xiao Jing’er is letting it happen,” Hei Sian said. ”No wonder after that brat has been fully revived they’ve stayed longer at the Mo Family for family gathering and feast.”

Sigh~

”So, the time had arrived,” Mo Yue whispered.

One can hear the sadness and helplessness in his voice, even though his face was expressionless the sorrow within the depths of his eyes cannot be hidden from his husband at all. Hei Sian spread his hands to hug his wife in comfort.

”Didn’t he inform us right from the very beginning? He descended in this cosmos just for Ye Xiajie’s sake alone. Once the tribulation is over, he will have to leave.” Hei Sian said.

Mo Yue said, ”I wonder if that will be temporary or forever?”

At the God System’s Territory...

Upon seeing Lord God An Liang and his spouse, the God of Space, Lord Hei Jue arriving, the staff immediately welcomed them and escorted them to the Main System’s space where their Lord God Cao Xinsheng is waiting for their arrival.

”You guys are finally here~” said Cao Xinsheng who was leaning on his table, completely burned out from overworking. Black bags under his eyes cannot even be hidden by his glasses.

After all, unlike the people from the Nether System, only he can handle the things in the God system. They do not have any retired former leaders as he had only inherited this position from his masters. Moreover, his masters aren’t retired, they are simply more busy than himself. Well, now they cannot even leave the Sea of Chaos and are locked in that dimension. Now all burdens are on his shoulders. No wonder he had always wanted to resign.

Hei Jue said, ”Maybe you should rest first.” His first comment after seeing the burnout state of the Lord God in front of them.

The God of Reincarnation barely shook his head before and then said, ”No, if I stop the whole Vearth might collapse.”

”Why did you call us?” Lord God An Liang asked. ”Have you contacted the God of Destruction and the Sovereign God of Void and Darkness.”

”Not them. That couple is still out of contact but I had some connection with my masters,” said Cao Xinsheng, the Lord God of the God System.

Lord God An Liang and Hei Jue were startled. They are surprised that this person was able to contact someone from another dimension especially for a hidden dimension that even Hei Jue the God of Space cannot sense.

”You’ve got a contact!” Lord God An Liang said, ”Can Zhi Yue and Zhi Yang contact our bosses!?”

”N-No... They didn’t say anything about that. There is another problem. It seems they are stuck in the dimension where the Sea of Chaos is located,” said Cao Xinsheng.

Hei Jue frowned and said, ”Stuck? Didn’t Xiao Jing’er leave the key to Uncle Mo?”

”That’s the problem. The key has activated and instead of letting them out there, they are locked in that dimension with no way out. The space itself was sealed.”

”How can this be!? Why would Lord Hei do such a thing!?” Lord God An Liang said.

Everyone knows that the key given to the Sovereign God of Life and Death, Mo Baojun was the God of Destruction himself. If the use of the key wasn’t to open something but to lock the people inside, then that is a different story. After all, with the current situation where the Ancient Gods are rebelling, not having the support of the Sovereign God of Light and Creation as well as the Sovereign God of Life and Death, meant they are at a disadvantage.

The God of Space, Hei Jue, thought of something as he noticed some changes on their way here.

He asked, ”The activation of the Defensive Formation around Vearth was not commanded by the Sovereign Gods?”

”Yes, to prevent spies from the side of the Ancient Gods from sneaking into our territory,” said Cao Xinsheng. ”Masters said that we shouldn’t spread that they cannot leave that dimension to others to avoid chaos befalling in Vearth. After all, without the protection of the Sovereign Gods, the formation outside is our only protection.”

”I just couldn’t understand why Xiao Jing’er had locked in the Sovereign Gods, his children, their aides and direct subordinates in the Sea of Chaos?” Hei Jue mumbles. He wanted to speculate what his cousin might be thinking but with so many possibilities and how chaotic the situation is right now, he couldn’t point out an answer.

The God of Reincarnation said, ”Masters said that they will brainstorm about this. But they said not to worry about them as they were safe inside, just unable to get out. I wanted to ask you, Lord Hei Jue, the next time a connection from them arrived , can you try to pinpoint their coordinates?”

”I can try. However, there is something you must know. I may be the God of Space and detecting them is not impossible, unless my cousin, Hei Anjing, intentionally hides their location. For example temporarily erasing all traces or the dimension they are in are in completely different timeline. I cannot sense space through time without the help of the God of time,” Hei Jue said. ”As you know, the current God of Time is locked in there with them.”

Upon hearing this information, the expression of the two Lord Gods had turned serious. It seems that their current situation is not as ideal as they thought.
