Hidden Marriage, Overbearing Love: Mr! Please Let Me Go

Chapter 285: Chapter 286: Found Her in the Phone Booth

But in the middle of the night, where could she go?

So cold!

The chilly wind was piercing!

It was all that uncle’s fault for spouting nonsense.

It made her panic, losing her composure completely.

Now she was suffering in the cold wind of the dark night.

”Ah-choo!”

Mu Shini sneezed from the cold out of nowhere.

”Damn uncle, if I catch a cold, you’re dead!”

Mu Shini said, and sneezed again.

She left the campus, intending to go to Shen Chengcheng’s apartment.

But when she walked to the apartment, the guard who recognized Mu Shini said, ”Are you looking for Shen Chengcheng? He just drove out a few minutes ago.”

Mu Shini acknowledged and left.

She walked to the roadside and saw a phone booth. She checked her pocket and found only a one-yuan coin.

After entering, she picked up the receiver and wanted to call Li Xiaotian, but realized Li Xiaotian was already abroad.

At this moment, she didn’t know who to call.

When she finally decided to call Bo Sishen, his phone was turned off. She wanted to ask about Bo Sishen’s health, but he didn’t answer.

The only coin she had was wasted just like that.

Mu Shini walked out of the phone booth completely dejected.

As soon as she stepped out, snow mixed with rain soaked her clothes.

She quickly opened the door to the phone booth again to take shelter from the rain.

”So unlucky, snow and rain at this moment!”

Mu Shini muttered to herself.

Her clothes were covered in snow, she gently brushed it off, but her coat was already quite wet.

A cold wind seeped in through the gaps at the bottom of the phone booth, making her shiver uncontrollably.

...

Bo Sishen was driving, very slowly, looking around, hoping to find Mu Shini.

Mu Shini was only wearing a regular coat, and now it was snowing heavily with some rain, she must be very cold!

At this moment, his phone rang.

He glanced at it and saw it was Tan Mu calling.

He hesitated then picked up, ”Hello, Tan Mu.”

”Sir, I just passed by the study and heard your phone ringing. I checked and it was a call from a landline, but when I called back it was incorrect,” Tan Mu said. ”I remember you mentioned that only Young Madam knew this number.”

”Sir, is something wrong on your end?”

”Locate the number immediately and then tell me!”

Upon hearing this, Bo Sishen realized Mu Shini had called him.

She felt aggrieved and thought of him first.

”Yes, sir!” Tan Mu quickly accessed the phone in Bo Sishen’s study, logged into a tracking system, ”Sir, the number shows it’s from a phone booth near Ying University.”

”Got it.” Bo Sishen hung up the phone.

He called Shen Chengcheng, ”Where’s the phone booth near Ying University?”

After hearing Shen Chengcheng’s response, Bo Sishen made a left turn and drove back.

After about five minutes, he saw from afar a phone booth with someone inside.

He immediately recognized it was Mu Shini.

He parked the car next to the phone booth, got out, held an umbrella, and walked to the booth.

Bo Sishen’s face was cold, holding an umbrella with one hand and opening the booth door with the other.

Mu Shini had her small hands against her lips, blowing warm air. When she saw the door open, she looked up to see the tall man before her and was momentarily stunned.

”Get in the car!”

Bo Sishen commanded her with a stern face.

Mu Shini, frozen into stupidity, felt indescribable emotions upon seeing Bo Sishen.

Her eyes became red.
