Beast Taming Clan: I Have a Jade Book

At present, for the Secret Realm in East Flame Sand Valley, the Ye Family’s plan is to seal it up, and even proactively nurture it to accelerate the birth of Top-Grade Spirit Stones.

“Haiping, please talk about the current resources of the family!” Ye Haicheng looked at Ye Haiping.

Ye Haiping nodded repeatedly and took out a prepared Jade Talisman and spoke:

“Currently, our Ye Family possesses one Tier Five Spiritual Vein, three Tier Four Spiritual Veins, thirty Tier Three Spiritual Veins. Most of these Spiritual Veins are located in Celestial Phoenix Oasis, forming part of the Spirit Vein Group. In addition, there are forty-seven Tier Two Spiritual Veins and fifty-seven Tier One Spiritual Veins!”

“Regarding ore vein types, we currently have two Upper-Grade Spirit Stone Veins, one is a micro vein, and the other is a medium vein. However, the medium Upper-Grade Spirit Stone Vein cannot be mined for the next ten years due to excessive mining by the Zhang Family. Additionally, there is one small-sized Middle-Grade Spirit Stone Vein, one medium-sized Lower-Grade Spirit Stone Vein, and three micro Lower-Grade Spirit Stone Veins. This represents the current Spirit Stone reserves of the entire Desert Sea, Lingyun Peak in the Taihang Mountain Range, and Yanhui Commandery, totaling approximately 1.5 million Lower-Grade Spirit Stones that can be mined annually.”

Upon hearing this, even Ye Jingcheng couldn’t help but feel a bit emotional.

With larger territory, the Spirit Stone resources available are indeed different. If it were Lingyun Peak, the Ye Family might only be able to mine less than a hundred thousand Spirit Stones annually.

But now, Spirit Stone mining alone exceeds a million.

Not to mention the medium-sized Upper-Grade Spirit Stone Vein which, under normal circumstances, can yield one hundred to three thousand Upper-Grade Spirit Stones annually, translating to at least ten million.

It can be said that after occupying Desert Sea, the Ye Family became wealthy overnight.

Furthermore, according to Ye Haisheng’s statistics, the number of family members has also increased. Excluding these Immortal Seedlings, there are already more than nine hundred family members.

Each member receives a clan allowance of ten Spirit Stones, equating to nine thousand Spirit Stones annually.

But in reality, ten Spirit Stones for Qi Cultivation Cultivators is feasible, but Early-Stage Foundation Establishment Cultivators require at least fifty or more. Mid-Stage and Late-Stage Foundation Establishment entail even greater costs. For over a hundred Foundation Establishment Cultivators in the Ye Family, this represents several tens of thousands of Spirit Stone expenditures, and besides the basic clan allowance, there is additional support for the leaders of various halls and the Artifact Refiners and Alchemy Masters, which also constitutes significant expenses.

“Besides Spirit Stone ore veins, the Ye Family currently has two Tier Four Spirit Medicine Gardens, six Tier Three Spirit Medicine Gardens, thirty-eight Tier Two Spirit Medicine Gardens, and twelve Tier One Spirit Medicine Gardens. The revenue from these Spirit Medicine Gardens, which is tied to the Alchemy Hall, is currently negative due to the need for array maintenance and many Spirit Medicines not yet transformed into elixirs for sale!”

“In terms of revenue from Spirit Beasts, currently, the Moon Spirit Clam Race consists of a total of 1,300 clams, the Cloud Deer totals 2,000, Forest Pigs number 580, Mountain-devouring Rats total 5,000, Red Section Fish total 7,000, and Black Mushroom Fish total 1,200.”

“Regarding ore and iron veins, there is a Tier Three Ore Vein, consisting of a Chixiao Iron Ore, three Tier Two Ore Veins including Purple Jade Celestial Crystal Ore, Black Patterned Iron Ore, and Cyan Nether Profound Sand Ore.”

…

After Ye Haiping finished speaking, everyone was clear that the Ye Family currently has an abundance of resources.

However, how to transform these resources into Spirit Stones and meet the needs of the Ye Family is not a trivial problem.

Currently, the Ye Family’s Lingyun Peak has shops in Taichang Market and Taihang Market, but they cannot consume all of these resources.

As for the Far Spirit Market in Desert Sea, it can only consume a portion.

For the Ye Family, opening new trade routes is also a significant challenge.

“Jingcheng, regarding the trade route issue, you can let Jing Yun try to establish contact with the Tian Dao Sect. They are likely worried now, although the Tian Dao Sect has many Mini Worlds, their ore veins may not exceed that of Desert Sea. If we can open trade routes with the Tian Dao Sect, our future development will naturally be much easier!” Ye Haicheng proposed.

Ye Jingcheng nodded in agreement with this.

Once the discussion was over, Ye Haicheng began to formulate clan allowance:

“I calculated, the preliminary clan allowance for Early-stage Qi Cultivation Cultivators is five Spirit Stones annually, ten for Mid-stage Qi Cultivation Cultivators, fifteen for Late-stage Qi Cultivation Cultivators, and twenty for Qi Cultivation Ninth Layer race members annually!”

“For Early-stage Foundation Establishment Cultivators, clan allowance is fifty Spirit Stones annually, eighty Spirit Stones for Mid-stage Foundation Establishment Cultivators, one hundred fifty for Late-stage Foundation Establishment Cultivators, and three hundred Spirit Stones for Foundation Establishment Peak annually!”

“Early-stage Purple Mansion Cultivators receive one thousand Spirit Stones annually, two thousand for Middle-stage Purple Mansion annually, three thousand for Late-stage Purple Mansion Cultivators, five thousand Spirit Stones for Purple Mansion Peak annually, and the allowance for Golden Core Cultivators is ten times that of Purple Mansion Cultivators!” Ye Haicheng declared.

Though these Spirit Stones may seem substantial, they can only be exchanged for a few Spirit Pills corresponding to the respective cultivation levels.

This represents the most basic clan allowance of Spirit Stones.

No one had any objections at this moment, this amount of Spirit Stones is certainly comparable to that of an average Golden Core clan.

“Well then, moreover, anyone certified in the family’s Four Skills of Cultivation will receive annually half the corresponding level of clan allowance, and for those above Tier Two, having multiple Cultivation Techniques can be cumulative!” Ye Haicheng announced the second policy.

This is also to encourage family cultivators to master more of the Four Skills of Cultivation.

This additional clan allowance is equally significant, considering the advantages brought by the Four Skills in cultivation resources, it’s considered affluent among cultivators.

“Additionally, for each hall leader, there are four levels: Level One for ordinary personnel, receiving an additional ten Spirit Stones annually; Level Two for Chief Steward, receiving fifty Spirit Stones annually; Level Three for Vice Hall Master and Elder positions, receiving two hundred Spirit Stones annually; and the final Level Four for Hall Master and key Clan Mountain leaders, receiving five hundred Spirit Stones annually!”

Ye Haicheng spoke once more.

“The family’s halls are initially divided into ten: Pill Hall, Artifact Hall, Talisman Hall, Spirit Plant Hall, Array Hall, Miscellaneous Affairs Hall, Hidden Hall, Law Enforcement Hall, Commerce Hall, Beast Hall, plus a Foreign Affairs Tower!”

“Clan Peaks mainly comprise six: four large oasis Spirit Peaks, Celestial Phoenix Oasis, and Lingyun Peak!”

“Among them, the Miscellaneous Affairs Hall includes the Treasure Tower and Clan Studies, Hidden Hall oversees all Hidden Peaks, Law Enforcement Hall is responsible for law enforcement, while Foreign Affairs Tower remains unchanged, still targeting outside Loose Cultivators.”

“All Purple Mansion Cultivators are automatically promoted to Elder, each hall has one Hall Master and one Vice Hall Master, both required to be at least Mid-Stage Foundation Establishment or above!”

…

After Ye Haicheng explained the details of each hall, Ye Jingcheng nodded in agreement, and the rest also offered their opinions.

In particular, it was emphasized that each hall should not be filled with underqualified people, especially the halls of the Four Skills and Spirit Plant and Spirit Beast Halls.

The former needs to continuously and reliably refine Spirit Medicine, Spirit Talisman arrays, and guide lectures for clan studies members.

Moreover, each of the ten halls is assessed every three years, with additional Spirit Stone rewards for the top three halls.

In the following time, Ye Haicheng and Ye Jingcheng confirmed the details of the halls, then began finalizing some of the family’s rewards and penalties policies.

Regarding nurturing family members, adhering to Ye Jingcheng’s previous proposal, anyone who cultivates offspring with Spirit Roots for the family is rewarded with ten years’ clan allowance; if possessing Dual Spirit Roots or higher, the allowance is doubled. Similarly, those joining the Inner Hall and awakening to a Beast Communication Pattern of three inches or more receive an additional ten years’ clan allowance.

Thus, most family members would begin seeking Dao partners to contribute to the Ye Family’s prosperity.

Finally, regulations were established for Ye Family’s grand competitions: one minor competition every three years, a grand competition every ten years.

The minor competition targets only Qi Cultivation Cultivators, while the grand competition includes Foundation Establishment Cultivators!

Those showing significant improvement in the grand competition also receive additional clan allowance.

With such reward policies in place, the self-discipline of Ye Family cultivators naturally improves significantly.
