New Age Of Summoners

”It is already a 10-year-old tree. Let’s give it 90 drops of Plant Essence first.”

Even though it was not really 10 years since he planted it in the inner world, the [Tree of Blessing] was able to grow at a good speed thanks to the Elemental Essence given by the Elemental Spirits.

However, as time passed, the effectiveness of the Elemental Essence decreased and Ajax thought the effectiveness would increase once all his Elemental Spirits break through to the Emperor Realm and provide the Elemental Essence.

Nevertheless, even by doing so, Ajax believed that it would take a long time before it naturally reached 100 years old.

However, with the help of the Plant Essence, he could instantly nurture the [Tree of Blessing] for 1000 years.

’Swoosh’

Soon, he poured 90 drops of Plant Essence on the ground around the [Tree of Blessing] and in the next second, its roots became alive and absorbed the Plant Essence before it started growing.

’Even though it was called [Tree of Blessing], it was still a plant; however, now, it looks like a full-grown tree.’

Looking at the tree with different coloured branches, Ajax silently commented on the [Tree of Blessing].

’Ding,

The [Tree of Blessing] has become a 100-year-old tree and unlocked its first ability [Spirit Sanctuary].

’Ding,

  Ability Name: Spirit Sanctuary.

Effect: The elemental spirits connected to the [Tree of Blessing] can be revived after their death.

  Number of Slots: 0 / 1.

Note: Currently, 23 elemental spirits are connected to the [Tree of Blessing]. Please select an Elemental Spirit that you want to be revived upon its death.

  Cooldown: One Year.

Note: If the selected Elemental Spirit dies within a year of revival, it could not be revived through the Spirit Sanctuary.

Soon, Ajax received information about the first ability of the [Tree of Blessing].

’If only I have more slots…it would have been an excellent ability.’

When he read the effect of the Ability, Ajax was excited; however, when he saw that he could only select one elemental spirit to have the revival ability.

Moreover, it even has a cooldown of one year.

’Since it is a matter of heaven-defying things, a cooldown of one year was not a big deal.’

Nevertheless, Ajax didn’t have any complaints regarding the cooldown as he muttered, ’I hope I can increase the number of slots.’

Since Ajax have lots of elemental spirits, he needed more slots. At that time, he doesn’t have to worry about his elemental spirits as they could be revived again.

’Also, I still have two chances to enter the Elemental Spirit Worlds and I can form contracts with lots of Elementals Spirits during those two trips. So, I need to have more slots.’

Even though Ajax was worried about having so many elemental spirits after learning about [Elemental Ascendance], he wanted to create a powerful Elemental Spirit Army.

Once he had such a powerful army, he could have all the resources in the world and helping them awaken their [Elemental Ascendance] would be a piece of cake.

In short, Ajax is planning something big for his future not only in his universe but even in the Heavenly Human Realm after ascending.

’I am planning to nurture it until the [Tree of Blessing] becomes a 1000-year-old tree, I will not fill the slot for the Spirit Sanctuary.’

With that thought in mind, Ajax directly poured 400 drops of Plant Essence because the [Soul Nourishing Tree] started giving him [Soul Protection Fruits].

Hence, he assumed that the [Tree of Blessing] would also have a similar effect.

’Ding,

The [Tree of Blessing] has become a 500-year-old tree and bore an Elemental Ascendance Fruit (Universal).

As Ajax expected, when it reached 500 years old, the [Tree of Blessing] bore a huge purplish silver-coloured fruit that emitted tiny lightning sparks.

’Even though the [Tree of Blessing] bore only one fruit, it’s much more valuable to me compared to the Soul Protection Fruit.’

Just by the name, Ajax could tell what it was used for and when he saw the information, it was also the same, making him excited.

’If it can bear one fruit for every 100 years, I can easily help all my elemental spirits with their Elemental Ascendance.’

One of his worries disappeared when Ajax thought about this as he plucked the [Elemental Ascendance Fruit] before pouring another 100 drops of Plant Essence to collect the second [Elemental Ascendance Fruit].

’Huh?’

However, when the [Tree of Blessing] became a 600-year-old tree, it didn’t bore any fruit, making Ajax frown and check the information on the [Elemental Ascendance Fruit] properly.

’It is a special fruit that appears once every 500 years.’

When he read that Ajax became silent for a moment before thinking, ’Fine…even though it would take some time, I can help all my Elemental Spirits with their [Elemental Ascendance].’

With that thought in mind, Ajax poured the other 400 drops of Plant Essence and soon, the [Tree of Blessing] grew at a rapid pace and looked like an ancient tree that lived for ages.

’Ding,

The [Tree of Blessing] has become a 1000-year-old tree and unlocked its second ability [Ascendance Blessing].

’Ding,

  Ability Name: Ascendance Blessing.

  Number of Slots: 0 / 1.

Use: The selected elemental spirit can receive a random percentage of increase in the [Elemental Ascendance] daily from the Tree of Blessing.

Note: The selected elemental spirit should have a connection with the [Tree of Blessing].

’Ding,

The tree has bore its second [Elemental Ascendance Fruit].

’Ding,

The tree’s first ability [Spirit Sanctuary] has been upgraded. Now it can host three elemental spirits.

Soon, a series of system notifications rang in Ajax’s head and without wasting any time, Ajax read them one by one, making him reveal a satisfied smile on his face.

Even though the new ability only has one slot, Ajax felt, ’I should just find more drops of plant essence and nurture the [Tree of Blessing] to 10000 years and I am sure, other than getting a new ability, the first two abilities will be upgraded.’
