After Bo Sishen hung up the phone, he called Tan Mu, asking him to send two sets of clothes to the hotel tomorrow. Then he came back inside, his swelling having subsided, and walked to the bed. He saw her little face exposed, already asleep.

In the large suite, there was only one big bed.

Bo Sishen frowned and, after changing into a bathrobe, lay down on the sofa.

In the middle of the night, a burning sensation on his chest startled him awake!

He opened his eyes and, by the dim light, saw a petite figure.

This girl, not sleeping in the middle of the night, was she groping him?

She had become addicted to it, and her hand was so hot!

Bo Sishen instantly lost all sleepiness. He sat up from the sofa and held Mu Shini’s shoulders, ”Nian Nian, what’s wrong?”

When he touched Mu Shini, though she didn’t speak, he felt how alarmingly high her temperature was.

With one hand, he held the back of her head and pressed his forehead to hers, discovering that she had a fever.

Bo Sishen immediately picked Mu Shini up, placed her on the bed, covered her with the quilt, and turned up the heater a bit. He fetched a basin of warm water, dampened a towel until it was half-dry, and placed it on her forehead.

Only when her temperature came down did he finally breathe a sigh of relief.

Bo Sishen left a message for Tan Mu, asking him to buy some garlic and rock sugar in the morning.

...

Bo Sishen cared for Mu Shini all night. After her temperature dropped, she started coughing.

”Uncle, I want water...”

Mu Shini opened her eyes, vaguely seeing Bo Sishen sitting by the bed, tending to her.

”Okay.”

Bo Sishen went to get water and helped her sit up to drink.

”Uncle, why did I get a fever and get sick?”

Mu Shini’s voice was a bit hoarse, and her eyes felt warm.

”Don’t think too much. Sleep, and you’ll be fine. I’ll stay here with you.” Bo Sishen set the cup down and gently laid her back down.

He tucked her in.

After drinking the water, Mu Shini’s throat felt much better. She fell asleep within seconds of lying down.

Seeing that she was fine, Bo Sishen decided to get up.

As he got up, she stretched out her small hand, grabbed his large hand, and murmured unconsciously, ”Uncle, don’t go...”

Bo Sishen froze in place, turning back slightly. He looked at her and saw that she was already asleep.

She was holding onto him genuinely, even in her sleep.

Especially when she called out to him in her half-awake state, a warm feeling surged in his heart.

Bo Sishen’s lips curved into a smile. He sat down by the bed.

At that moment, Mu Shini woke up, stretched out her small hands, and hugged his strong waist, her small face resting on his waist.

Mu Shini opened her hands, looking at her mischievous self, completely lying on top of him.

Feeling sleepy, Bo Sishen lay down with her in his arms.

...

In the morning, when Mu Shini woke up, she opened her eyes slightly and groggily saw a very handsome face.

She pursed her lips and smiled, then closed her eyes again.

But the next instant, she suddenly opened her eyes wide, realizing that she was lying on top of Bo Sishen, with her small hands tightly around his waist.

When she moved, Bo Sishen woke up as well.

”Awake?”

Bo Sishen opened his eyes, saw that she was awake, and asked in a deep voice.

”You... Why are you in my bed?”

Mu Shini swallowed nervously, her voice tense.

”Last night, you wouldn’t let go of me, insisting that I sleep with you.”

Bo Sishen explained calmly, looking serene.

”Then why are you still here!”

Mu Shini’s face turned crimson!
