I Love Destroying Worlds' Plot

Chapter 1822: 24.83 Sixth Violet Star - Cheat Map

Seeing the only two brats in the team sneaking around made the eyes of the Pavilion Master Xie narrowed. He secretly followed the two intending to see what they planned to do and also secretly protected them at the same time. Long Juedi and Long Teng were following the safe route that was written on the map successfully avoiding the beasts resting in their nest.

On the other hand, Pavilion Master Xie Yun was stunned by the route the children had taken and looking at the long and safe route he was shocked. However, if a huge group had entered this route they would be caught before even entering in it. He chased after the two children and an unexpected largest nest in this area with the two children ignoring the dozen silver grade eggs and is not holding two gold-grade beast eggs of Wind Eagle Reaper. A deadly beast predator of the sky.

Long Juedi said, ”I told you brother that there would be eggs here. I didn’t expect it to be gold-grade though.”

”There are four, should we take it all?” Long Teng asked as he gulped in excitement.

Long Juedi said, ”No. Take only half. Have you forgotten what grandpa had told us?”

”No. No. I’m joking. Only two. Take only two. Let go back before the owner of this nest returns,” Long Teng said as he and his cousin took one of each egg and placed it in their personal egg insulator.

They once again walked through the safe route they had walked through and successfully reunited with everyone. The two troublesome brats were grabbed at the back collar by their own grandfather when their group finished their mission in the nest of the Eagle Beast.

The two were confused at first and were surprised to see Pavilion Master Xie Yun in the tent of their grandfather with confusion in their eyes.

Long Huang placed the two on the seat and sat on the opposite of them, ”Tell this old man. Where have you two been during the time we are at the nest of the eagle beast?”

”Your Uncle Xie said he saw you leaving with just the two of you and went deeper at the nest to the Boss that owned that area. Are you two not afraid of death?!” The old marshal bellowed, making the two young men extremely guilty and lowered their heads even further.

Seeing the reaction of Long Juedi and Long Teng, the old marshal now believes about what Xie Yun had said, that the seniors had indeed given Long Juedi a map about the beast nest in the inner region and where most gold-grade beast nests are located. He was shocked. A gold-grade beast is extremely rare even when the ancient forest isn’t closed for them yet. That’s why the number of gold-ranked Beast Masters is limited.

Now the Killer Pavilion’s Master, Xie Yun, is telling him that this special map with gold-grade nests was in the hand of his youngest grandchildren.

Long Huang said, ”You’ve truly gone there alone!? What would you have done if the nest was there? Can you even outrun a gold-ranked beast close to commander level?”

The scolded brats immediately apologized to their enraged grandfather.

”We’re sorry!!!”

In anger, Long Huang hit both of his grandsons on their heads and let them howl in pain.

The old marshal said, ”You should be thankful that your Uncle Xie noticed you and secretly protected you on the way. Next time at least tell us you are leaving. I know that whatever the seniors had given you must be kept secret. However, a treasure can only be enjoyed when you are alive. Do you brats understand?”

Long Juedi and Long Teng holding on to their heads and nod like a pecking chicken in hunger.

After scolding the two children for half an hour, the old man had finally stopped while Xie Yun was quietly watching the two children kneeling on the ground. They were on their knees for more than half an hour. Only after the old man had calmed down that Long Juedi had told him what the seniors had said before they disappeared.

Long Juedi said, ”The Seniors said, they will look for a suitable main beast egg for me and for the rest of the beasts, they told me to choose for myself and gave me this map and these papers with instructions on it.”

The old marshal looked confused after learning that the main beast egg will still be chosen by the seniors. However, why get his grandson to gather the other beast egg. Are they so sure that Long Juedi will be a powerful Beast Master in the future, and all of these were preparations for future events?

Long Huang and Xie Yun looked through the map and saw a few areas outside the beast kings’ territories were marked. On the other set of papers, there are some safe routes, time when to come and leave, and special instructions needed in picking up the eggs. The location of gold-grade eggs were also listed and there should be at least 50 areas in it.

Two didn’t expect that there are lots of hidden areas in this region and most of them are gold-ranked beasts. They thought that beasts at these levels were rare but on this map there are 50 areas with beast nests in them and some were even located in dead zones no one had visited before.

This time even the Pavilion Master of the Killer Pavilion, Xie Yun was shocked speechless. He thought it would list only 5 or less. Who would have thought it was ten times more than he expected.

Pavilion Master Xie looked at the old marshal and said, ”Lao Long, this... Is this all real? How come there is even a beast living in the dead zone where nothing is supposed to be found alive?”

”But there is no way the seniors would make a mistake,” said Long Huang.

Pavilion Master Xie Yun asked, ”Should we check it? This dead zone seems to be closer.” As he pointed something on the map.

The two seniors and leaders of the group looked at each other as if making a decision.

Xie Yun said, ”I will accompany the children and sneak in there and check. It will be the same as before. I will not get involved directly and only let Juedi find it. This must be why the seniors had given him this map. Only he can find them these beast eggs.”

”But why only him...” Long Huang as he recalled the seniors once calling his youngest grandson as this world’s beloved son. If things had something to do with heaven’s decision, then Long Juedi’s fate is indeed special.

The old marshal looked at his youngest grandson who will be burdened by the responsibility of saving the world in the future and felt worried. However, this is something he couldn’t stop and can only watch over from a distance while keeping him safe.

Long Huang said, ”Jue’er, Teng’er, bring your Uncle Xie with you to go to this location and get the beast egg the seniors told you to get. However, come back immediately once you feel even a hint of danger.”

”We will keep that in mind, Grandfather,” Long Juedi and Long Teng said.

The old marshal looked at Pavilion Master Xie Yun and said, ”Xiao Xie, I will leave them in your care. As for splitting the eggs, the first one to pick are my grandchildren before it can be split among us.”

”Of course. I don’t mind,” said Xie Yun as he knew that of the 50 gold-ranked eggs, he can only get a quarter or so. But that number is enough to be a contender with the human race’s society.

With the old marshal holding the fort, the two children and one adult sneak to the nearby dead zone of the barren land. Like the name it suggests no life was found in this area of land. Even the Land in it had turned black with no hints of life and even had the scent of death lingering in it. It was as if this land had become a tainted land that no one dares to enter.

Long Juedi holding the map with his cousin brother on his right and Uncle Xie Yun on his left, he looked at the area and in the map in his hand.

”Why is the terrain completely different from the map? Uncle Xie, are we lost?” Long Juedi asked.

Long Teng also looked confused as he compared the land in front of them to the map. They had used this map before at the Eagle Nest and were sure that this map was real. Now, seeing the coordinates and the terrain contrast of what they had expected left the children confused.

”The coordinates is correct how come this place looks completely different from the map. Isn’t this place supposed to be a flat area? How come it looks like a rock formation in a dark forest?” Long Teng mumbles.

The Master of the Killer Pavilion observed the surroundings and felt something amiss. This place is giving way to a very powerful aura of darkness similar to what he wields as a demonic beast. When he realized something and about to drag away the children, it was already too late.

”Retreat! This place is a...”

The three of them were suddenly engulfed by a wave of darkness that suddenly jumped out of nowhere and swallowed them over. All Xie Yun can do is to prevent themselves from being separated.
