I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 2217: 25.107 Lone Black Star - Shadow Dragon

A carp leaping through the dragon gate, this is the ascension method of those who possessed impure dragon bloodline used to ascend as real dragons. It needs one to survive the nine lightning tribulations, before the said dragon gate appears. Ye Qinya, the Crown Prince, is currently experiencing this said evolution tribulation. His Quantum Beast is a part of himself, and it happened that his dragon bloodline from the royal family bloodline allows him to awaken a quantum beast with a dragon shape. This is only because the royal family bloodline possessed a bit of dragon bloodline which allowed any true members of the empire’s royal family to awaken a quantum beast with dragon shaped.

But time had passed and the bloodline of the Ye Royal Family had become too mixed by time and traditions. The dragon bloodline had long become impure, allowing the royal blood to awaken to the impure dragon bloodline and no longer the pure type. For example, a flood dragon. It’s a huge snake with an impure dragon bloodline. A salamander, a lizard with dragon features. Little Jiao, a small dragon with a bit stronger bloodline but weaker type of dragon bloodline.

Ye Qinya’s black flood is not a true dragon as well. It is just an evolved snake dragon bloodline. Now that it completed the nine lightning tribulations, passing through the dragon gate it would fully transform into a real dragon. If not for the help of the world tree sapling, the black flood dragon would not have extra strength to fly. Now watching it fly towards the gates, Ye Qinya and the little world tree sapling becomes its witness for evolving to a true dragon.

ROOAAAR~

Once the flood dragon passed through the gates, the heaven’s blessing had entered its body slowly transforming its body to that of a real dragon. Its feetless body grew a few two pairs with five fingers showing that he possessed the purest bloodline as a dragon. Its snake scales turned thicker and even glossier, with a scale near its heart with the opposite color of black, a rare white reverse scale which is the dragon’s only weakness.

Its head transformed to that of a ferocious dragon with a pair of whiskers and a pair of large jade horns. It now looks majestic and elegant, unlike its snake form from before. It had fully transformed into an adult black shadow dragon. It possessed all the natural abilities of a dragon. To change the weather, call upon the rain and even retain its devouring ability. Though it is smaller compared to the Black Dragon God Emperor, Roi, the quantum beast of the First Emperor, this little one is the only second dragon born in the Royal family after the First Emperor. With this dragon alone no one can question that he is the next heir to the throne.

After the former black flood dragon, now a real black dragon, finished flying around, it descended to look at his master. This time the black dragon did something unexpected.

{Master, with my strength we can wake up your wife! But if you want him to remember you, we need to bring little goldie with us.}

”Oh? Yea—!”

The black dragon spoke for the first time leaving its Master, the crown prince of the empire dumbfounded, looking at some ghost that suddenly appeared in the morning.

”H-Heilong, you... you can speak now?” Ye Qinya asked in disbelief.

It is actually normal for the quantum beast to only speak through telepathy with their master, so when the shadow dragon named Heilong spoke with its mouth even the crown prince was caught off guard.

{Of course, master. I am your quantum beast and your contract one. I have not only gained physical body and intelligence. Master you have also become a true god. Did you not notice it?}

Casually mentioned by his quantum beast that he had become a true god, Ye Qinya checked on himself. Feeling the divinity spreading through his body, the shackles he had in this world were slowly being broken. The rest of the chains were karma he accumulated while being alive as a mortal. Once he has cleared most of it, he can freely live in this world.

”This is God Ascension. How come I didn’t have tribulation?” Ye Qinya asked.

{You did. Master, my tribulation and yours are the same. Why do you think it’s a Nine Lightning Tribulation?} The shadow dragon asked.

The lips of Ye Qinya twitched, it was only now that he remembered that this is the world of sentinels and guides. His strength is always reflected on the power of his quantum beast. Now that his beast had transcended to a real dragon, he had gained divinity. From the demigod realm, he had finally ascended to become a real god of this world. However, he couldn’t understand why the heavenly laws of this world were absent during his ascension. Normally, it would appear before the first being ascended as a god because they would be chosen as this world’s domain lord which he originally planned to decline.

Without the interference of the Heavenly Laws, if Ye Qinya wanted to leave one day with Ye Caoyun, there would be no problem. They will do the same thing as the first emperor and the first empress. Find a suitable successor to continue the family line. It would be even better if the current emperor and empress just have another child.

The Crown Prince said, ”Alright. I’m going out now. Look after the little sapling.”

The shadow dragon wrapped carefully around the slightly dull golden sprout of the world tree. The dragon head lightly blew a wind as if testing if the little sprout is indeed sleeping. Only when there was no response did the Shadow Dragon close its eyes peacefully.

Meanwhile, before the crown prince had opened eyes, especially during his tribulation, his body had collapsed exactly nine times, also making everyone outside crazy. They had witnessed the body of the crown prince dying nine times and each time they thought it was over, his body would eventually recover. After it cycled nine times, everyone had finally calmed down and realized that there was something happening with their crown prince.

Doctors and Healers surround the bed while checking on Ye Qinya. Though they were bewildered at his situation after getting used to it, they realized that it wasn’t something they can get involved with.

”This is the ninth time his highness had collapsed and then it started recovering again.”

”Such a strange phenomenon!”

ROOAAR~

Suddenly the sound of a real dragon roaring echoed in the whole space affecting not only the humans but also the zergs waiting in the distance. When the dragon’s roar was heard, everyone could feel that the strength it possessed was no longer the same as before. A dragon silhouette had flown out of the Crown Prince’s body before disappearing outside and fading completely. Everyone was stunned by that scene.

”Was that his highness’s flood dragon?”

”Does a flood dragon who is supposed to be a giant snake have feet?”

”I think I also saw two pairs of feet just now?”

”That is no longer a snake. It looks like a real dragon!”

”Yes! It’s similar to the quantum beast of the First Emperor, a real dragon!”

”Oh my god! Did the crown prince break through again?!”

After the roaring of the dragon had disappeared, the crown prince who was covered in blood suddenly opened his eyes and abruptly sat up. This shocked everyone making jump in fright by the sudden awakening of their crown prince. Unlike what others had expected, Ye Qinya had woken up so full of energy that he didn’t even feel burdened from sleeping for quite a long time. He realized that this is all because of the divinity which had now spread in his body.

Ye Qinya immediately looked at his crown princess at the other bed beside him and realized that his mental state is stable for now. He decided to take a bath first after smelling blood all over himself before meeting his amnesiac wife in his soul domain.

The Crown Prince said, ”Prepare me a bath. Also checked on my situation again before I reentered the soul domain of the crown princess.”

”Your highness, please don’t!” Everyone collectively exclaimed.

After witnessing the breakdown of the crown prince during those times he entered Ye Caoyun’s soul domain, the doctor and healer now all wanted to just stop the crown prince from doing so. Experiencing such a frightening event made them all terrified, if something happened to their crown prince again, they didn’t know what to do if the Grand Duke questioned them.

The Crown Prince is supposed to be greatly weakened and suddenly stood up before them leaving all the doctors and healers speechless.

”How is this possible!?”

”I am fully healed and also my strength has increased a lot.” Ye Qinya said as he moved around trying to feel if there was anything wrong in his body.

Only to realize that this body he had right now no longer felt heavy as before and instead he felt full of energy. It seems his ascension to godhood had fully transformed his body as well.
